Avengers Initiative 1
The next morning they wake up and eat breakfast together while seeing the news. "Yesterday night Iron Man, as well as Iron Patriot, were fighting against the terrorist Ivan Vanko aka Whiplash right here," says the reporter while showing the scene were they clashed against each other and continues, "Nobody got injured and Ivan Vanko was kil-"
"You two were lucky that you returned before everything got crazy," says Lydia, who turned off the TV.
"Yes, you could say that," says Felicia
"So did you two do it yesterday night?" asks Lydia.
"We are way past that mom," says Felicia.
"Really, what do your parents say about that?" asks Lydia.
"If they should await grandchildren very soon," says Jack.
"How long have you been doing it already?" asks Lydia.
[A week at least.] says Venom
[She is not talking to you.] says Jack.
[She should then she would find out how embarrassing your two's first time was.] says Venom.
"Around a week," says Felicia.
"Were you a screamer like I, in your first time?" asks Lydia.
"She was," says Jack without thinking and Felicia gets red and Jack realized he said it out loud. Lydia smiles at them as Felicia hits Jack for saying that.
After some weeks after the Whiplash incident, Jack was working in the Baxter Building on Graves when he gets called by Fury again. "What do you want old man?" asks Jack
"Call me that again and I will public who you really are." says Fury.
"Just do so. Then I can finally show off in front of my parents," says Jack.
"I need you here right now. Bring your cousin and girlfriend. I will send you the coordination." says Fury.
Jack looks at them and asks, "Are you on a ship in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean?"
"You are partly right. I'm over the Ocean. Just come to the coordinates. I need you here before that person appears again," says Fury.
"You will owe me two things after this is all done," says Jack.
"Just make haste," says Fury as he hangs up.
"He really can't relax. Graves meet me at Felicia's hideout," says Jack then leaves his Laboratory.
"Where are you going?" asks Susan.
"Someone needs my help. Susan, you should maybe not be in New York for the next week. Trust me you don't want to know why," says Jack as he enters the lift and calls Peter.
"What do you need?" asks Peter.
"El Jefe has called. He needs help so pack up your spandex and give your girlfriend a kiss. We meet at Cat's Hideout." says Jack.
"On my way," says Peter, who was with MJ at this moment.
Then he calls Felicia and asks, "Are you free right now?"
"Not really. I'm with both our mothers. Why do you call?" asks Felicia.
"I need the Cat at her hideout. Maybe you are lucky and you will meet someone interesting," says Jack.
"Let me inform them that you need me. I will meet you there," says Felicia as she hung up and Jack takes the car and drives towards Felicia's hideout.
Once there he puts his car into his ring and finds Peter and Felicia there and Felicia says, "So what is happening?"
Jack throws to her the Avengers document over while changing in his armor and Graves and Rachel arrived while she was reading the documents and Felicia asks, "How long did you know about this?"
"Since the day I told you who I'm," says Jack.
"And you never thought of telling me. My fucking name is on this document," says Felicia angry.
"Because I never thought we would ever be called. But now we are. We will depart now. The others should be there already waiting and like said before you might find something that will surprise you." says Jack.
"And that would be?" asks Felicia.
"Your father," says Jack.
Felicia almost falls from the shock and says, "That can't be we buried him."
"He is alive though he feigned death. He is working for SHIELD right now. Don't know what he does right now but he is alive and well," says Jack.
"Why didn't he contact us? Or come back once in a while like every other Dad?" asks Felicia.
"I don't know. You have to ask him yourself when you meet him," says Jack.
"Then let's go. But I won't forget that you kept me in the dark about this," says Felicia
"I was just doing the best for you," says Jack.
"You don't decide that alright. I decide if it's for my best or not. Let's go I want to meet that bastard and kick his ass for playing dead that long," says Felicia.
Both mount their hoverboards and Peter was hanging from Graves until arriving at the coordinates Fury sent Jack. They look around and find a giant flying Helicarrier over their heads and Felicia points at it and says, "There?"
"Yes, ready to meet him?" asks Jack.
"Not really," says Felicia
They land on the Helicarrier and SHIELD agents stormed the deck and pointed their weapons at them until Fury says over the loudspeaker, "It's alright they are on our side. Bring them to me." The agents lower their weapons and one of them brought them to the command center where Fury was waiting.
"Good it seems you could make it," says Fury.
"Where is Mr. Hardy?" asks Jack.
"He is not available right now," says Fury.
"What do you mean not available. He is my father. I need to see him," says Felicia.
"He, as well as others, have fallen into the hands of our enemy," says Agent Coulson.
"And who are our enemies?" asks Jack
"A god if our information is right," says Fury.
[A puny god if you ask me. Compared to Shura and your teacher. You have seen what they can do and this one needs help from mortals.] says Venom.
"Now here is a picture of the culprit. His name is Loki," says Fury.
"The Trickster?" asks Peter
"Exactly he appeared out of a portal and had this scepter as a weapon. Don't let it near your chest or you will end up in his control," says Fury.
"Are we doing this alone?" asks Jack.
"No, Stark is working on finding the location. We also have Captain America on this ship as well as Agent Romanoff. Dr. Bruce Banner won't join you in this mission he will stay here doing some research on something. The same goes for those two. I can't leave the ship completely unprotected," says Fury.
"Why should I leave them both here," says Jack.
"Trust me it's better that way," says Fury.
"If I really trusted you, you wouldn't need to pay me to do the work. They are coming with me," says Jack.
They begin to discuss until Jack gives up and tells both to leave the ship if everything goes to shit around here. Then he boards a Heli that was about to fly away and sees a man in a costume and Natasha.
"You know we aren't going to a Carnival right?" asks Jack.
"A little more respect. He is Captain America," says Coulson.
"Oh, the one that was stuck in the Iceberg. I thought he would be older," says Jack.
"And I said I will not take children with me," says Steve.
"Too bad, I think I could bet you easily if we were to fight," says Jack.
"No fighting for now. You both can fight after the mission is done," says Natasha.
After Natasha said that both stopped and Jack asks, "Where are we going?"
"Stuttgart, Tony found Loki there. We don't know what he wants there," says Coulson, who was flying the Heli.
"So your weapon is a shield. Pretty lame if you ask me," says Jack.
"And you use guns. Don't like to go to close to your opponents," says Steve.
"I'm just afraid I accidentally rip a heart out of someone's chest by using too much strength," says Jack sarcastic.
"We are almost there. Prepare for dropping," says Coulson.
"I hope you can keep up old man," says Jack as the luke opens and he jumps out without a parachute while saying, "Graves." Graves appears under him in the middle of his fall and both begin to fly down.
"Is he always like that?" asks Steve.
"He is retired and hates to come back into action," says Natasha as she puts a parachute on.
"Can I do the same?" asks Steve.
"You really would do that?" asks Natasha.
"*sighs* I couldn't but he why did he retire?" asks Steve.
"Fury says that he retired because he didn't want to keep fighting an endless battle. He let his cousin do the fighting now while he stands behind him," says Natasha.
Both jump out of the Heli and follow Jack down. Jack was already on the ground and sees the people kneeling on the ground while an old man was standing.
"So you are Loki, the Trickster God, right. Not really impressive compared to my teacher," says Jack as he approaches the kneeling mass and Loki. Loki attacks by throwing a knife that passes Jack's body who was made out of black smoke and Jack approaches him and passes through Loki.
Loki appears in another place and says, "And you are a funny human that can turn into smoke."
"Oh, I can do far more," says Jack as he appears behind Loki and holds his shotgun against Loki's back and continues, "How about putting your hands up?"
Loki appears in another place again and says, "How about you get the real one and we will talk about surrendering."
Loki splits up in many copies and walks into different directions wanting to confuse Jack by doing that. The other two land at this moment and Steve asks, "Where is Loki?"
"He is right there. The one in the middle," says Jack
"How do you know I could be the real one," say all Loki at the same time.
Jack puts his shotgun in his holster and takes his rifle from his back and shoots at the copies and says, "See as I told you. The one in the middle was the real one."
"How did you know?" asks Loki.
"Your clones don't give off the same aura as your real body," says Jack as he points his gun at Loki. Loki begins to split again but this time he walked into the mass. Jack points at Loki and wanted to shoot when Steve stops him.
"Are you crazy you could hit a civilian," says Steve.
"That is a risk worth taking," says Jack.
"We need him alive," says Natasha.
"Really, why bring me then?" asks Jack who lowers his rifle.
"Ask Fury. I recommended your cousin for this mission," says Natasha.
"How about we take care of him before we discuss about who we wanted on this mission," says Steve as he throws his shield against Loki.
"Really. You tell me not to shoot but you use a fucking shield that could decapitate civilians when thrown fast enough or give them a concussion," says Jack.
"We can talk later about that," says Steve.
They begin to fight Loki in close combat overwhelming him if not for him always changing position. Jack wanted to use his chains but thought it would be better to keep them secret for now. They fought against Loki for half an hour until Tony arrived who pointed everything he had against Loki.
"Give up now," says Tony and Loki let's go of his staff.
"Alright, you win. I give up," says Loki.
Steve and Natasha handcuff Loki and Coulson lands with the Heli and everyone boards it. Then they begin to return to fly towards the Helicarrier when they hear a storm approaching.
"What are you scared of a little lightning?" asks Steve.
"I'm not overly fond of what follows," says Loki.
