The unforeseen incident reveals the basic background of the Adelaide Selene Lux family, making the people around her feel mysterious about her, wanting to know more than the basics. While her partner is more eager to take care of her and while at it he found something interesting about Adelaide's background.

Caius Adler Griffin the partner of Adelaide who's eager to take care of her with her family, and so in some time Adelaide asked or more like suggested to her family to transfer Caius to the school she will be transferring at the end of the school year this year. However, there's a catch once he accepts all the conditions and benefits he will be receiving he can't back out. If he did it will cause his life. Caius' dream going to need a lot of hardship, ten times more than he gave to his studying and in sports.

Unbeknownst to Adelaide and the rest of her family, his feelings are all hidden deep in his heart wanting to let out, rattling his heart out like a caged monster wanting to be freed and cause chaos. He controlled it well but will his cage survive while being with the girl who started all of this from the very beginning.

I must protect her at all cost

Caius pondered wisely his brows slowly furrowed, crunching his forehead showing some almost unnoticeable crease. He thinks it will be such a waste of an opportunity to not accept but his concerns laid with his parents, few negative thoughts cross Caius' mind in a split second. He genuinely wants to agree instantaneously attending a prestigious institute with a General Officer family as a sponsor to attend such academy and on top of that if he meets all the requirements and graduated, being Adelaide's personal assistant and also a bodyguard will surely be his own. Caius thought that being by her side will be the greatest honor he could've ever have in his lifetime, he doesn't care about the following hardship he would eventually experience. The only thing that holding him back is his own parents, what if they disagree with it or worse if they did agree what will happen to them? Such thought keeps invading Caius's mind and so he finally has the courage to speak to them who are waiting patiently.


"What will happen to my parents if they do so agree of me attending such a prestigious academy?"


"Easy. They have a choice once they agreed to it, the first choice; your parents will continue living here in Canada, while you are studying in the UK. Second; your parents could live there in the UK but at a different house, every necessity will be given to them until they find a suitable job and live freely under our jurisdiction of course. And also, their job could be given to them in one of our companies."


"Then I agree but if my parents didn't agree then I'm deeply sorry."


"Why you're sorry, Caius. It's not your fault or anything." Intervened Adelaide at the two's conversation, Bryan and Caius.


"I'll be sleeping now and please no one will wake me up, all the paper works that needed to be done last night eventually take a toll on me," Adelaide told them or more like warned them with a glare in her eyes to not seriously wake her up.


JR and Bryan just sighed and let her rest, they'll just carry her when they have arrived at the Lux villa. The two-cousin kept quite all the time since they have already experienced a life and death situation when they tried to wake her up not knowing and not taking her warning seriously before made them one step in their own grave. Even now that she looks like a goddess sleeping in the middle of the forest with sun shining on top of her revealing her marvelous cute and enchanting figure to everyone. Everything about her shouts innocence, the only thing that keeping the three men to fully gawk at her is the warning she left behind for them. Caius felt when he looked at her eyes before she closes them is a demon in a slumber-in-wait position and by Bryan and JR'ss attitude he wouldn't ask because he could possibly imagine what could happen to them.


"Call your parents right now and tell everything we have discussed earlier so they will have time to think over and carefully."


"Yes, Sir Bryan. Also, thank you for telling and giving me a big opportunity."


"Hmph. Don't thank me I just noticed that our princess seems to take a liking to you. That's all there is to it."
