*Rain throws a tool to apply the resin to Yellow, as they begin putting Zircon back together as they talk to Rutile and Rain*

"All I have is a pair of legs that run faster than anyone else, and yet here I am, the oldest of us all, I'm three thousand five hundred and ninety-seven this year"

"I Can't even remember... Why I'm fighting anymore..."

"It looks like we can take a break for now"

*Heavy rain begins as Rutile looks towards where Phos was and notices they are missing*

*Yellow takes off to search for Phos's whereabouts, they run for a few minutes before running into Dia and Bortz who are still doing their patrol route, Yellow stops to speak with them*

"Brother Yellow!"

"Oh, Dia, Bortz"

"You're in a rush"

"I thought you were a bolt of lightning"

"Well, you see, I'm looking for Phos. They just had their legs repaired and shouldn't be able to move, but look who's gone"

"Sorry, but could you help? I want to find them while it's still raining, Dia, you take the west. Bortz, the east"

"I'll search the swamp to the north"

*Yellow bolts off to the northern swamp and climbs up a tree to see farther, off in the distance they spot a green glow in the middle of the swamp*

"Hmm"

*Yellow hops off the tree and heads to the glowing object which turns out to be Phos*

------------------Meanwhile Rain's Pov-------------------------

"So Rutile tell me Phos has to make their report about the ocean today right?"

"Yes that's right, their final report, but we have to find them first of course"

"Hmm I see, I wonder what new information we are gonna get, Hopefully, something that tells us more about those giant snails"

"Yeah, that would be great but knowing Phos it probably won't be anything of importance"

"Yup, but there's no harm in hoping"

"True, Yellow should be back anytime now let's go meet them at the front of the school"

*Rain and Rutile make it to the front of the school, as Yellow is returning with Phos in tow, then together they all head to Sensei's office so Phos can give their report*

"So Phos is extremely fast now, even faster than myself"

"Perhaps a result of that accidental treatment, they can now control them somewhat, however, they can't stop where they want... Yet"

*Sensei opens his eyes and looks in Obsidian's direction*

*Obsidian starts searching for the lightest blade they have in stock, then brings it to Sensei*

"Oh boy this is gonna go wrong in sooo many ways ain't it?"

*Obsidian hands the blade to Sensei who hands it over to Phos who has an excited look on their face*

*Upon Sensei letting go of the blade it falls dragging Phos with it*

"As I thought, nothing but your legs have changed"

"It would be a problem if you started shattering on us every day"

*Phos struggles to lift and hold the blade above their head, in an attempt to show the others their determination*

"...I've wondered about this for a while, why do you so wish to fight when you know you are not suited for it?"

*Phos looks at Sensei with a puzzled look*

*Everyone looks at Phos in shock, as they look around in confusion*

*Sensei opens his eyes wide at the mention of humans, Rutile, Rain, and Yellow look at each other in confusion*

*Phos puts her finger up to her chin in thought*

*Sensei puts his hand on his desk and shatters it Startling everyone*

*Sensei looks kinda angry as Phos continues*

"I'm sorry, that's all I can remember"

*Sensei removes his hand from the desk and turns around, as the gems 'except for Rain' walk-off*

"Umm... Sensei do we really have to bring Phos with us tomorrow?"

"Yes, I know you don't want to do this but, it would help Phos grow"

"I... I understand"

*Rain, bows to Sensei then walks off catching up to the other gems*

"Rain you're back in the group"

"...Sensei was being kind of weird"

"He looked kinda mad, didn't he?"

"He probably got irritated because Phos couldn't remember much"

"Maybe, even Sensei has his limits"

"Anyway, you certainly were fortunate to be able to walk, and on top of that you've even become faster"

"Since you cannot return to how you were now, you will just have to become better"

*Amethyst turns around when her name is called and she sees Yellow and Rain walking up to her*

*Phos runs past Yellow and Rain, as Amethyst looks stunned*

"I'll be in your care!"

"Sensei says you should team up with Phos dor a little while, with Rain, since he's suddenly gotten really fast"

"I get that he's faster now, but... What else?"

"All else is as it stands"

"Ame dear is great at swordplay, and Rain is great at not getting hit and swordplay, get some practice in while you're at it"

"It'd be dangerous to suddenly be alone together with Phos, and it's hard to synchronize with groups of three, so"

*Ring* *Ame splits into two different gems that look the same, and they start embracing each other*

"Twin crystal Amethyst, who are two in one and Rain to test him out, huh?"

*Thud* *The twin crystals bump their heads together*

"I know that twin crystals won't break even if they touch each other directly, but... This still gives me the chills"

*Everyone was sleeping while Phos was talking to themselves before they too went to sleep*

"At last... I can finally go out and fight... I'm sure, I'm getting closer"

*Phos closes their eyes and falls asleep*

---------POV change Rain----------Time skip Morning---------

*Rain wakes up and gets ready for the morning meeting, taking off her pajamas and putting on her uniform, making up her bed then putting on her shoes and gloves before finally putting her sword on and heading off. Rain meets up with the twin crystals as they head to Phos's room to wake them up, after a while of walking they get to Phos's room as Rain waits by the door and the twin crystals wake Phos up*

"Morning assembly"

"There's one every morning!"

"Hurry!"

*Both of the Twin crystals pull Phos out of their bed and help them put on their uniform and sword since they were already running late, and Phos takes forever to put on their uniform in the mornings*

"Sword!"

"OOOH!"

*Ame 33 points at Phos's sword as they turn around to looks at it, but since they were running late the twin crystals started dragging Phos as they ran to the meeting room with Rain following behind them. Somehow they arrived before Sensei even got there as they ran into Euclase and Jade when they arrived*

"Alright! Sensei's not here yet!"

"There's an 11.4% chance of Lunarians appearing today"

"The weather will be mostly clear, the skies will be cloudy for a period in the afternoon, but there shouldn't be any rain"

"The Hills of White, where the possibility is highest, will be left to Bortz and Dia"

*Jade peeks at Sensei before finishing*

*Ame 84 points to a distant cloud off the shore*

*Ame 33 taps 84 as they both look at Phos who has their sword drawn. While Rain is doing their own thing chilling out in the grass*

*Phos still on edge gets startled by everything*

"Let's push it back to sea"

*Rain and the twin Ame's return to the school while dragging Phos who is out of energy with them, as they arrive in front of jade and Euclase*

"We've returned on schedule"

"Nothing is amiss... I guess?"

*Ame puts Phos near a bench then walks off to talk to Jade, while Rain and Rutile are still near Phos*

"How was your first day?"

"I'm doing rounds with rain"

"Due to intense anxiety, I am in need of long-term rest and rehabilitation for mental stress"

"Yes, you seem to be perfectly healthy"

"Quack..."

"Rain are you good?"

"Yup"

"Phos!"

"Tomorrow you're headed to the forest of blue"
