One More Day

"Are you alright?" The young woman said to Hazel again. This time, her smile was gone and she seemed to be worried. She only wanted to ask her a question but she turned pale as soon as she saw her.

Hazel was aroused from her thoughts and smiled awkwardly. "Oh! Sorry. Something suddenly came to my mind. What do you want to ask me?" She clenched her dress due to nervousness.

As soon as she heard Hazel's voice, the young woman became motionless and she keep staring at Hazel. 'That voice! No! There's no way! It's just my imagination. Come to your sense, Janice.' Many things crossed her mind.

Janice pointed Marcus and said to Hazel, "That handsome man. Can I ask...what is your relationship?" She was a bit shy to asked such question to a stranger.

Hazel smiled and understood the situation right away. She recalled the things Marcus did to her just a moment ago. 'Oh! My dear brother, time to taste your own medicine!'

"She's my brother. Why? Are you interested in him?"

Janice face turned red due to embarrassment. She became tight lipped and can't say a single word.

"There's no need to be shy. If you like him, I'll introduce you to him. What is your name?" Hazel knew her name too well. But if she acts like she already know her name, suspicion will arise.

Janice facial expressions changed completely and she smiled brightly. "I'm Janice Joo. I used to spend some of my free time here as a volunteer."

"You seem to be a kind hearted person. I'm Hazel Lim and my brother name is Marcus Lim. We came here to make a donation." Hazel answered with a calm voice. Her gaze never leave the woman.

"I hope we could become good friends. Me and my brother came to Korea just yesterday. So we didn't have any friends here." Hazel added.

While they were having a conversation, the football match ended and the kids went inside their room to clean up themselves. Meanwhile Marcus and Aiden approached the two women who were talking to each other with a friendly smile as if they were best friends.

"What is going on here?" Marcus said with a curious face. He never saw his sister being so friendly to a stranger; so he finds it a miracle.

"Great timing, Mark. I want to introduce this beautiful lady to you. She's Janice Joo. She volunteered here from time to time. Plus, we became friends just now." Hazel introduced Janice to her brother. She stared at Marcus and carefully examined his reaction.

For a while, Marcus just stood still with a nonchalant face, with his eyes examining the unfamiliar woman in front of him. With a dark brown eyes and a black hair that was tied neatly, a curved face and a thin hourglass figure body, she dressed up in a simple casual dress. She was not as tall as Hazel.

Then his eyes shifted to Hazel and he understood her intentions right away. She wanted to get revenge for what he did to her in Aiden's case. His sister is so vengeful!

Janice looked at Marcus who stared at her with a nonchalant expression and she finds it a bit scary. He seemed to be a cold hearted person. But she finds it interesting! 'I, Janice Joo, never missed my target!'

She held her head high and smiled sweetly. "Good to see you, Mr. Lim."

Marcus didn't failed to see his sister who was glaring at him. He clearly knows that it was a threatening gaze. Then he realized that he had no choice but to comply with it.

He sighed and said to Janice, "Good to see you too, Ms. Joo."

"Brother, Janice told me that she had a cafe and luckily, it was not that far from my residence. So I promised her that we will visit her tomorrow." Hazel told Marcus with a sweet smile. "So let's go there tomorrow. Please?" She sweet talk him just like she always did before. Besides she always succeeded.

Marcus felt like he was defeated. She was such a sweet talker! Anyways he will be returning to London the day after tomorrow. So spending his last day as his sister wish will not bring him any harm. Maybe atleast that's what he assume.

"Fine. We will be there." Marcus finally answered in a heavy voice.

Suddenly an idea came to Marcus mind. He won't be the only one who feels uncomfortable. He looked at Aiden who was standing next to him and said, "Can you join us too, Mr. Lee? It will be fun to gather altogether." He smiled wickedly.

Hazel speak up right away. "No way! Why should he join us? He...."

"I think it's a great idea, Mr. Lim. I will join you for sure." It was Aiden who cut off Hazel before she could finished her words.

Hazel glared at Aiden. "You will not be welcome there." What's wrong with this shameless man? Being handsome is not enough! He should atleast have a normal conscience!

"Why? Me and Janice knew each other well. Isn't it, Jane?" Aiden shifted his gaze to Janice, who seemed to be busy trying to understand the situation.

"Yes. We've known each other for years. Also, Aiden often comes to my cafe." Janice explained awkwardly. What's wrong with them? Why bother to argue over a small matter? She really wanted to know what's going on.

Aiden smiled at Hazel as he was at an advantage. But it was not his usual friendly smile. It seemed to be a mocking smile. He crossed his arms and stood with confidence.

This time, it was Hazel who sighed in defeat. She needs to see this shameless face for one more day. How boring! Today must be her unlucky day.....
