Miracle

The middle aged man was still not convinced at all, But looking at the situation his wife at and the effort their children put into to get someone to help he couldn't help but accept as they have nothing else to lose, His injuries was worsening and his wife was getting weaker and weaker day by day.

As Ye Qing got closer to the bed he took out a jar made with clay with green liquid inside of it.

"Drink this and you should be fine." Ye Qing took a cup and gave it to Su Yexin for her mother to feel a little trust.

As Yexin helped her mother up, Ye Qing turned to look at the middle age man and walked towards him as he took out a blackish substance covered with leaves.

"Are you trying to cure me or kill me? Just tell me!" The middle aged man gave a sharp cry seeing the black substance in Ye Qing's hand.

"Stop being a wuss and just let me apply it to your hands." Ye Qing said as he unwrapped the bandages or cloth on the middle aged man's hand, and as soon as he saw the his hand he saw just flesh and almost no skin could be seen in his hand.

Seeing his gaze fixed at his arm he sighed and said. "It is my own actions that did this, it wasn't a beast that did this to me."

"I can see that." Ye Qing replied and continued. " Can you at least te-" But stopped as he saw the other three people in the room looking over.

As he applied the black substance in the hands of the middle aged man he took a look at the woman laying in the bed, That looked pale as paper now has a rosy complexion back on her face.

"You two should be fine in a couple of days." Ye Qing said while nodding feeling satisfied for what he has done.

Looking at his wife's condition he couldn't be bothered by what Ye Qing said or what condition his hands were at, and just stared at his wife in a daze not daring to get close as

it might just be an illusion and crumbled the moment he gets too close.

Ye Qing didn't look back and exited the house to walk around now that his job was done, As he hasn't been to anywhere since he crashed here.

While all of this was happening inside the house the burly man who was knocked out by Ye Qing earlier woke up with a groan. " What the fck just happened." The burly man thought to himself as he scratched his head in confusion not remembering what had happened before he regain consiousness, his appearance right now was like a beggar with dust, holes in his clothes, dirty face and disheveled hair.

"Boss!" A man with a slim physique around the age of twenty years old and a knife attached on his waist dashed throught the burly man while waving his hand.

When he got closer to his 'Boss' he suddenly came to a halt as he saw his ragged clothes and messy hair. "What happened to you boss?" The skinny man asked as he looked at his boss, the man in front of him was the strongest in the village so it didn't even cross his mind that his boss got beaten.

"Huh? What happened my ass i don't even know why i was asleep here!" The burly man shouted as he was irritated when he saw someone disturbing him.

"Eh?"

"Eh... eh what? get fcking lost before i smack your head to the ground!" The burly man shouted again making him even more irritated as he still saw him standing there not moving an inch.

As he was about to kick the idiot in front of him he saw a silhouette in the corner of his eyes, The man has burnt like skin and a missing arm making him stop his action as he turned around and looked.

'Have i seen him before?' The burly man mumbled to himself as the man passed by them, Seeing the back of the man he started scratching his head again thinking of where he saw him before but nothing seems to pop out in his memory, He then turned around and left the skinny man still standing there alone.

As Ye Qing was walking around he was in deep though as the people in this village does not even have an ounce of cultivation, even though he is crippled he was still extremely sensitive towards 'Qi' but he hasn't felt anything even after going to a whole village where at least hundreds of people live.

"Where exactly am i?" He asked himself still in deep though as he stopped but as he was about to continue strolling around he heard someone calling out to him.

"Big Brother Ye!" Su Yexin yelled as she ran towards him trying to catch up.

"Hmmmm? What's up?" Ye Qing asked as he turned around to look at the girl running towards him.

Su Yexin stopped in front of him and caught her breath before speaking again, " You suddenly left the house so i thought you might have left the village already, i was looking for you everywhere you know."

"Ahh i'm not leaving yet if you don't mind, i was just taking a stroll." Ye Qing replied as he looked at the girl in front of him who was still out of breath.

"It's no problem.. no problem at all in fact we would like you to stay as well as we haven't thanked you yet for helping treat our parents." Su Yexin smiled sweetly as she said that.

"Then I'll gladly take you up on your offer." Ye Qing smiled slightly as he followed the girl back.
