The Birth of Unity: A World Reborn (Updated)

It had been some time since almost all the sins began living in my home alongside their loved ones. The only absentee was Merlin, who maintained her own laboratory next to the house—but she would join us today. Reviving Elaine had been an emotional moment; seeing Ban reunited with her brought warmth to everyone present. However, tensions flared when King entered the room. To prevent any escalation, I instructed Jarvis to intervene and separate them, seating both parties down for a conversation.

Afterward, I turned my attention to Escanor, who was currently in his weakened form. Extracting the Grace of the Sun from him—a power that belonged to Archangel Mael—I transferred it to Elizabeth, as it was never meant for Escanor's body in the first place. In its stead, I granted him new abilities modeled after the Kryptonians, ensuring he no longer reverted to his frail state at night. Additionally, I resolved his split-personality issue, knowing full well that instability could not be tolerated in a future king of humanity. Alongside these changes, I provided him with knowledge on how to harness and train his newfound powers.

When Matrona and Diane returned, they greeted me with a warm embrace—it seemed I wasn't the only one missing her. After sharing a kiss with my beloved, I observed the giant race gathered before us. Their numbers were modest, totaling around sixty individuals—a reflection of their low fertility rates and nomadic lifestyle. Diane knelt respectfully, followed by the rest of the giants.

Sora: "Rise."

Opening a gate, I summoned King, Ban, and Elaine. Upon seeing Diane, King immediately approached her, but she caught him in a tight hug, reminding him that she remembered everything—and that he was in deep trouble for sealing her memories of him. Ban and Elaine exchanged smiles; one for his friend's happiness, the other for her brother's reunion.

Gathering the four of them along with Matrona, I outlined my plan for the Fairy-Giant Kingdom.

Sora: "It's not such a difficult concept or decision. King and Diane are already together and destined to marry and rule over the two races. Given the dwindling populations of fairies and giants alike, merging the two makes perfect sense."

King and Diane blushed furiously. King stuttered nervously, claiming they hadn't discussed marriage yet, prompting Diane to look at him sadly and ask if this meant he didn't want to be with her. He quickly denied it, attempting to console her amidst playful teasing from Diane—who clearly enjoyed watching him squirm.

Sora: "It's settled then. Now, both of you need to address your people—especially you, King. You've failed your people and your sister by leaving, regardless of your reasons. If you visit the new Fairy Forest now, I doubt they'll welcome you as warmly as you might expect—if they welcome you at all."

King asked what I meant, but Ban wore an expression of understanding. Opening a portal for them, I sent King, Ban, and Elaine to the Fairy Forest to discuss the merger and mend King's strained relationship with the fairies. With Elaine accompanying them, I hoped they could resolve lingering issues. Before departing, I instructed them to call my name once done, and I'd open a gate for their return. Then, taking Matrona's hand, we headed home.

Several days later, they called for me, and I brought everyone back to the mansion. They reported their success, and we decided to host a grand feast to celebrate everyone's return. Merlin had arrived the day prior, sitting quietly among the others as she caught up. She appeared lost, unsure of her place in life now. However, witnessing Meliodas and Elizabeth free of curses and blissfully happy, meeting Escanor without his weaker personality, and hearing his heartfelt confession of love and desire to marry her stirred something within her. Though she initially smiled knowingly—having always recognized his affection as rooted in gratitude toward the maid who saved him years ago—she now saw sincerity in his eyes. For the first time, she blushed and said she'd consider his proposal.

Her encounter with Gowther was equally transformative. Meeting two members of her race for the first time—and seeing Gowther no longer as a lifeless doll but as a vibrant, breathing Elf—left her profoundly moved. They spoke for hours, and the genuine smile on her face revealed her joy at finally finding kinship.

Thus, the day of the feast arrived—a grand celebration attended by the Seven Deadly Sins, their lovers, King Barzack of Liones and his family, Holy Knights like Gilthunder and his father Zaratras, Griamore, Vivian, Arthur Pendragon of Camelot, and several knights. Laughter filled the air as introductions were made, bonds strengthened, and serious discussions unfolded between leaders. By now, everyone knew who I was, treating me with respect and admiration. Some remained wary, but nothing alarming arose, and each attendee paid their respects at some point during the festivities.

Midway through the party, I stood to address the gathering.

Sora: "Ladies and gentlemen of all races, please give me your attention."

All activity ceased as every eye turned toward me.

Sora: "Today is a joyous occasion—one I wish to be remembered for eternity. It marks the day when representatives of all races sat together in harmony, free of animosity or hatred, celebrating unity. I want this day to be the first of many, and I charge you kings and queens to ensure it remains so. This is my will, my quest for all of you. And in honor of this momentous day, I declare this world my first—the world where I met my love. I, Sora Origin, First of My Name, First of Creation, hereby name this world 'Unity.'"

My voice echoed across the skies, lands, and seas, reaching every creature, intelligent or otherwise. Instantly, the name Unity resonated globally, spoken aloud by countless voices.

They looked at me with admiration, respect, and love, placing their hands over their hearts.

Crowd: "Your wish is our goal. We swear, as citizens of Unity, to uphold your vision of peace, love, and prosperity."

I amplified their words, spreading them throughout the world.

All (in unison): "Long live Unity! Long live the Creator!"
