Freak II

It was more magical than he previously thought as he exclaimed inside his head with excitement. He believed that he have been away for like a quarter of the day but he returned and saw that only about ten minutes has passed ever since he entered the what ever this wall could be called that lead to Narko.

The next morning, he was let out of his solitary confinement to do his daily chores. His cousin Dudley is being spoon fed by aunt Petunia with chocolate pancakes while wearing some kind of weird baby apron and acting like a spoiled child. Well technically he is one. Seeing the pancakes, he suddenly remembered the food in the Gwarves place and his stomach rambled in anticipation for what is to come later when he revisited the place.

He quickly finished his chores and when he was about to reenter his suite his uncle Vernon stopped him to remind him of the coming school day. He was about to go to preschool, something he looked forward to as he was very rarely given the chance to go out to sightsee and learn the wonders of the world outside. A quiet retreat from his hell of a life.

He nodded to his squinting uncle who seems to be giving him the 'I'll be watching you' look and entered the cupboard while cheering himself to looking forward to get out of this place.

Slipping on his overly loose winter outfit, he reentered the 'magical wall' and by relying on his memory of yesterday's walk back to his room he finally arrived at his destination. It could be called a cave, but it has a wooden door blocking the entrance. Behind it is a majestic stone mountain with steep slopes and a peak so big that he could not make out how tall it is due to the thick clouds covering the upper portion of the mountain.

'For such short people, they do have a large door.'

He grabbed the metal ring and knocked while thinking silly thoughts.

"Oh, good mornin' Mr. Freak! Come. Come in. Bharat has been expecting you."

He was led to the familiar entrance of the cave where balls of bright lights floated about at first he thought they were some kind of light bulbs like the ones they have at the Dursley's but they seem to be moving somehow.

"Those are 'Light orbs', made by enchanting a glass ball permanently with Gather, Lumos, Levitation and other enchantments. You don't have those in the muggle place where you come from right? Well, it's not like most of the wizards have them too, it's exclusive for master's people only. We are very lucky to have been taken under the master's wing you see."

His eyes are once again shining at the mention of his so called 'master'.

'I wonder if I'll ever get to meet him.'

"Oi.... Little Freak, are you ready to roll? Guro will surely spoil you till you are rolling like a pig. Hehe let's go?"

Barath was wearing a black set of clothes that seems to be incapable of insulating much heat although he looked cleaner in it and much more 'handsome' according to a certain 'freak' who simply nodded at Barath's arrangements.

"Is it okay for you to go out like that? I mean, won't you be freezing like that?"

"Hahaha nope, these are given by the master made by the finest. I am unaffected by the heat or cold with this set of enchanted clothes."

'He has those eyes again as well.'

"Come along now Mr. Freak we can't be missing out on our appointment. Guro is a very busy person."

He walked towards a room with strange gates having spikes pointing inwards and a circular platform in the middle, it was decorated with strange markings and writings.

The two of them walked to the middle of the circular platform and paused slightly. Barath looked at Harry and winked at him with a pat in the back.

"Akademya!"

The whole room lit up and the writing glowed blue as the air became somewhat visible as firefly looking lights gathered and...

Uwaaak*

Waaak*

"There, there Freak. Its alright. Everyone was like that at first. Look we are here already."

Perhaps the body disintegrated into atoms and was reconstructed someplace else? Turned into codes and reinterpreted by a receiver? Harry didn't know he just felt like shit right now, but thanks to the back rub from Barath, he was able to feel much better.

Freak looked up feeling much better and was surprised to see a giant Disney looking castle in front of him. His imagination ran wild, thinking there's talking lions and ginies from a magic lamp in there. Not like its impossible but...

"This is Akademya Castle, home to many children from all over the world where everyone can enjoy and learn. I heard that muggles have similar things called schools, but I bet whatever they have cannot compare with master's gift. Let's go. We have to walk. We're not allowed to pop in and out anymore as it is better to be walking around in this place. "

Harry the freak was gawking at everything he saw. Children are running and playing. Some are even doing magic tricks in his perception as they made objects float. Playing tag on a flying broomstick? Playing chess with moving pieces? Watching movies? Eating food of all kinds? It is a heaven for any child. No wonder Barath said walking is preferred around here.

"Here we are. Ahem."

Knock*

knock*

knock*

Barath knocked on the door with 'Headmaster' plaque after fixing himself and clearing his throat.

...........,.........

A five foot tall handsome young man with lean build was standing while he huffed in front of his fully bound opponent. He has bright green eyes, well styled black hair and a lightning-bolt shaped scar on his forehead. The girls who are watching him can't help but blush at his charming countenance and his strength in combat.

"Well that's it Harry. You have learned everything that I can ever teach you. You have become a fine young man and went a long way from a pipsqueak to - this! If you want to learn more than that then you must seek Biringgan where the master established a higher degree of magical education."

The man stood after dispelling the incarcerous charm that bound him.

"Its all thanks to you Guro. I would never have been anywhere near this level if not for you or the master's support. Thank you very much."

Harry bowed and let Guro touch his head. It was a sign of respect in this place, a very polite way of asking for a blessing.

"To think you thought your name was Freak back then. You really went a long way my boy. Now go. Do your task and fulfil your destiny the master puts his trust in you. Here, this will be of help to you in times of need."

Harry's face blushed from remembering certain memories in his younger days here in Narko where he told everyone his name saying he was a 'Freak'. Now, it was just a distant funny memory at the back of his head that would surely be used against him by the close friends he made here in Akademya in the past six years.

You read that right. Its been six years already and he is expecting a certain letter from a certain school. He was healed, nurtured and trained in Akademya all free of charge. He made friends, got rid of his fears, and became who he is in those wonderful six years he stayed here. The trouble back in the Dursley's is not enough to bring him down, in fact they began to fear him once he put them in their right place. It turns out that aside from the physical and mental abuse he suffered they were actually brutal enough to be spending his inheritance for themselves while they fed him leftovers.

He can still recall how Guro revealed it all to him. How he was hailed as a hero in the wizarding world, his inheritances, his parents, everything he ever wanted to ask was answered like a prayer. He cried that day. He cried for the last time. He promised himself. Then he trained like a maniac in Akademya under the guidance of Guro and other instructors.

"Oi Freak let's go."

It was Barath. He never stopped calling him freak from the beginning till now but Harry didn't mind. Barath reminds him of his conviction and greatly appreciates this very loyal friend of his. He smiled and dragged Barath towards Guro.

"Well let's have something to remind us of our friendship before I go. Alright wave for the camera!"

A picture for everyone.

Something Harry will treasure throughout his life.

Barath and Harry walked towards the gate meeting new kids who are very much having the same reaction he had when he first arrived. When they reached the gate they stood in one of the outlying circles outside the central one that sends people out and arrived once again inside Barath's lair.

"You are adulting and isn't fit for this place any more good luck on your new adventure outside. Let's have a feast before you go."

They ate and celebrated for the last time. According to Barath and Guro, Narko is a special place for children. When one reaches a certain age (11 years old) they are not allowed entry anymore and Harry's is going to be on the morrow.

Tears were threatening to fall when they parted ways. Barath was like the older brother he never had, and Harry was like his 'bunso' (youngest) brother from another mother. Yeah that's a thing.

Harry sat in his room, caressing an eagle pendant with an eight rayed sun in its chest a star in its beak, and a star in each of its talons. On his other hand is the picture taken before he left the Akademya.

'Fulfill my destiny and then find Biringgan.'

He set his future goals.

A whole different boy from what was expected comes to Hogwarts. Someone empowered. Someone very difficult to manipulate. Definitely hard to get rid of. Another headache for the time tested headmaster, the leader of light who thinks what he decides to do is for the greater good like a certain religion. What a duche of a fagg he is. A scheming old bastard, willing to sacrifice an innocent child to once again rekindle his fame in the wizarding world and cement his footing in power, a fagg who once swore to his other fagg lover not to fight each other, someone who tricked a young phoenix into signing a contract with him and someone willing to put students in harms way just to get what he wanted. Surely he did not deserve such a great reputation.

'Drag Dumbledore down from his position.'
