She wandered about in the void, an endless place lacking any wall and just darkness. Fueling her sorrow. She sits on the cold concrete. Lost as to why she became a cyborg. Was it revenge? Or was it for the good of everyone? She sighs in disappointment, wondering about her then parents as a being, a cyborg, reappeared. The being that took everything from her. The being that ruined her life.
"What do you want?"
She shouts at the cyborg, aiming her fiery cannons at the being in a frozen state of fear as it laughed. Wandering towards her with defiance and moving ever so closer.
"You already know what happens right. I mean your parents are just another group of people on my kill list. All for your brother." With a swipe of his hand, the scene immediately turns into her hometown in Malaysia where her house is in flames. She lowered her cannons in fear and anger, glaring right back at him in defense. He continued, "Look I know who you are and I know where you live."
The cyborg moves closer as he touches her chin with his claws, her skin barely grazed into a scar. He looks at her and grinned, swiping the scene turns back into a dark void filled with endless amount of room as he turns away.
"Amongst the madness you are facing, just note I'm just getting started."
He giggled as he transformed. His fibers fanning out as her increases in stature into a large monstrous cyborg. Standing was above her shirt stature. The fibers glowed as she screamed, blinded by the red lights.
Goddammit. She wakes up in a panic. Her whole robotic body filled with sweat, drenching her customized pajamas filled with Tartan Plaid patterns and cold hard metal as loud pounding shook her to the core and bright light blinded her vision. She laid silently, only realizing now how it wasn't from her. But from outside. She sighed. She was really hoping for some peace and quiet. It was already troubling when she not only have to help out others but have to head for lessons on her university degree. All of her classmates are jealous about it.
But what they didn't seem to know is how she may easily die if she didn't look out for herself. She thinks of her family that had fallen from that machine as she looked on. Hiding her fear. Especially now when she spots other black SUVs and civilian vehicles rushing into the porch many floors below using her custom Microscopic eyes. She also spot Atsuki now pounding the building with her laser bazookas and killing others with her knifes.
"They are here! Get them out!" Baku screams as Leroy, who had jumped awake from his desk, quickly sounds the alarm. Wailing the whole floor. Within minutes, Victor rushes out in a flurry, his long hair in a jumbled mess and his pilot suit completely messy. "I'll join several other pilots to distract her! Just quickly leave safely, I'll join you all soon!"
"Fly safe!" Sylvie shouts from her medical ward, still groggily in her now worn clergy white robes as she struggled to wake Hanson up. She quickly takes a sharp syringe full of energizers, jabbing it into his neck, causing him to scream.
"Argh!!! What the hell?!?" Hanson moaned as he gets up, watching Victor fly out of the catapult with several Nanos F6Ks and other jets flying right behind. They didn't have time to properly launch with their pilots rather dazed. Through the windows, he spots men and women scrambling to get their machines. Still confused by the sound of the alarm, only to be awaken by the constant blast rocking the building.
The machines were unfortunately far from ready, still being fueled up and ready as a long elongated machine on the arms and legs, the Superfav, a Furioria Type based off the Byarlant from Gundam Zeta that is limited in production and made with close combat in mind, is placed right behind a fully white Port W Fledge Custom, based off the GM custom and a Revel Type, the 2R7 which was based off the Gundam RX-178 Mk 2. All queuing up for their launch. He watches, rather dazed as to what was going on before Sylvie slaps him, shaking him awake.
"Lets go!!!"
Leroy quickly took the portal device and crashed his PC. He really hated to do this. All his recent work with The Light of Men would be destroyed. But he would not want to see his work in the hands of those evil beings. He isn't confident that The Light of Men let alone his skills could stop them. He shall not take any chances, especially from his experience back in the war. Sylvie took some of her medical equipment and placed them in her toolbox as the group, now changed and mostly awake, heads for the stairs.
The stairs were crowding with infected people, all having glowing green eyes and all growling, rushing up the stairs for a kill. Baku looks down, immediately recognizing the first two victims from Shane's case. Roaring at her sight and pounding the stairs at speed. Echoing through the darkness below.
She quickly blitz the stairwell, hopeful that they are taken down. But her hopes and dreams were truly just a dream. They got out from the flames. Relentless, their eyes glowing in a fury as they rush up the stairs, now even faster than before. She gulped, turning around to face her group as she slammed the doors.
"How about we go down via the lift?" She smiled uncomfortably as they squeezed into the lift.
It was eternity, the lift with wooden styling moved at a comfortable pace. A complete opposite of the chaos that happens outside. Baku pants, staring at the crowded room mostly taken up by Max and his stupidly large size. She shakes her head, wondering to herself how they have yet to snap the cables. Suddenly as they hit the thirtieth floor, the cables snapped.
Great, they have thought of that. The light was cut out with massive G forces felt on their legs on their fall down the shaft. Derek couldn't take it, this amount was just too much, turning green as Baku looked at Sylvie. Now touching the rather filthy ground.
Tree vines grew around the sides of the lift, moving linearly and keeping the lift under control. Though Derek was having none of it with his near puke experiences. The lift was finally stable. But it was moving too slow.
"Max now!" Baku ordered as he punched the lift down, moving sluggishly to the ground as it crashed. Halting in it's tracks despite his punches.
"Man it felt like a feather!" Maximilian looked around, impressed knowing that he was now at the lowest floor as he pushed open the lift emergency exit on top, pulling open the lift doors and letting everyone out. Except for Derek.
Baku looked at him annoyed as he puked all over the lift. He truly wasn't fit for this job. He should have left earlier. With everyone out of the elevator shaft, they spot Silvia outside of the air conditioned lift lobby. Waiting.
"Death always come to anyone who fears it," her body reeked a terrible smell as Hanson looked on. Troubled on what it had done to her, "Look, you should just stay in your grave. There is not even a SILVER lining in fighting for it... get it SILVIA?"
Silvia was pissed, dashing at him as he braced, his special watch at hand as he crash landed on a Mercedes convertible, "Dammit the receptionist is going to be pissed." He retorted as he dodged her Saber Buster. Her special 'sword gun' emitting a fiery hiss as she continued to slam it down, hitting several police cars and pillars in the process. Every impact caused the car park to increase in temperature and the cars to blare.
Shane looked on at their antics, and antics again... "Just like a replay..." Shane looked on, knowing how Hanson is messing with time. She hoped to herself that someone upstairs did not have to die twice.
Using his 'walking stick' he manages to knock out a slime blob sticking out from her neck as she dashed again, shooting out a poison dart that completely dissolved it. From her failed dash, she turns grey as she crashed into Shane's car. Her Saber Buster losing its fiery lust soon after. With nothing but a sigh, Hanson strolled to her and closed her eyes, placing her firearm by her side as he does a salute. He would hate her for her bullying methods, but at least she did her job.
"You are to pay for my car after this!" Shane shouts in anger, uncomfortably wiping off her sweat as Leroy ushered the rest into the purple van. The only way to even fight back is to get out.
As they carefully drive out to the exit near the entrance, they spot the fully white Port W Fledge Custom crash down on several innocent bystanders across the street. Instantly killing them as it explode. It was chaos outside. Buildings were on fire as some of the military vehicles seemingly arrived from the war site. Light of Men members all fighting on the street against a losing battle. Hanson, uncomfortably squeezed onto the large window spots Steve and Dan working together to kill several large tripod looking robots with large saucers for heads. Probably made by Ambar. Managing to crush it, raising the road and causing the van to gain huge air.
Landing with a loud scrape on it's touchdown.
Hanson then spots Atsuki who now had found them, flying on top of the straight road and is about to target them as she is tackled by Victor. Nearly falling on her front.
"I'll assure you Victor will help create a victory streak with this!" He proudly said, mercilessly placing a shotgun at her back point blank as he fired. A moment of silence passes as the Japanese and her weapons all fell to the ground with Leroy struggling to swerve the vehicle from her impact.
"Where do we go now?" Derek asked as Shao Lin looked to the highway, "Out of this city. With the weapons capable of finding their weaknesses, we must be sure they don't get their hands on them." They all nodded in approval as Leroy notifies Victor, still helping other to clear out the city.
They head up the highway and towards the hills. Victor managing to catch up to them as they speed down the now empty highway on the opposite lane quickly cleared and diverted by enforcement earlier. The other road meanwhile were covered with lines of cars, realizing that they aren't going to die by the war. But rather but something they have yet to understand. It was all tense peace until a large neon green tank like object emerged, crashing down from the hills and down onto the highway, causing civilians on the other side to flee. Sylvie looked at it closely, featuring four threads connected to a large curvy hull with two cannons preparing to fire at them and sharp blades at the rear. A design choice, maybe.
Victor quickly charged at the machine with his now replaced Katana, he did not expect much from the threaded vehicle until he was hit with a sudden force of a large medieval sword. The Attec Speeder flew back, making a frightened whirl of its engine as the machine transformed. The group got out of the van, gasping. The Threads moving back as limbs emerged from the now slouching alien like robot. A storm brewed above as Leroy stood in awe. The devil of this earth.
"Evangelion..."
