Short story 6: fledgling vigilantes (2)

"Uehh?!~whwo r u peowe? Wat do yu want?"

I tried my best at impersonating a helpless illiterate street kid, my body language was also conveying this impression, darting worried eyes, fidgeting body and hands, keeping my hands near my body.

((That's good but it's a bit too good…makes it seem like too much of a trained response which is unnatural…overall I give it a 7.5/10, you need to work on your acting a bit more))

Markus saw my act and critiqued it.

(Wow…tough crowd, but I guess everyone's a critic nowadays)

I responded to his criticism with an equally joking manner.

"Hello there little girl~are you lost? Where are your parents?"

One of the men approached me with a deceptively friendly smile.

"Wat's a pawents? Uhm…I dwon't know, I've never seen one befwore"

I answered slowly stepping back from the man.

"No parents? Oh my you poor thing…it's simply not right for such a tender young girl to be parentless in this dangerous part of town"
