Chapter 206: Elven Side
[Screa Port City]
Along the coastline of Screa Port City a magic circle was slowly formed on its surface as it slowly glows
When it was finished the light suddenly illuminated the place for a second as it slowly dies down
When it died down three silhouttes suddenly entered the view, as two of the silhouettes race become apparent cause of their pointy ears
Due to the light that was dispersed many locals begun to crowd up to the end of the coastline just to get some glimpse at it's visitors
"So this is Screa Port City? Hmm... . . It really does looks like a European medieval era houses" exclaimed Elijah as he observed the place
"And it's true that the it's wind smells salty cause of the sea" commented Queen Vivian as she puts a cloth over her nose
"Well it's a Port City! What you expect? A rest house?" Shrugged Horus as he slowly took a step forward
With their reaction it is obvious that both Elijah and Queen Vivian had never gone to sea before, this only entails that this trip was their first time going to sea
As they made their way to the town, many people begun to draw their eyes towards them as they observed the foreign visitors
Of course both Elijah and Queen Vivian would feel a little bit creeped out from all the stares, but after seeing Horus smugged face they became quite agitated as they sternly followed him
Soon they arrived infront of the home of a certain viscount and was greeted by two guards
But with Horus here, he quickly dealt with the two guards as he puts them to sleep with a swish of his hand and slowly opened and entered the vicinity
Upon seeing this even Elijah felt that this kind of doing was wrong as his eyebrows begun to twitch
"Isn't this the same as breaking in?" He asked
"Hmm?! Nope! This is not breaking in, it is called entering without permission" countered Horus
"Isn't that the same?"
"It's not the same as long as you pronounce it differently" shrugged Horus
"... . . I don't understand anymore... . . "
"Soon you will kiddo" said Horus
This time Queen Vivian started to talk too
"Well we are requested to pick up certain people inside this small house"
"Mother! Our house is a freaking castle!!! You can't just compare a castle to a Manor?!?!" Complained Elijah
"Really? But their both homes right?" Said Queen Vivian as she tilted her head in confusion
"Indeed even my tower looks like magnificent compared to this small crappy place" stated Horus as he rubs his chin
"Wa!?!?!... . . That's it! I give up! I'm going to go grow old if I kept concerning your guys lack of common Sense" said Elijah as he raises both of his hands and gave up on both of them
"But aren't you the one who's out of common Sense?" Asked Horus
"What you mean?"
"Well you said there is an entity called system who's guiding you about months ago, but such wording or name isn't even recorded in history... . . Doesn't that mean your out of the zone of common Sense too?" Stated Horus as he raises a brow
"....."
Upon hearing that Elijah decided not to answer that if he wants to atleast live the rest of the day with stress free from both the shut in old man and the ignorant mother
When they arrived at the door, they slowly knocked on it only to be received by the presence of the viscounts wife Eli louche
"Hmm? You are?" She asked
Upon hearing that, the three begun to introduce themselves
"Horus! An old man who lived for a very long time and the keeper of the Akashic Records" said Horus
"Vivian! Current Queen of the elves" said Queen Vivian
"Elijah! Son of the Queen Vivian my mother, also the Hero of the elven race" said Elijah as he bowed deeply to show respect
Hearing their introduction, even Eli who have seen everything became shocked from their appearance
"Oh my! We knew that someone will pick us up, bit we didn't know that they will be so high profiled" she exclaimed
With that exclamation of hers, only a smug look could be seen to the people that was beside Elijah which stressed him even more
Soon after two silhouttes suddenly climbed down the stairs as both Lilith and Reinbach appraoched the door
"Dear? Who's the guys that entered our vicinity?" Asked Reinbach in concern for his wife
"Mom?" Exclaimed Lilith
"Hmm?! Oh it's our escorts... . . By the way dear I didn't think they were so high profiled" stated Eli
Hearing that both Lilith and Reinbach became even more curious as they appraoched the door
After some introduction, both Lilith and Reinbach became stiff on the spot as they couldn't believe their eyes
"Ha... Ha... Ha... It's been only a year already and yet those guys even became acquaintaned to a foreign royalty... . . They're really out of the norm" said Reinbach
With those words, only a sympathetic gaze could be seen from the three visitors as they smiled at the family of viscount
After some times of preparations, the Viscount family soon finished packing up their bags as Reinbach himself appointed a Baron to be his stand in during his absence
Soon after just like how the three arrived in Screa Port City, the magic circle this time glowed brightly as it also included the viscounts family on the trip

[Hidden City, Check Point Area]
It didn't take long as Horus, Elven royalty, and the Viscount family to arrive at the teleportation circle that the town made outside of its walls
As soon as they arrived a group of soldiers lined up on each side as they greeted and accepted the visitors
At the end of the line two figures soon greeted them, one was Rebecca in her blue nobility Knight clothes and the other was Okou in his full guardian armor
Apparently during the time that both of them didn't even managed to join up with Kaido, they somehow felt like they were a burden to him, which led them to believe that Kaido saw no importance for them to travel with him
Because of that they vowed to become stronger as Okou constantly trained with Luke, while Rebecca trained her swordsmanship with the help of Marquez Lucio
This motivation was further enhanced when they received a report that Kaido was abducted by the enemy
With the resolve to find and rescue him, both of them started to train like crazy
Okou even tried to solo quest everything that he came upon, be it fighting a monster to fighting a group of wyvern by himself
As for Rebecca she somehow managed to improve her swordsmanship as she can now fluently mobilize her body the same as being accustomed with the handling of the sword "Frozen Heart" as if it were her own limbs
With their current strength, if it was measured then they're already comparable to an S-rank adventurer
From the pressure that everyone was emitting, even Horus was surprised by this
Not to mention everyone's surprise too
With her red hair tied down into a ponytail style, Rebecca opened up her arms to greet Lilith her long time best friend
Of course upon seeing her Lilith became even more cheerful as she ran up to her and hugged her best friend
"Rebecca!!!"
"Lilith!!!"
"How have you been? You look like an experienced warrior compared to before!" Exclaimed Lilith as she looked at Rebecca's well toned body due to training
"Hahaha! Looks like father beat up my stats to a proper warrior" laughed Rebecca
Upon seeing her even Reinbach and Eli greeted her
For them Rebecca was like they're own daughter, they knew her like inside out so when they saw her, a passionate gaze from the two could be seen in they're eyes
"So you made up with your father?" Asked Reinbach
"Yes uncle! Thanks to Kaido" replied Rebecca
Upon hearing that Reinbach begin to ask for his whereabouts
"Oh yeah where is that guy?" He asked
Upon asking that everyone's expression became stiff as the Viscounts family were the ones who didn't know
"Kaido... . . He... . ."
But before she could say that Kaido was gone, a voice that was so familiar came out of nowhere that shocked all of them except for the old man, the Elven Queen, and the Elf Hero
"Kaido-sama will return"

Soon the owner of such voice came out from the shadow of the Elven Queen as the latter only smiled wryly at them
Soon after the silhouttes of a woman showed up infront of them as the shadow slowly dissipated from her and showed her appearance
"Melfina!!!" Exclaimed both Lilith and Rebecca as they came rushing in towards her
Of course the elf assassin didn't anticipate this so she immediately fell upon arriving as the the two girls lounged at her
"Dummy! You haven't been back for seven months now" pouted Rebecca
"Long time no see Melfina!" Exclaimed Lilith
"Yeah! It's been a long time since I've come back home... . . But the stay was worth it as somehow I've got a report that some strange phenomenon happened recently at the Demon Continent" she stated
"Phenomenon?! Don't tell me..." Said Rebecca as her eyes widened in shock
"Yep! I believe Kaido-sama started moving again" she said happily
"And this only proves that he's still alive and well" she added
Hearing that both Rebecca and Okou felt relieved as if a great burden suddenly got lifted off their shoulders
Soon after Okou greeted Melfina too
Upon meeting the two old companions, Melfina suddenly felt an itch as she suggested that they should have a sparring match with their current state
With that only a twitch could be seen as both Okou and Rebecca felt nostalgic from this particular Elf assassin
With that the carriages the was prepared was used to help them arrived from the check point towards the hidden town, which it's stealth was further improved by Anna after all this time

When they arrived the size of the City was so unexpected that one could already call this a modern sized Tokyo
With this size of a dwelling one even couldn't comprehend how such big city wasn't even noticed by any kingdom up to this point
Soon after seeing their carriage, the crowd suddenly formed up as they waved their hands and greeted the visitors that arrived at the city that started as a small abandoned settlement
Upon seeing such population even Queen Vivian couldn't help but ask
"Umm... . . Rebecca right?"
"Yes your majesty" replied Rebecca
"You can drop the honorifics, but can I ask you just what is the city's current population? And if I can confirm, it seemed that I can see some Beastman among the crowd why is that?"
As the elven Queen asked that, Rebecca simply answered
"Currently we are numbered with a population of 200,000 plus citizens"
With that the whole carraige became deadly silent
"200,000 population? Are you serious?" Asked Queen Vivian
This time Okou wanted to talk too so he instead answered in Rebecca's steed
"I believe so"
Upon confirming that she begun to laugh as if she had heard something in unbelievable
As for Reinbach he instead proceeded with the questioning
"Based on the population, it seemed that it will be hectic just to keep the crowd in an obedient state"
"Well that is true but also false" said Okou
"Huh?!?!"
"The city is currently being monitored by soldiers not dwindling to 50,000 armed men, also the system called democratic system, managed to atleast answer their concerns regarding their daily lives, cause of that there haven't been any problems at all" explained Okou
"That's... . . Unbelievable... . .did Kaido implement this?" He asked
"Well Kaido-sama suggested it to Pablo, but we were the ones who made such result to reality" said Okou
This time Rebecca interjected in
"Well no one would be foolish to cause trouble in this city since all of its citizens are like out own surveillance team as we asked for their help when there's trouble... . . But if the people aren't enough to solve it then with Sui's magic we can ask the plants" said Rebecca
"Plants? Sui? Such thing... . ." Said Reinbach in surprise
"Yup! Sui manage to learn magic and apparently it's nature magic so that means we got surveillance with our soldiers, citizens and even nature itself, which in turn led us to near zero crimes at all" said Rebecca
At that Elijah pointed something out
"You said near zero, was there still crimes with all of that?"
"Well yes, and apparently they are just simple cases of you know marriage affairs, family affairs, laundry theft which is troublesome, and some pranksters" muttered Rebecca as the stress could be seen in her dejected face
Seeing that even the visitors felt pity for her

Not a moment later the carriage finally arrived at the city hall that was designed by some architects that has migrated to this city
What greeted them was the presence of three important people Ingrid the princess of the Ingra kingdom, Evelyn the Queen Empress of the Empire, and Lily the Princess of the Empire
Not long after their arrival another group of carriage arrived at the gates one was ridden by the King Simon, King of Ingra kingdom with his son Prince Johannes whom have Kaido proposed and offer at the past, and lastly General Stone and his corps
The other group however was ridden by the Guila town's Adventurers Guild master Ben together with the receptionist who Kaido got acquaintaned with Lanka
Of course like the first arrivers the two groups were also astonished upon seeing such humongous city and was impressed that no one actually noticed it
Well all of them were even more surprised when they heard from Lily's mouth that the city's citizen was actually made up of slaves from all over the continent of both the Beastman Country and the Human Country, and was transported here via underground society connections
With that all of the representative became shocked as they exclaimed in unison as they can't believe that this was all accomplished within the span of a year
With that Ingrid simply smiled at their reaction as she said
"Well that what's called people's power right?"
