Chapter 4

It's tuesday, i worked my ass of last night and read cases as far as my brain can. I slept only four hours. Hope staying all night will be paid off.

"Good morning!" Someone suddenly pop out on my view. It startled me a bit. I raise my left brow. Who's this guy?

I look at him from head to toe, trying to remember if i ever met him.

"Won't you enter?" i decided to ignore.

I don't think hanging out with him is a good idea.

"Hey! i greeted you~" He whined, which to my surprise. I don't even know his name.

"And so?" im not trying to be rude but i guess it came out like that but who cares.

"I guess, you're still in a bad mood eh?"

Ahh~ now i remember, he's the guy who recited after me. One who pissed me off because of his detailed recit.

"But your recit was good, what's with the awful mood?"

Nosy.

"Did i ever said it wasn't?" i snapped.

"Woah, calm down lady. I ain't your enemy" and he smirked.

This guy, we don't even know each other yet he's acting as if we're friends.

"Ms, Mroz"  I stood up immediately as i heard my name.

"Recite Mala Probihita"

"Mala probihita, the class of crimes punishable by Special laws and where criminal intent is not, as a rule, necessary it being suficient that the offender has the intent to perpetrate the act probihited by the special law"  and so i continue discussing the two types of Mala when i saw him waiting for me to say more after i stated his question.

He nodded when i finished. I sighed. Gahhh, i thought it won't get over. Thank God i did it. I thought i'll get fcked up again.

It was like a pile of cement lifted out of my chest  and damn, it feels so good. Satisfying indeed.

"Creed!" he's actually with someone i could careless.

"What are you going to eat?" he didn't answer me but i found out his order is french bread and pasta. Don't ask me how, i just saw it.

"Let me buy you a coffee"

Nope, im not asking for his permission. I'll buy him one wether he likes it or not.

"One Latte and one Black coffee please, thank you"

"You know, i mess my recit last day. T'was my first recit ever but i didn't do good" I said with a sad voice.

I decide to talk to him as we're waiting for our orders.

"That's fine right? i mean not everyone will be great with what they're doing. Not everytime it's perfect"

He just shrugged. Tss, this guy. He's really a snob but i can feel it, today he has his monthly period.

No he doesn't have monthly period, just a metaphor i used whenever he's ignoring me.

"Miss Mroz!" automatically my eyes rolled. I know it's Claude, he's the only person who calls me by my surname except my prof of course, despite knowing what my real name is. He thinks it's cool but it's not. And yep, i finally know his name.

"What?"

"O-oh bitching out again?"

"What did you order?"

"None of your business"

"C'mon we're bloc mates! you're my business" He smiled cheekily.

"I'm not interested with you" i said straightforward.

"And i'm not asking for your opinion, i just wanna be friends--" He turn to the cashier girl "I'll pay for my lady" he look at me "There is nothing wrong with being friends right?"

I grit my teeth "You have many friends"

"I don't mind adding you"

"And i do" finally my latte arrived but when i look at my side, Creed is already gone and he left his coffee the one that i ordered for him. My jaw drop when i saw him walking away and looking pissed as his brows are furrowed. The man beside him kept on nudging his side but he snap his hand.

I guess he really does have a period.

"I paid for your coffee, now you owe me one"

Trying to calm my self, i smiled at him sarcastically when i turn my head on him.

I grab ten dollars and gave it to him.

"Now keep the change, you can use it on buying someone to talk to" i said trying to act sweet but sarcasm is evident.

Hah~ the only thing that happened today was my good recit, nothing more. I wasn't able to talk to Creed that much and annoying guy suddenly pop out of nowhere and stressing my entire being because of his nosiness. Argh, whatever.
