Battle of Dromia 1

4 BBY, Degri Star

The star was now on its final legs, the Degri were preparing to suck the life out of it and set the orbits loose. A lot of damage was about to be caused, hundreds of systems could be affected with such change. Though Jasu'lane didn't care one bit, she desired respect no matter who was in front of her. Most importantly from her own master, Padraw.

"Good work apprentice!" Padraw spoke in a coarse voice. "At this point, the Empire has seen us as traitors, but after today. You will gain respect!"

"Yes master," she knelt before him.

"Get it done and I will repay you greatly, and tell your fellow victors a sweet prize awaits them!" she smiled before he logged off the holomessage.

"Everybody get to work," she barked as she walked off to the ship's reactors to check on the Holocron.

The ship was a curvy cylindrical shape that surrounded the sun with a pointy end towards the middle. It was modelled after a Lucrehulk Core Ship, but with its middle part being the star. The pointy end included the reactor, a few engines, duel reserves and main hydraulics chamber. In specific spots were points where the suns energy gathered and little by little the sun began to die out. The Holocron was needed to speed up the process and hold some of the energy inside it. Though it became riskier as time passed.

"Uhh your excellency, we have a problem!" one of the base's scientist chimed into her comms.

"What is it?" she barked.

"So I have calculated some prediction, and at the rate your object keeps sucking energy from the star..." he began as he double-checked his stats. "The ship will enter overload in less than an hour."

"You're speaking Wookie scientist,"

"It means, the ship might explode if we don't release this energy somewhere," he concluded.

"Hmmm," she thought. "You're right scientist...we need to begin our plan! Nice thinking!"

"But your excell-" Jasu'lane cut him out before he could blurt out anything else. Heading over to the ship's comms she tapped the speaker and announced. "Prepare the fire, lock-on moons as the first target!"

Out to the reaches of the system, rebel fleets began dropping out of hyperspace one by one. The main carrier held General Sapienza as captain and the rest of the fleets were borrowed from the Calamari.

"Alright, all fleets, standby!" he called out.

"Standby," one by one every other fleet's captains began responding to the call.

"One by one let's evacuate these people and get out of here when we get the signal that the team needs us. Launch all squadrons to their location!" he ordered.

"Yes, captain!" they replied as they blasted off to their respective orbits.

-

"So how are we getting into the space station?" Lam surveyed.

"Well we're gonna have to blast in there and try to get our way in there!" Jon replied as he sat back on the passenger sofa.

"You know they probably have thousands of soldiers in there?" Beethree asked as his processors cam back to him. "We might get killed,"

"Lot's of people might die, Beethree," he smiled. "Your words not mine!"

"So what's the plan?" Mandy asked. "I mean we got soldiers here so we might as well get them to work!"

"Soldiers?"

"Special PCP droids, not that big of a deal but they'll help a lot. I call 'em agents." Mandy opened a safe, where several droids were kept.

"Guys, I'm the only droid you need!" Beethree ranted.

"But you're just now in shape, who knows when your processors melt again?" Lam joked.

"Your manufacturer should've died!"

"The plan is!" Jon stated. "We have to destroy the ships oscillators, where the energy is closed off. If that happens-"

"The energy routing into the station will cause it to overload, but without the oscillators, it explodes in less than thirty minutes." Beethree interrupted.

"How do you know this?" Mandy asked.

"It's that blue Holocron, I connected with it and right now I can probably get around the station's systems!" he checked. "If we're in there just check in with me and I'll get you the info."

"Alright guys, suit up and let's get rolling!" Lam barked. "Mandy, I'm sorry but you'll have to buy a new ship!"

"Don't worry, once this is over I'm done!" she smiled beneath her mask ready to crash the ship into the station.

Once the ship dropped out of hyperspace, Mandy stepped onto the engines and the ship began to dove down to the station for a kamikaze. Everyone buckled up for the impact. For Jon and Lam, this was pure training wheels, they were pumped ready for action.

Jon equipped with a light blaster pistol and his red sabre, while Lam sported an assault rifle, grenade launcher and dual pistols. Mandy and Beethree sat almost ready to puke; equipped with a Mandalorian's blaster, vibroknife, jetpack and dual pistols she hungered for a kill. Beethree just had two pistols and his acrobatic skills.

In heavy force, the ship crashed near the edge of the cylindrical ship. Alarms blared across the ship for a leak in the ship. Soldiers around the scene began running towards the leak and finding out what happened.

"What's going on?" Jasu'lane monitored the screens of the captain's deck.

"There's a leak," a droid confirmed. "A ship has hit the edge of the ship and there are about three heat signatures,"

"Turn on the energy shields!" she barked as she sensed the heat signatures. "JON!" she blurted.

"Is there something wrong your excellency?"

"An inconvenience that's all!" she got up in frustration and using the ships, transporters she rode all the way to where Jon would be.

-

To where the team crashed, war raged right as they popped their heads out of the ship. As Degri agents began firing, they returned fire from where they would best fire. Jon and Mandy would fire towards their right, while Lam and Beethree towards their left.

After blasting for minutes, they had neutralized enough soldiers before more showed up. The team then popped out their heads and got out of their ships to get to their respective places.

"Alright guys, you know what to do!" Jon stated. "Get to the oscillators and take them out!"

"What will you do?" Mandy asked.

"I'll go take down Jasu'lane!"

"By yourself?" Beethree asked.

"B, there's no time for questions right now," he replied as he fastened his sabre and cocked his blaster. "We need to kill this station before this galaxy dies."

"But you need me with you!"

"No, I can do this on my own! Now go!"

"Well, where do we go?" Lam asked turning around as he looked for places that indicated at least an elevator. "Are those elevators?" Jon closed his eyes and using his connection to the Holocron he scanned the ship.

"Use those transporters!" Jon pointed to circular pods at the bottom of the floor that hid inside the floor. "And be cautious!"

Jon ran towards the ship's core chambers and entered to at least get his hands on the object. After sneaking into doors and beating up a few guards he approached a vault door.
