With a tap Ingrid was the first one to speak Ong all the people that are gathered here
"Thank you all for taking your time to come here, especially Queen Vivian and your group, since you guys are scheduled to have a talk with the other country leaders next week" she said as she bowed
"No problem dear! No problem!" Waved Queen Vivian
"As for Queen Empress Evelyn circumstances, she can't return yet... . . Everyone inside this room already knows how the empire deal with other people right? In that case I made her stay here in accordance to my decision" she said as she looked around
"Everyone of you also knows that if we slip out intent towards the empire, we may be targeted next as an enemy, what's worse is that our territory is only beside to the empire on our front and the sea on our back... . . Meaning we will have no place to escape when the empire decides to attack us" she added

"With the Hero's influence on the empire, I believe that at this point, whatever the hero decides to do something, King Emperor Ergo will only blindly follow him like a loyal dog... . . So to put it the Hero called Hibiki is our biggest threat, one pure example of this is the execution of three people within that day that changed the atmosphere of the empire"
Hearing three people executions, everyone deeply knows who Ingrid was talking about, especially Lily and like themselves as they tried so hard to calm their raging heart
The death of the the Head Guild master Barton, Alda and Mia was a heavy blow to both Lily and Luke as they clenched their fist and grit their teeth in frustration
Seeing the two like this, everyone gave a consoling look on the two people who took the most hit out of all of them
"But there's one thing... . ."
This time Melfina spoke
"Kaido-sama seemed to have realized that something was strange to Hibiki, the Human Hero was somehow replaced by something or like possessed, I believe I heard him on one occasion that rather him calling the Hero on his own name Hibiki, he instead called him with another name Raguel"

"So your saying that without us noticing it, someone actually possessed the hero Hibiki?" Asks Reinbach as sweats beads down on his face
"We believe so... . . If Kaido-sama believe, then we too" replied Melfina
This time the most shocked out of all of them was both Luke and Lily as they heard such words
"You mean Hibiki didn't desire for all of that to happen?" Asks Luke
"He was forced to do it!?!?" Asks Lily in confusion

With that both Luke and Lily seemed to have been in shock as they can't even comprehend such a thing happening
This time King Simon raises his voice
"Do you have credibility on that information? I believe you didn't just came all this way just to tell us such speculation that was said by just one person"

"I'm sorry to be blunt but I need clarification since this information that we just learned may put our lives at risk, I'm not saying that I don't believe Kaido-dono, but at times like this we need to have a clear understanding on what were dealing with"
With what the king had said, all of them begun to agree on that particular matter, of course the one who answered him was Pablo the same person who is currently in charge of the city's development
"Don't worry, once we have learned of that name, we begun scouring on who is this Raguel guy and how can he display such intense power that even Kaido-sama have a hard time to defend to"
"And what is the result?" Asked king Simon
"The result is this... . . "
Just as he said that, Pablo begun to distribute a file of paper infront each leader that participated in this meeting
Of course the first one to react is the Guild master Ben

But before Pablo could say it, Queen Empress Evelyn finished the sentence that Pablo was about to say

At that various people were so shocked as some of them have surprise expression on their faces while some were so surprised that they fell off the chair
One the guys that fell off their chair from shock was Reinbach, and guild master Ben
"Ha... Ha... Hahaha! The Akashic records... . .a mythical item is actually real? Inconceivable!!!" Muttered guild master Ben
"I can't believe such people are gathered here!!!" Muttered Reinbach
Hearing all their comment the Elven Queen only go "fufufu" from amusement on the reaction that various people gave upon hearing Horus identity
The one who broke the ice cold situation was the king of Ingra Kingdom himself
"Um! Dear daughter Ingrid?"
"Yes father?" Replied Ingrid
"Just how the heck did Kaido-dono kept meeting high profiled people? If you look at it quietly we can notice that there are three leading royalty here, and now this meeting included legends presence, just what did you guys do during your travel?"
In reply to that Ingrid's gaze suddenly went Faraway as she laugh meekly

After a while of silence Melfina suddenly pointed something out
"Well we may have forgotten but we also have the Elf Hero here!"
"Um! hi guys" waved Elijah

"Missing!!! What happened!?!?" Said everyone that didn't know in unison
With that Melfina begun explaining to them what happened during their time

With that Melfina begun to narrate about the happenings which actually took a lot of time just by telling them the story
"... . .after being abducted, I insist on traveling between the border of the Demon Continent and the elven nation in hopes I could find the whereabouts of Kaido-sama, I was so desperate for it took me atleast 7 months but I haven't even received one word from him... . . But I didn't gave up, I kept continuing my search until I received a word about a phenomenon that happen at the far North from my current location... . . After probing about that happening, I confirmed one thing! And that is the person was Kaido-sama as the rumors circulate as the monster that was able to use magic without the use of Mana or presence of Mana... . . Based on that we all know that there's only one person who uses magic without Mana as if the power itself came from nature herself"
"Kaido..." Muttered Ingrid
"That's right! With that I confirmed that he was alive and well, maybe just maybe he is currently planning on how to deal his current situation" added Melfina
"Well that is also a fact" said Ingrid
"But whatever we may say, Kaido is still in a territory that is the most dangerous of all, I believe that he will atleast struggle on that side just to survive" said Luke
"True... . . But we all know that he is strong, the only thing we can do is trust him"
With that everyone nodded in unison
Next up they proceeded to their next topic
"Now we also received a report to other spies via underground, that the church has openly acknowledge the Human Hero" said Pablo
"Now that will be troublesome" commented Reinbach
"We know... . . We received that they have pre-ordered the countries about a certain situation and it turned out they gathered five of the most experienced and powerful Adventurers of our race, meaning five SSS-rank Adventurers stronger than Luke will be the Hero's new party members" said Pablo

With that everyone became alerted
"Not only that but the holy city for the church begun to mobilize as they started to send their crusaders towards the main forces to add in their numbers, currently the army of humans has reached for about 100,000 and that is just only for the Empire, so what do you think will happen when the other 49 kingdoms joins in?" Pointed out Pablo
And the one who finished his sentence was King Simon as his eyes became so wide in such realization
"The number would be astronomical... . . "
"And that is just only numbered for the Human race, so what about if the other race also joins them?"
With that all of them begun to sweat from that realization
"So we're fighting an uphill battle"
"Indeed"

This time Ingrid nodded to Pablo, as the person himself dropped the final information he received from the spies
"I know that we are already in a predicament but let me just say that, the church has mobilize their strongest groups, the 12 Royal knights that's stands over the others as they are rumored to be nearly as strong as the Heroes"
With that everyone once again was burdened by such a problem
"The power scaling for this war is already off the charts, are we really fighting for survival? Or fighting for destruction?" Asked Reinbach
"So what do we do?" Asks Queen Empress Evelyn
With that question, everyone's gazes turned to Ingrid for answers
"Simple, we need to continue what we're doing but at the same time also preparing for the worse that could happen" she said
"First all Guild master Ben! I would like you to gather your trusted Adventurers and have them in a binding contract and establish an adventurers army, next father will prepare the knights while staying vigilant for any attack that may come in from any direction, but I need to advice you father that you shouldn't close your border for this will only rise to suspicions"
Hearing that both the King and the Guild master nodded in unison
"Reinbach-sama! You will deal with our marine forces, out of all ports, Screa Port City is the only port that is big enough to house atleast 10 fleets"
"Understood" replied Reinbach
"Queen Vivian! Your side will proceed with the meeting with other leaders, we want your side to be the one to gather information for us, as for Queen Empress Evelyn, we want you to further strengthen our military forces especially no endurance in case a fight broke out and we are outnumbered"
With that both the Elven Queen And the Empire's Queen Empress smiled at her for being reliable
"That is all! Any questions?"
After a while all of them smiled at Ingrid that shows just how much reliable she was in place of Kaido, since normally Kaido was the one giving orders on what to do
"No! Nothing is just that you will make a fine wife someday" praised Queen Empress Evelyn
"And a strong woman" followed by Queen Vivian
"You've become reliable" commented King Simon
"Your amazing princess" stated Reinbach
"I'm just speechless" smiled Ben
With all those praise Ingrid smiled back at them as she said
