The new rebellion

The jarls of Skyrim starts to change for Independence from the empire.

Independence support because the empire is trying to kill voice masters so as Skyrim needs no laws that they don't agree with. We need to strengthen ourselves.

That's why independence is a must.

After talking to Ulfric I then started my work for Skyrim's Independence.

That says the empire will not affect Skyrim as it is a separate country.

Empire laws will not affect Skyrim Skyrim has the right to hold a meeting to discuss new laws. Basic laws in Skyrim will be.
