Chapter 34; Wolf (Part 1)

* Everybody wants to rule the world in one way or another, never thinking that their world is what lies in their lives, never thinking that they are placing their world's in uncharted territories. In the end, they lose the world they want to rule.*

"Did you kill her?" Stiles asks staring at the picture of the girl on my phone.

" I don't think so, no." I say. He looked at me as if I was crazy, ",what? I may or may not have crushed her ribs when I had picked her up from my backyard. " I say a look of confusion written on my face. Stiles sighs and Scott snickered.

"Is she alive?" Stiles rephrases.

"Her heart is still beating so I believe so. She might have died while I'm here though." I say.

" Your not helping your case. And then there's Scott, he thinks he killed the bus driver, were you there for that? " Asks Stiles looking in between us. I scrunched my nose up in distain.

"If I had smelled blood then that person would already be dead, but yes I had seen from the third floor the scene where the old man screamed bloody Mary. And no I wasn't there at the incident itself, I was kind of busy with a way ward and broken girl and my hunting to notice something down here. " I say popping an apple into my mouth and grimacing inwardly at the ashy taste it gave. The sound of clattering rang around me as four people sat down on our table in the corner of the cafeteria. Lidia, Jackson, the gay goalie Danny Mahealani and a cheerleader who I do not know or care to find out about. Jackson sat at the head of the table, Danny squeezed in between Stiles and Jackson and the Cheerleader sat next to him, Alison sat in between me and Scott and Lidia between Scott and Jackson. Huh, okay, this isn't weird at all.

"Hi! I'm Khaleesi." I say cheerfully to Danny holding my hand out and ignoring the cheerleader completely, no offense to cheerleaders out there but some of y'all can be a stick in the @ss some times. He blinked his serious expression softening as he shook my hand.

"Danny Mahealani. The goalie to the lacrosse team." He answers curtly. I grinned and leaned back taking another bite from the apple before chucking a huge sip of blood from my canteen. Ahhh, refreshing!

Jackson noticed me and dropped his plastic fork which he had used to play with his food.

"Hey little midget, what sport are you doing this year?" Jackson asks leaning forward. I glanced briefly at him before throwing my bitten apple in to the air, it came down slowly to my eyes, in one powerful movement I hit the apples un-bitten side letting it roll through the air and hit Jackson right in the middle of his forehead, sticky juice sprayed on his forehead.

"Volleyball, Archery, Fencing, Gymnastics and Violin. And I am not a midget." I say and drank the rest of my drink. Alison coughed trying to hide her laughing fit, Lidia grinned silently and smiled at me, Scott moved his head away from everyone completely trying very hard not to burst out in mad laughter while Stiles, Danny and the cheerleader laughed openly. I smirked as I dropped the canteen in my bag.

"So, um,Scott where are we going for our date tonight? " Alison asks, averting all attention to her and a squirming Scott.

"Erm.... How about-"

"Why don't we go on a double date? Or triple, Stiles and Casey can join us." Lidia offered. Wait, who now?

" Who's Casey? " Everyone at the table except myself asked.

"Khaleesi, it's just easier to say Casey. Plus it's almost the same isn't it? " Lidia tries to defend herself. I shifted.

" Not..... really. Casey is spelled C. A. S. E. Y and Khaleesi is spelled K. H. A. L. E. E. S. I. Two totally different names, I could allow you to call me by my middle name if my first one's to long for ya? " I ask giving Lidia a sympathetic smile. She had froze, not having expected my name to be so different. She then proceeded to nod.

"Then you can call me Amelia." I say but paused. "Or Karalina." I say.
