Treatment

(Sorry short chapter)

I took a deep breath and forced myself to calm down, I was trembling slightly from equal parts nervousness and excitement.

Today was the day I had been waiting years for today was UA's entrance exam. I was extremely confident in getting in but, I still couldn't get rid of my nerves.

Heading outside I walked to the train station on my way to the school.

It had been five years since the fire and so many things had changed since then.

My dad was still missing and my mom was still in a coma but, recently there was hope she could wake up soon.

When it first happened I couldn't accept that she would be that forever and wanted to find a solution myself. So I spent the better part of a year saving up 50,000 Points to buy a completely Medical Ninjutsu Scrool. I could have just bought the Mystic Palms Technique and tried that but, considering that even Recovery Girl couldn't heal my mom I didn't think that would work.

So I set my sights higher, I didn't want just the techniques I also wanted the proper knowledge to go along with it. I wanted to become an actual Medical Ninja.

I knew my Chakra Control was good enough from all of the endless practice I did while I was younger, so I just needed the Scroll. In its item description it said that it contained all the Medical knowledge and Jutsu of the Ninja world aside from certain secret or forbidden techniques.

Once I bought it I dedicated all of my efforts into mastering it even ditching school sometimes so that I could have all of my clones practicing. Though I didn't let up on my other training and vigilante activities. And just last year I finally finished it having mastered everything.

I even secret practiced my skills while I was out as The Phantom. Healing stab wounds, setting broken bones, and removing bullets. Once I had enough practice I finally was confident enough to try it on my mom.

I had been going there once a week for years so no one thought twice about me being in the hospital. Entering my mothers room I still got depressed everytime I saw her wounds that still seemed fresh after all these years.

Thankfully the hospital had someone whose Quirk killed bacteria or she might have died of infection years ago.

I activated a Jutsu that let you view the internal state of a targets body. And nothing had seemed to have changed since last time.

Her vitals were stable, the injuries weren't worsening, and her muscles were in good condition since I was using a Jutsu to artificially stimulate them and keep them from degenerating.

Focusing my Chakra to my hands I put all of my energy into healing her injuries but, no matter how much chakra I pumped in her wounds refused to heal.

So I moved on trying all sorts of different techniques and eventually found one that did actually help the Healing Resuscitation Regeneration Technique

The Healing Resuscitation Regeneration Technique is one of the most difficult and most Chakra intensive Medical Jutsu I learned.

It requires a complicated seal array to be drawn around the patient and no less than four qualified Medical Nin.

To use it I created 3 Shadow Clones to help me, thankfully over the years my Chakra Reserves had become massive. With my reincarnated soul and powerful body I was creating an unreal amount of Chakra every day. Which was the entire reason I had always trained my body so hard in the first place.

I wasn't Guy levels of strong yet but, I wasn't a weakling by any means.

Anyway the Healing Resuscitation Regeneration Technique worked by taking cells from other parts of the patient's body and actually recreating the injured area instead of healing it.

I had done my research and whatever force that was keeping her from healing was actually stopping the cells in her wound from dividing. There wasn't anything it could do to prevent this method of healing.

In the Scroll I read it said that this Technique is normally used by 12 different Medical Ninja at once who rotate out as they get tired. They did this because the operation could take days to be completed, moving millions of cells around takes quite a bit of time afterall.

Thankfully my mom's injury was only a deeper flesh wound with no internal organs being injured and her life not being in any danger. So instead of doing it all at once I could do it slowly over weeks and not have to worry about building an organ wrong or having her die.

Also this way no one would notice anything strange and would just think the Quirk that was affecting her was finally wearing off.

And finally a couple months ago I finally did it and completely healed her injury and anxiously waited to see if she would wake up. But, no matter how long I waited she was still in a coma. I could only guess that even though I healed her the Quirk that was used was still affecting her.

Out of options I tried and grasping at straws I finally bought the Sharingan.

I didn't get it earlier because it was unnecessary but, now I needed it. I knew the Sharingan could see Chakra. There was clearly something going on that I couldn't see so I decided to get some eyes that could see. And if this didn't work my last resort would be the Rinnegan which would need me to buy the Sharingan anyway.

There was a slight stinging pain in my eyes as I saw my irises turn red and a single Tomoe appear in each eye.

I sighed in relief when I looked at my mom and saw a faint red aura surrounding her. I wasn't afraid of not having the skill to heal her, with the System there were very few things I couldn't do if I was given enough time. But, I was afraid of not having any idea what was wrong with her.

So actually seeing the problem was a huge relief. I wasn't sure how to get rid of the red aura yet but, it was only a matter time now.

I was kicking myself a bit though for not buying the Sharingan sooner maybe she would already be healed by now. But, what can you do hindsight is 20/20.

That was last week and I already had an idea about how to get rid of that energy. Since the Sharingan could see Chakra and I could see that energy they might be related somehow even if there are only a few small similarities.

My idea was to create a seal to absorb the energy I just needed to find the right sealing formula. Unfortunately that could take anywhere from a couple days to several more years depending on how lucky I was. Since I knew nothing about that energy and had to build a seal from scratch !and narrow down the design as I go.

Now as I was walking to UA and finally starting my journey to become a hero I was actually feeling hopeful.

I was a bit bummed though because I knew I wasn't going to be in the same class as Midoriya. I had been watching the news and the sludge Villain even hadn't even happened yet.

Entering the test sight I looked around and didn't see anyone I recognized.

We were led into a massive auditorium by the staff and handed out the papers for the written part of the entrance exam.

The test was easy since I used my Sharingan to memorize all the material I thought might be cover and finished in record time, and just relaxed until the time was up.
