The Court: What do you plea?

The God: I plea not guilty.

The Court: Insolence, You are guilty! Case Closed, Lock this Old Man up Billy! We'll be at the club, make sure to roll up, we finna get lit.

*The God getting dragged away to prison*: No, I said not guilty, this is injustice, Noooo! (How come my life is worth less than a night out?!)

'Weird Vision' thought the Old Man.

The black-haired woman stopped before the door and stepped aside.

'Seems I'm going in alone.'

'Wish me luck'

The Old Man put his hand forward and pressed it against the double doors gently and the doors started opening with that slightest touch.

'That felt good, I feel strong somehow'

Stepping in with conviction, the Old Man came in with a poker face. The doors started to slowly close in until shut. The black-haired secretary closed the building down and sent all the employees home to keep possible classified information from leaking into the outside world.

Things were about to go down.

The room the Old Man stepped in was like the rest of the building, but way grander, it was like walking into the throne room of a Royal Palace. Even the air smelled like money and riches. Columns aligned symmetrically on both sides with carvings of mythical beasts. Reflective golden flooring and historical wars illustrated on the walls, the art looked alive with all the flavorful colors and mystical animals drawn to absolute detail. It looked like walking through history itself.

Nearing the end of the hall, there were seven pedestals, they were in rising order to the center, 3 rising from the left, and another 3 from the right, while the one in the middle was situated the highest, as a show of power and prestige. On these 7 pedestals were 7 men, they wore white robes with calm expressions on their faces but it seemed all but real.

The Old Man reached some distance before them and stopped.

"What is your name?" Asked on of the seven men.

"My name? Well, it's Jesús" Replied the Old Man.

"JESUS?! Don't screw with us, I've met Jesus before and he's not some old lying man." Outraged by the statement of the Old Man who calls himself Jesus, one of the seven men protested.

The Old Man was mad too, it wasn't his fault that he shared the name of a Legendary figure in Heaven. But the Old Man refuted, "It's not Jesus, its hay-SOOS, you know, the Spanish pronunciation, and I'm not lying, my name is genuinely Jesús, but it's just pronounced differently."

"Enough", The one in the center said calmly but his words held tremendous power as it went pin-drop quiet the next second.

The ring leader continued, "There are bigger issues at hand right now. Mr. Jesús, you said that you know confidential information, please elaborate."

Old Man Jesús cleared his throat and got ready to drop a bomb. "Ahem, well, I personally witnessed the Wheel Of Fortune being taken by death."

"What?! That's impossible!" Disbelief was painted on all the faces.

"I said enough! Mr. Jesús, what evidence do you have?" The ring leader composed himself the fasts but even he wasn't expecting anything this outrageous.

Old Man Jesús took out his ID card which showed that he worked in the Stream of Lost Souls as an administrator. This shocked the Council and they began to see the Old Man in a new light.

But the next thing Old Man Jesús pulled out his pocket was the black card. The whole council felt an invisible presence of Death and immense pressure on their bodies once the Old Man took out the card.

The Old Man was unfazed but he could tell the other 7 were not doing so well.

"This card here should be enough to prove that Death is the culprit."

"Yes Mr. Jesús, it should definitely be more than. If you don't mind, could you leave the evidence behind?" The ring leader spoke out but he was clearly shaken, and out of it.

The Old Man didn't seem to be done, he hasn't figured out this thing for himself yet. "I have a question, What does Memento Mori mean? It's on the back of this card?"

The Old Man flipped the card to the Message left for him so the council can see.

One of the men who haven't talked much knew exactly what it meant the moment he saw it. He seemed clearly shaken and his face contorted in fear. "Mr...Mr. Jesús, Memento Mori is Latin for... Remember Death Or "Remember you must die."

The whole room got eerily quiet. Even the Old Man was shaken not to mention the 7 that had cold sweat running down their backs.

Memento Mori: Remember that you are mortal

Memento Mori: Remember That You Must Die

Memento Mori: Remember Death
