The Broken Perfection

"What!" I yelled in utter surprise after hearing to what Arjun had said.


" Diya, please it's an emergency. Her condition is getting critical and she has been asking for you ever since, she got admitted. My mom is pestering me to bring you here" Arjun 's panicked voice made me have goosebumps. 


" Diya, just tell me your location. I will be there to fetch you" he cut before I had a chance to speak.


" No, tell me which hospital. I will come there by myself. You need to be there with mami (Arjun's mother). She needs your support" I assured him.


" Queen's Hospital. Come soon" he hanged up without waiting for a second. After ending the call, I swiftly texted Mr Jones informing a half day leave due to an emergency. Then, I grabbed my belongings and rushed out of my cabin. I was in so hurry that the thought of locking my cabin's door completely slipped off my brain.
