I am a being no one wanted to exist, I am a scourge, but I will rise and be revered by all.

And if they do not bend their knees? Their fates will be sealed underneath my feet.

Ti! Ti! Ti! Ti! Ti! Ti! Ti! Ti! Ti! Ti! Ti! Ti!!!!!!!!


It was annoying, the alarm is annoying, what is this? In between my half-opened eyes, I saw it, the warning.


= "WARNING!!! MONSTER OUTBREAK!!! PLEASE EVACUATE TO A SHELTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!! WARNING!! MONSTER OUTBREAK!!!" =


My eyes shot open, but not for the warning that had appeared from the display of the UIR. I can feel it, there is bloodlust nearby. As I paid attention and opened my eyes, the two boys in my room woke up and panicked.


Their screams were annoying me and making me lose focus.


= Go to Sol, she should be at the library now, it's the closest to the exit after all." = (Xiron)


The two boys didn't quite hear me and continued to act annoyingly, so I approached them and, PAH!, a tight slap to wake them up from their idiocy. Having set an example, the other one stopped creating a ruckus as well.


= "Go to the library and hurry, there's something wrong in the city and in the orphanage." = (Xiron)


The two head out of the room as they nodded their heads and run for the library down the hall. To reach the library, we need to pass the hall and cafeteria, it is not that far, but we need to hurry, something is….


The window that was on the left that reflected the moon shattered to many pieces. A scream accompanied the appearance of a monster. One of the boys died. 


The scream continued as a black bipedal dog monster appeared with its sharp claws embedded on the body of a boy. It was a grotesque scene, yet it was pure and clean. A clean hunt for the monster.


= "A Night Lycan? That's a monster from the Grain Cavern, did the Monster Outbreak come from the Grain Cavern? That doesn't matter. The exit is behind this monster and that kid..." = (Xiron)


I have everything I need in UIR, I have my gun and my wand… let's end this before the Monster Outbreak fully takes effect. There are yet screams to echo around the city after all.


Taking out the AP, I checked its contents and confirmed that there were five shots. I need to get this in one hit, else it would call for other Lycans as it wines in its death throes. But that's technically impossible at the moment.


"!@##$ &* (Whines!)" In the abdomen, it resulted in the monster whining in pain as it opened its mouth wide. 


A bullet to the mouth that destroyed its head, the Lycan finally stopped its whines but that does not mean I can relax. As soon as its headless corpse hit the ground, I took off running!


In the far off distance, I could hear the enraged howls of Lycans. They are preparing to come to the orphanage and I need to leave this place.


I am in danger, but right now, I feel alive!
