Chapter 7 meeting the superiors

As they arrived at silver dawn village they were welcomed by the guards.

And a group of skeletons and ghouls dressed in fancy armor stood in the center of them.

Xerx was then led to the army base some distance from the village.

After an hour he heard somebody knocking on the door.

As he opened the door Xerx saw a female zombie dressed in skin-tight armor.

As she saw Xerx she said that she was Lea and was here to escort him to the ceremony.

Xerx followed Lea to the ceremony as they arrived.

Lea took a seat somewhere in the crowd and Xerx got on the stage.

He was then told to kneel by Ren and what must be one of the lords.

The lord then began his speech.

Welcome everyone to the promotion ceremony of Xerx skellington.

I earl Theodore thank you all for coming.

We are here to reward Xerx for his contributions to the battle of dawn light Forrest.

And for building Ratsburg and the surrounding villages.

But most importantly for defending us from an invasion and uniting sliver dawn forest under one banner.

I promote you Xerx skellington to the lord of silver dawn forest.

And commander of the silver dawn army but the most important thing.

From now on Xerx skellington is the leader of a new division.

Known as the skellington company which is responsible for scouting the local area, building village, developing trade and most importantly protecting his people.

And as per the order of the Supreme necromancers as of today Xerx and his rats are nobles of the skellington clan.

Xerx then began traveling to Ratsburg.

The first species is known as lightning callers.

They are bright yellow and have large fangs their length is about 20 meters.

And use lightning to kill their prey.

The second he wrote about poisonous lightnings.

They are called that because of their ability to control poison.

And their speed is as fast as lightning.

They have purple-colored glowing scales.

Their fangs are constantly dripping poison.

That was a small bit of the species he wrote about.

As Xerx was done writing the sun was already up.

He stored the bestiary away and began gathering everyone.

Xerx started telling everyone what happened when he was gone.

And I have been appointed as the mayor of Ratsburg.

And also promoted to commander and leader of a new division known as the skellington company.

Also, I have become a baron and the Forest will be my land.

They all began to cheer and give their congratulations to Xerx.

Then they began working on the villages.

The third village will be built underground and serve as a mining village.

And will mostly be popular with the mole-kin.

The fourth village will be built High in the trees

And serves as a tourist village.

The squirrel-kin and birds Wil be more than likely living there.

The fifth village will be a farming village.

And some bee colonies are planning on making a second colony there.

The list goes on and on.

As the week quickly flew by there came more people and animals to join Xerx territory.

As the day the reward should arrive came.

And every village had its specialty.

Xerx began sorting the stuff and assigning the new people to their homes.
