A woman was sitting on a bench all alone in an empty park. Her black dress reached the ground as she sat cross legged. One leg was covered while the other was completely bare showing off it's glowing to the world. Her short blonde hair was tied up in a hair tie as she patiently waited for something. Xilo gave her a quick once over before losing any further interest in her appearance. "Not surprising." She wasn't a Queen for nothing and that showed with her strength. She wasn't overwhelmly strong but she could definitely hold her own against everyone he had. "Time to talk to her." Making their approach very known Xilo waved hello once Tidal's Queen noticed them.
"You all arrived early. I thought you would take at least a couple more hours."
"If you thought that then why are you here so early yourself and all alone?"
Lexia scanned Xilo's body from head to toe a couple times before replying.
"I just felt like getting some fresh air and I can handle myself. Take a seat."
Lexia couldn't just tell them the truth so she avoided it as they sat down. Shrugging his shoulders, Xilo sat down with everyone else. "She's different from Katrin." Whenever he was around Katrin she always had this air of superiority and pride that fit his image of a Queen. "They are in power and in charge." The woman sitting in front of him currently showed none of those qualities even in front of complete strangers. She seemed very easy going and peaceful to be around. If Katrin didn't tell him to go here he easily could have mistaken her for a normal woman "Maybe she's just being polite?" That didn't make any sense though leaving him lost.
"Fair, as you know Katrin sent us all here first since we are the fastest. More people will arrive later on so for now you just have us to deal with. I hope you don't mind that too much."
"That's fine, a smaller group is always easier to deal with. I'd love to have you come to the Castle but that won't be happening. I asked you to meet here in order to show you where you'll be staying for the next little while and to get to know you a little more. I have to admit I'm surprised Katrin sent her..daughter and boyfriend as well. I thought I'd just be getting a bunch of second rate nobodies. It's nice to see that's not entirely true."
Lexia knew just how cheap Katrin could be when it came to making deals, she had seen it in action too many times.
"Right...katrin said to try and see it as an apology of sorts. She also told me to send her regards and hopes everything goes well. You're in charge for the next couple months and we'll be listening to what you want us to do. Within reason of course. Other than that I hope we get along. I Know Katrin messed up...however hopefully we can set aside her mistakes."
"Don't worry, I'm not so petty as to hold a grudge against you. I'm a lot less angry than I was before so don't worry about me. I'm sorry you had to see a rather unsightly scene from me as a first impression."
Stretching out her hand to Xilo, Lexia hid an edged smile underneath while appearing friendly. When she first saw Xilo she knew something was weird about him and now that Katrin sent him straight to her, she was going to find out. "Are you really this stupid Katrin?" Maybe after attacking their Astral Zone Katrin had truly lost it. Grabbing Xilo's soft hand, Lexia sent a strand of energy inside his body. Scanning around with it she tried to find anything that seemed weird. "Huh?" No matter how deep she looked though she found nothing but standard Astral Energy. "Weird." Keeping the same smile she let go of Xilo's hand as she waved hello at the others and turned around.
"Follow me, After you know where you'll be staying I have something I want you to do. It's quite soon but these things just suddenly come up all the time."
"No problem. Lead the way."
"Great, just call me Lexia alright?"
"Sure."
Following behind Lexia Xilo felt some relief that Lexia hadn't sensed anything. "She is one sneaky girl." Thankfully Xilo had his guard up the entire time or that could have been dangerous. "Like Katrin said, be careful." Lexia's body swayed from side to side as they eventually made it to an old lodge by a small pond. Made out of wooden logs it was a small place nearby the park they were just in. Apparently the park was private property owned by the Country itself which was why no one was there. This place was used for guests quite often and would be their house for a bit. After putting away some of their stuff Lexia led them to the streets and pointed towards a bunch of stores.
"Those stores over there, they're currently being robbed. I want you to go over there and stop it. I would have stopped it myself but I wanted to see what you are all capable of. I doubt a few low life criminals will be any trouble, isn't that right?"
Hearing Lexia talk about a crime currently going so calmly was a bit unnerving but Xilo nodded his head as he started walking towards the stores. "Her senses are good." Loud thumping sounds were coming from the store meaning someone was struggling. Picking up the pace he barged through the door the second he arrived with Xelfia right behind him. Scanning the room he tried to find the fight. At the counter one ruffian had grabbed a hold of a younger man and held a sword against his throat. An older man was on the ground shaking as another man stood over him with a ball of fire in his hands. "That would explain the loud noise." They most likely pushed the older man to the ground causing the younger one to lash out.
Ice entered his palms before flying straight at the attackers backs, instantly piercing their shoulders. Following behind his ice Xilo grabbed the man holding a sword at the man's throat and stopped him from doing anything. Tightening his grip, he broke his arm and threw him back. Xelfia's plants grabbed a hold of both of them, locking them in place. "Any more? Scanning the area just in case another attack was nearby Xilo stayed on alert. "One more rat." Spotting someone hiding behind one of the stands, Xilo walked over and pulled him out from hiding.
"What do you think you're doing?"
