(A/N: From now on if Uncle Ben is talking I will write Uncle Ben because I will make the Thing into Ben and when both meet someday in the future or when I'm writing and both appear in the same chapter it can become confusing.)
The next day Jack called Walter Collins who owned the Baxter Building telling him he wanted to buy it. Walter was happy to finally sell the building since he saw only problems in it with having the Fantastic Four living in it. He told Jack that he would sell it for a huge sum but Jack pointed things out like the building being always in danger because the Fantastic Four were living in it and bought it for almost a cheap price.
They make an appointment at the Bank and Jack goes out and buys a normal black suit and meets Walter at the bank once everything was done Walter says, "I will show you around the building and let everyone know about their new owner of the building." "Right, can you wait outside. I want to open two new accounts in this bank so the people can transfer the rent to it and make an insurance so if it gets destroyed it will be rebuild," says Jack and Walter says, "Alright, I will await you outside did you came in a car?"
"No, I took the subway it's easier to maneuver around in, than in a car," says Jack and Venom says, [You don't have a car because of your parents. If not for them you would be rolling in a Tesla or Ferrari.] [Yeah maybe,] says Jack and Venom says, [You can't lie to me, already forgotten about that.] [No but where should I park the thing with almost all street full of cars,]says Jack and Venom says taunting Jack, [How about in front of the house.] [Shut up already,] says Jack as he makes an account that should get the rent of all his liaison of the Baxter Building and in the other he transfers a billion dollars into it.
He goes out and meets Walter outside that was waiting for him and they drive towards the Baxter Building. Once there Walter shows them around from floor to floor until arriving at the 31st floor and they meet Susan Storm, who sees Walter and says, "I'm sorry Mr. Collins we will pay you once the experiment is successful and we can get money from it."
"I'm not here for that Mr. Storm. I'm here because I sold the Baxter Building to this young man. He bought it from me for a quite fair price. His name is James Striker. James Striker let me present-" says Walter when Jack takes her hand and shakes it and says, "Susan Storm. Also known as the Invisible Woman. I wanted to meet you too. It is about me wanting to invest in your experiments. By making the quote being 80-20 of everything. You won't need to pay rent and all living expenses will go on my head. What do you say?"
Both were shocked and Susan Storm says, "Are you sure it could take years until we have something." "Are you serious?" asks Walter and Jack says, "Yes, but I want one of your lab to become mine in the future. Since I want to work on something myself." "We can do that but before I agree I need to talk to the other about it," says Susan, who feels that she hit the jackpot and Jack says, "Can I come with you I would really want to meet the others since I'm investing in you four."
"Alright follow me, Mr. Striker," says Susan and Jack follows while saying, "I won't need your service any longer Mr. Collins. I hope you enjoy your life with the money you earned." Walter leaves happy now that he would never meet the Fantastic Four again and was laughing behind Jack's back about his enthusiasm for investing in them.
Susan and Jack enter the living room and find the Thing, also known as Benjamin Grimm. And the Human Torch, also known as Jonathan Storm. They were fighting like always until Susan with an authorizing voice says, "You two stop now before you frighten our new and only investor." "Really sis, we got an investor," says Johnny and Ben says, "That young man is our investor. He doesn't even look like he has money."
"Trust me I have enough money or I wouldn't recommend it. But first, we need to make a contract," says Jack as he sits down on a free chair and Susan whispers, "Ben bring Reed down here now. I will keep him Mr. Striker busy until you two arrive." "James does also the trick. Tell Reed to come down quickly I still have an appointment with some people from Oscorp and Stark Industries," says Jack, who overhears them and Johnny asks, "How much are you investing in us?"
"A billion every month," says Jack and Johnny that was drinking spewed the water out and the other two stood there frozen in place and Jack says, "I would hurry before I leave." "Ben now," says Susan and Johnny says, "I'm faster." "If you break the roof you pay for it," says Jack and Johnny's idea has gone down the drain and Ben hurried to get Reed there.
Once everyone was reunited and Reed was informed of everything he says, "So you are giving us money so we can research and you get 80 while we get 20 of everything is that all correct so far?" "Yes, also I get a share goes over everything. For example, you find an extraordinary new income for you I would get 80 percent of it since it was thanks to me that you found it," says Jack and Reed says, "I can agree to that if you raise our percentage to 35." "Done, but if you betray me you lose everything," says Jack and Reed says, "Fine by me." They call for a notary to make this contract legal and Jack gives the second account with the 1 billion to Susan and says, "Well then Miss Storm I trust that you can administrate the money. Every month you get your one billion dollars to that account. We will see each other again."
Jack leaves and goes to his next appointment he made last night to buy the share from board members except those of Tony Stark for a good sum. As well as Oscorp making Jack or better said James Striker appears in everyone's eyes out of nowhere. Jack then took a taxi towards Tony's mansion.
He knocks on the door of the mansion and the door opens and Jack goes inside. Once inside he sees a Tony Stark that was having a midlife crisis and says, "Mr. Stark, I came like I told you yesterday over the phone. Are you ready for the transaction?" "Yes, but how should I call you? Jack Parker or James Striker. You know it isn't good to steal some one's identity by using the same face you have in real life boy," says Tony and Jack says, "Oh but we are the same person. How about this? I give you something that you want and you give a quarter of your share and all your present and future patents on the Ironman suit and your Arc Reactors that you have in your chest. What do you say?"
"And what do I gain from this?" asks Tony and Jack says, "How about you keep living instead of dying from the metal poisoning like you are doing right now." "And how will you do that I tried everything already and nothing worked," says Tony and Jack says, "First the payment then the pleasure. How about this? We call the notary and make everything legal and then I give you what you want."
"Just a question, why should I trust you?" asks Tony and Jack says, "You can but I'm your best shot right now." "Alright, but why do you want my patents on the suits and the reactors even future ones," says Stark and Jack says, "I might be intelligent but I need time to study in this field before I can become an expert like you. That's why I will leave it to you to continue your research in it since you are the brightest mind for this right now. When I catch up I won't need you any longer trust me. Also, the reason why I need it is a secret for now."
"I just want to know if you want to do something evil with them," says Tony and Jack says, "I have never done evil in my whole life and I'm only using a fake identity because no one would take me seriously if I were to talk to them as a sixteen-year-old of a broke household instead as what I'm impersonification right now." "There you might be right," says Tony as he stands up and walks towards Jack as if he was drunk and almost falls by stretching his hand out to seal the deal while saying, "Well, I'm dying anyway. So why not try your idea."
"Alright, call the notary I want it in black and white instead of in words," says Jack and Tony says, "You don't trust me?" "I only trust three people in this world and you aren't one of them," says Jack and Tony says, "Jarvis call the notary. I have a suspicious new co-worker that won't let me in peace until I have signed a damn piece of paper."
The notary came and everything was noted on the contract making James Striker earn a fifth of the shares Tony has instead of a quarter but still all be co-owner of the patents and future ones. Then both signed it and Jack says, "We need to drive to the tower. You will still be the Owner of everything even if I have more shares than you right now with 54%." "I'm still surprised that my drunk me has signed that piece of paper. Just a question, why not become the owner?" says Tony who was driving his car towards the Stark Tower and Jack says, "Because I am also a shareholder of Oscorp and investor of the Fantastic Four. That means I have enough shit to look after."
"I'm just suspicious about how you got that much money," says Tony and Jack says honestly knowing Tony wouldn't believe it, "My teacher gave me the money as my sixteen birthday." "Yeah right and I'm Santa Claus." They arrive at the tower and Pepper was about to leave towards Tony's mansion to talk to him about the share changes that happened today when she sees Tony coming in with the one responsible for the changes and Pepper says, "I was about to go to your house to tell you about the changes that happened but it seems you know each other already."
"Yeah, he stormed my house and we made a deal. He is our boss right now with 54% of all shares on the company," says Tony and Pepper freezes and asks, "Why?" "Because I can. But don't worry Tony will still lead the company and everything else," says Jack and Natasha comes out and Pepper says, "Right, this is Natalie Rushman. She is from our legal department. I just have one question? How did you reach 54% when I hold 56% of the shares?"
"Hoh so you did trick me, Mr. Stark. I should leave then," says Jack when Tony says, "Wait, Pepper, I gave you everything because of a little tiny problem I had but now I could have a solution so can you give him a fifth of my shares making mine only 41% for now." "You really sold your legacy for what?" asks Pepper and Jack says, "For his-" "Don't," says Tony and Jack understands and keeps quiet.
"I will tell you once I found the solution to it. But not before," says Tony to Pepper and Pepper says, "You and your secrets one day they will kill you." "Where are you two heading by the way?" asks Pepper and Jack says, "To his old office. Don't know if he already cleaned it or not." "It's all how he left it," says Pepper and Tony asks, "What do we want there?"
"You will see once we are there," says Jack and both begin to move inside and Pepper enters her car with Natasha, who asks, "Who was that?" "That is James Striker and it seems he owns Stark Industries. He bought all the shares from the other shareholders making him second to Tony. But thanks to Tony's problems and instability some of the shareholders saw it more beneficial to sell their shares to James Striker after he offered to buy every share they had. The same goes for me but I kept my shares," says Pepper and Natasha asks, "And no one asked where he came from?"
"You can read it online. Everything about him is listed there," says Pepper making Natasha suspicious towards Jack. On the other side, Jack and Tony arrive at the office and Tony asks, "What now?" Jack walks to the diorama of the Stark Expo ground that Howard Stark made and takes the core of it out and throws it to Tony while saying, "The thing you need is in there."
"How do you know?" asks Tony and Jack says, "You remember that this glass broke in the past when the green and brown monster fought each other?" says Jack and Tony says, "Yes, on the video a man in black enters through the window and crashed the diorama. I had to rebuild it." "I didn't really want to enter. I was thrown through the window back then by the brown monster," says Jack and Tony now froze and says, "You were-"
"Yep, fifteen back then and I wanted to be a hero. Now I just want to be left alone. Being a hero is too much work," says Jack and Tony looks at the core and asks, "You sure it will help me?" "Yes, with this you can create a new element and you can stop the poisoning through the palladium. Now let's return and delete this conversation. Don't want someone to appear in my room tonight," says Jack and Tony tells Jarvis to do so and both leave the Stark Tower again to return to his mansion. Once there Tony begins his to work on it and Jack says, "I will leave then you won't need me right."
"Yes, see you in the board meeting next month," says Tony and Jack says, "Really?" "Yes, we will have to make a big party since you joined and I will still be alive if everything works though you didn't really give me what I wanted and Jack says as he leaves, "You would have been dead if I didn't tell you about it."
