Chapter 27; Training Last Part.

*I needed to loose you to love me, this dancing was killing me softly, I needed to hate you to love me.*

I held my bandaged hands into fists in front of me, Scott was in a corner practicing the boxing techniques I showed him a few minutes back, Stiles was shaking like a leaf in front of me. Sweat visibly trickling down his forehead. He wore bandages around his palms as well, I was going to teach him silent palm. A technique that creates an impression that the palm isn't deadly, it always takes the victim of guard but just using your palm and little to no strength is courting death, for your body at least.

"Put your full force into your palms, strike at my vitals and no where else or this training will be useless and then I'll make Fluffy chase you until you're able to do this." I say and opened my hands letting my palms open and keeping my fingers straight to my wrists. I moved forward channelling my strength from my feet to my palms and back, but instead of sticking Stiles I struck the Marble dummy next to us, rattling it, I had hit the side of it's neck. "Of course I'm not going to strike you just yet you won't be able to handle that. What I just did was the palm of the snake. And yes I realize that the name sucks but I didn't make it so we'll just stick with what we've got, got it?" I ask turning to Stiles whom shook his head vigorously.

"H.. h.. how do... I do it?" He stuttered. I scrunched my nose up, deliberating. Then I bent into the fist position, my knees equally spread apart, my feet firmly planted and gathering force. My back as straight as a board.

"This is called the horse position, it seems you'll have to practice this first before you'd be able to use the silent palms first move. Tense your legs up and gather your strength from down there, then slowly, pull it up to your lower back and spread it out to the rest of your back, then keep the strength you've gathered there. Slowly, pull an inch from that each second you stand in this position and gather it to your palms, but slowly and one at a time. Once you've gotten that right I'll show you how to release." I say and stood right, I watched as Stiles attempted to do it but a sharp crack alerted me to him being stiff, I cringed.

"Do warm ups first." I say making a face.

"But I have warmed up!" He shouted.

"Definitely not, otherwise your voice wouldn't sound so pained. Flex your body and practice control over it, like try to bend forward and touch your toes. No... no... no... no. That's not how you do it, that's cheating." I say shaking my head, he had bent his knees. I placed my hands on his knees and straighten them out. He cried out in shock at the sudden touch but allowed me to continue.

"Now touch your toes." I say. He gulped and tried again, trying to bent his body over to touch his toes, growling when he couldn't even go past his knees. I placed a hand on his back and pushed him softly every few minutes until he finally touched his toes. He latched on to them and I let go, he gave a relieved sigh but held on.

"Keep doing that until your comfortable." I say and turned to go to Scott. I gave a pained look as he had placed his forehead against the dummy panting. It hasn't even been an hour.

"Scotty boy." Said I, crossing my arms and tapping my foot on the ground. Scott looked up and gave me a look that said he wasn't interested.

"What?" He asks.

"Start again."

"No."

"Start again."

" No way." I glared at him.

"A. G. A. I. N." I spelled out my frustration growing.

" N. O." He says mimicking me. Without thinking I went to strike his ribs, his eyes widened and he quickly blocked me by placing his arms in a cross in front of him. I spun on my feet sending a kick to his jaw, he dodged it by jumping back and rolling to the side. He quickly got to his feet and sent a gloved punch to my chest. I blocked by simply fluttering my hands in front of me and grabbing his own, I pulled him forward and threw him over my shoulder, pinning him to the ground as I did so, my hands around his neck, his face to the ground. I leaned down and whispered into his ear.

"How do you plan on surviving if you can't fight, if you can't protect yourself how can you protect those you love? How will you be able to live in this harsh world of ours? How, Scott McCall, will you and Alison be together if you can't learn to protect her, can't learn to protect yourself, you can't even put in affert where it counts yet you expect to survive. Your dismissed for the night and tommorow but you still need to run, take Stiles with you." I say and climbed off of him, immediately feeling bad for my harsh words. I shook my head and left the gym.
