The Stream Of Lost Souls

Death has been walking around the gray world with the blue soul following behind while looking around, the mountains, the creatures, and even the sky with ash falling gave the soul a dreadful vibe. It was nothing like the world where it came from, Earth.

"If I may ask, who are you?" The blue soul curiously asked.

"Me?... I am neither a person nor thing, I am Death". Thinking that telling the truth in this situation would be suitable instead of lying about his identity, Death answered honestly.

"Whoa! I thought Death was more like a skeleton with a black hooded robe and scythe."

The blue soul seemed to take the fact that the one before it was Death pretty well, even giggling at its own delusions of what death looked like in its mind. Death, on the other hand, was pleasantly surprised by how accepting the blue soul was.

Interesting, but those black-robed creatures which they perceive as Death isn't too wrong.

Earth, what a nice and interesting place.

With some small talk on the way to their destination, they worked to break the ice between them. Even though most of the talking was done by the blue soul with Death nodding and giving one-word responses sometimes.

The blue soul seemed much more confident and talkative by the end of their small journey, even getting a nickname from Death.

"Since you won't give me a name to address, from now on you are Little Blue."

Little Blue seemed happy, it felt like making a friend for the first time.

"Why did u stop? Are we here?" Little blue looked around noticing that they actually traveled a long distance, since the mountain that was in front of where they started turned a blur from where they currently were.

It seems like I talked a lot, I hope it wasn't irritating for Death to listen to me all this time.

Death turned to face Little Blue and stared intensely for what seemed like an eternity for LIttle Blue, as Little Blue got scared and panicky, thinking of anything it might have done wrong.

Did I annoy Death, I must have, is it because I talked too much, I'm such an idiot.

Little Blue's thoughts were all over the place but Death was just extremely focused on figuring out how to go about with his plans.

I've never left before, if I were to go about this I would first go to that place since I can't open a gate to another world here. The problem is that I don't want to cause too much of a disturbance once I arrive.

Earth, hmmm...is it worth the risk?

"Let's go Little Blue." Death said as a swirling black hole opened before them.

They appeared in a completely pitch-black place, there was no oppressive air of dread here. Neither was there any monsters or even the lingering of death closing in on you creepily. There was none of that, there was nothing here. It was empty, the feeling of emptiness was monotonous, the feeling was comparable to solitude confinement, but in pitch darkness.

Looking around...there wasn't much to look at, it seems like gravity doesn't exist here, which is unique.

'From one asylum to another. I hope Death will keep his promise.' Little Blue thought back to their promise which seemed rather sketchy.

"Death, where are we?" Little Blue asked clueless of their current location, it was relieved that they didn't die instantly but confused since it thought that going through that black hole would bring it to a new world filled with magic and dragons.

"This should be The Stream Of Lost Souls, get yourself ready, there will be a stamped coming our way in a couple of seconds, don't get taken by the stamped if you still want to get reincarnated."

'Huh?....HUH!?!?!?'
