Eh?

Seeing Gale with a blank and confused face over what occurred cause Rowan to sigh inwardly.

'This man has experienced both wars and politics more than me, yet he still doesn't understand." Rowan mused in his thoughts.

Luken, not expecting much from his friend's intelligence, graciously explained, "I'm going to inform the other countries of Olinthus's lost magic mirror and how the mirror answered all their questions."

Gale still wore a bewildered expression, "Eh? Can't you explain more?"

Rowan prompted, "Olinthus was not a powerful country to begin with, yet became strong within a decade. Thus, if the other countries are able to piece together the pieces of Olinthus being stronger to a mirror that has a definite answer to all, everyone would know Olinthus is currently weak."

The blond-haired man's eyes widened in realization. Luken once again expressed his exasperation for his friend through a short sigh. Rowan internally chuckled at the two men, especially when Luken used fingers to manually unfurrow his eyebrows.

It was a habit that he noticed recently. Whenever Gale does something, ahem, not that suggested or smart, Luken rubs his eyebrows.

"Well, Gale, help me write those letters to send." Luken's deep voice reverberated in the throne room, bringing Rowan back out from his daze.

"Huh?! You're the king, you do it! I have other paperwork to do! And Rowan will help me do it, right Rowan?"

Gale shoved his face onto the mirror's glass with sparkling and desperate eyes, before Rowan could say a single answer, Luken already pushed Gale's face away with a merciless hand.

"Rowan do you want to spend time with me?" The platinum-haired man turned the mirror's glass to reflect his face, yet looked into it as if looking into Rowan's own face.

Without a second thought, Rowan had answered positively.

Thus, a King, a sobbing man and a mirror that was gently tucked into the front pocket of the King, headed towards the study room to write the letters to the other countries.

Luken and Gale had to painstakingly write long letters with ink and pen to only five countries, though it still left a bad cramp on their hands as it took the rest of the day to properly write each letter. Every letter was tied to falcons specialized in safely delivering mail.

Soon, all the neighboring countries around Olinthus would know of their current state of affairs.

Although not everything went according to plan, it still ended up with the intended results: watching Olinthus making a fool of themselves.

Outside was pitch black and even made Gale, the ever-so energetic, to fall asleep ontop of his desk.

Luken flexed his numbs fingers and stretched his sore arms. Rowan did nothing. Well, he couldn't do anything to be more precise.

He felt a little helpless during situations when he wants to help. He wants to hurry and regain his original body. He would be able to help Luken in a better way, not just by answering questions. Plus, with his human body, he would be able to do whatever he wants. He was, after all, not limited to only studying. He could learn to control his magic too, and maybe return those protective actions to Luken.... It's unfortunate that Olinthus never let him fully master his magic in fear of him being powerful enough to escape.

As if noticing his somewhat gloomy feelings, Luken asked, "What's wrong?"
