Looking at his children weaving between his branches, Dojin could not help but smile. He was proud of what he had accomplished in the few years he have existed. His children grew in it I don't and in variety.
At first he could only create fairies and elves but now Dryad and Trents were added to his list of creations. The stronger his hold on the world he took root in, the more nature related creatures he could create.
If things continue as they are, Its not impossible to see nature dragons roaming the skies of Paradise in the future. However, at his current strength, its unlikely to see them anytime soon.
Dragons, no matter what kind or world they are in, they are apex creatures, lord of all beasts. If one were to put a dragon and a lion on then same level, the dragon will win ten times out of ten. They are god bless creatures.
To nurture such creatures, his strength must far exceed them. Otherwise it would be like a fly giving birth to an elephant, truly inconceivable.
As a seed of the World Tree, Dojin ambitions and goals were not something many will understand, even he sometimes wonder if this was his ambition or someone else. This was like it was the only purpose he had in life, if he didn't try to accomplish this mission, he would lose meaning in being alive.
He wanted to try to bridge the gap between him and Yggdrasil but since he is only 1/9 of a whole, that possibility was slim. He could dominate Paradise mainly because of Lord Momonga and the fact there were no competition for resources.
If there was competition, he would not reach this stage. Its not that he is weak, its simply because without a stable environment and resources, his growth will stall. However, if he had eight other seed and devour them, no matter which world he was born in, he would dominate.
Dojin roots spread the entirety of Paradise, which increase his strength. As he is now, he imagined not even Lord Momonga could match him. Of course he didn't have the nerve to test that theory but he was sure nonetheless.
If he attempted to forcibly occupied Paradise, Dojin had the premonition that he would most likely die. He was not sure where this feeling emerge from, but he trust it nonetheless. He had no reason to betray his Lord, especially when it seem his Lord as please with his growth. Unless he had a few loose screws, reaching that stage was not likely.
His plans of bridging the gap between him and his ancestor was well thought out, and with enough time, it would eventually succeed. First he would dominate Paradise and then plant Tree of Life in the Shinigami and Human World, before establishing a relationship which will make him a far less version of the World Tree but that was stop before it began.
Lord Blue Planet's action have cost him to lose the Shinigami Realm, now his only option is the Human World and he was not sure his Lord would allow a Tree of Life to grow there.
That Willow Tree was equal to him in might, and in some case exceed him. Upon birth, the Willow Tree's roots already encompass the Shinigami Realm or Hell under its grips but that was not enough to daunt Dojin's plans. As long as its importance to his Lord was not high, he was willing to uproot it and have one of his progeny take its place.
However, once the Willow Tree fuse with that item and started to give birth to demons, that option was no longer feasible. In terms of power, the Willow Tree have exceed him, however in terms of potential, he was winning.
Just like him, the Willow Tree was sentient but it's intelligence was not high, so while a threat, it was not high on his list of rivals and enemies.
Sighing, Dojin watched over his children and saw they were growing in strength. Those he created in the beginning had their potential halted but those he created since becoming stronger don't have this limitation.
Some of them rivaled some of the powerful angels in power, though they still pale in the face of Yael and the like. Still is was progress. It will not be long until beings on par or surpassing Yael appears in batches.
When the universal demons appeared, Dojin saw a way to achieve his goals without consideration of anything else. If he could learn how they manage to open a portal into Paradise, he could surpass his ancestor.
Everyone inside Paradise was aware that there exist worlds beyond the three realms. Lord Momonga had stated this in the beginning, though it was unknown if this was one purpose or not.
Dojin had not dream of entering into those sealed worlds, since if his Lord couldn't enter, how could he? Of course, the fact that he was stronger, might mean he could but other than strength, he doesn't have any other advantage over his Lord.
Honestly, he did not sense when the portal to Paradise open as the portal was outside his range of observation. He had plan to manipulate one of the universal demons but that plan was also daunted by Lord Blue Planet. If he wasn't sure he didn't have a grudge against Blue Planet, he would think he was acting against him.
Everything being said, Dojin was still content with what he had accomplished. As an immortal entity, he dont believe he wont have another chance to achieve his goal. He just hope a certain person doesn't interfere again because he is reaching his limit.
