Chapter 442: Re Unite II

[Proto Earth]

Alongside Kaido, there are other four people inside the room and such people are the guys that had went out of the dungeon together with Kaido himself. But before Lilia could voice out her confusion, Kaido let them sit down as he pointed at the sofa in front of him.

"Sit! I know that you have a lot of question in your mind, but believe me... the people with me are allies... to me of course and not yours"

Following his words Lilia sat opposite of him together with Shelly and Alessandro, as they looked towards his direction with confusion plastered in their faces. After all aside from Lilia, Shelly and Alessandro does not know that Kaido doesn't belong in this world, he is simply a man who is lost in space.

"Who are they? Care to explain?" asked by Alessandro

"Right! Better start talking... are they natives within the dungeon or one of the group of people who got lost inside the dungeon?" asked by Shelly

Hearing their words and language that is foreign to them, Aileene together with Fengris, Argus, and Belial were somewhat curious of this world as they showed signs of interest.

"Hoh!?! A language of this world? Interesting!" said by Aileene

"Its quite hard trying to use magic to translate them for us... it consumes mana way to much at a prolonged process... " said by Argus

"Yeah! Kaido do something!" said by Fengris

Hearing his companions words, Kaido focused his thought towards Calamity, who seemed to be fiddling with the branch system that is currently attached towards Kaido and the reason why Kaido could exist comfortable in this world

(Calamity: "Hmmm! this thing is quite peculiar! Is This perhaps the will of the world in this alien planet?")

(Sys: "Hello! My name is Sys! I am the branch system that is currently attached to the user Kaido and protect him from the karma of this world with the help of the main system that is in the body of user Lilia")

(Calamity: "I see! So it is like a will of the world or something, nevertheless I thank you for protecting Kaido... after all he is like an akin to my child")

(Sys: "Child? Are you perhaps user Kaido's Mother? That is quite peculiar thing... how can you be his biological mother if your not even alive but an astral itself?")

(Calamity: "I didn't say that he is my biological son, i only meant it since he has a part of me inside his body which then turned him into my own child.... My name is Calamity, through that alone, i'm pretty sure you can guess what our relationship is through his stats right?")

(Sys: "So your the reason why user Kaido has the title child of calamity... Now everything makes sense")

(Calamity: "Yes it does! By the way I've got a favor... could you please de-attach yourself from my child now? You don't have to protect him any longer")

(Sys: "I cant do that! as much as anyone says once i let go of my protection on user Kaido, he would lose all benefit from having the system's protection and even lose his means of communicating, plus he wont be able to protect himself from the karma of this world... In this place i am the guardian that protects everyone who lives in it and my absence is tantamount to isolation")

(Calamity: "Oh you wont have to worry about that sweety! I can protect him now in your stead silence i'm connected bank to him... after all i'm an existence comparable to a god, in this term no one can even oppose me, not even the world itself... so leave him to me")

Hearing Calamity's words, the system thought hard about her words, as it then came into a decision and accepted her proposal. After all Kaido is not from this world, meaning he has no jurisdiction whatsoever to protect him from harm in this world at all. So if what the foreign entity had said is true, then perhaps she could protect him far better than a branch system itself.

(Sys: "Alright! He's all yours! From this moment on I'll relinquish all rights and protection that is being supported towards User Kaido... I wish you all good luck")

After saying that the branch system that was attached to Kaido was suddenly plugged out, as this phenomenon shocked Kaido and caused him to receive a massive headache from the sudden lost connection with this worlds system. The feeling was like something was pulled out of him but he doesn't know what was taken from him.

After feeling dizzy for a bit, he suddenly felt a fresh cooling sensation rushed towards his body as a new connections were made. At the same time Kaido realized that the system had disappeared from within him as Calamity became a substitute in its place.

"Calamity! what the hell was that?"

(Calamity: "Oh nothing! just something i needed to fix... anyway what was your request?")

"... Right! anyway make everyone understood and speak the language of this world"

(Calamity: "Alright! Leave it to me")

As this was happening on Kaido's side, Lilia also felt the lose of her connection towards Kaido's thoughts as she felt that something was forcefully taken from her. Even though Kaido was still in front of her, she couldn't help but frown as she doesn't like such feeling at all.

Not long after, everyone then understood the language of this world which even made Belial quite shock on just how Kaido ordered around a goddess. Based on what he learned from earth's culture, it seems like the youngest child is the most favored one by any parents to the point that they spoiled them so much and in terms of Calamity's children, Kaido himself is the youngest of its siblings causing him to be spoiled so much by calamity.

"Well looks like even divinity cant help but spoil the youngest" muttered by Belial as he crossed his arm on the side

As soon as everyone calmed down, Kaido looked towards Lilia, Shelly, and Alessandro as he looked at them with a serious face and said.

"Truth be told I'm not from this world"

The moment Kaido said this word, both Alessandro and Shelly went silent for a moment, as it took quite awhile for them to process what they heard before reacting.

"Thats funny! Seriously open up to us Kaido"

"Thats a bullshit thing to say"

But despite their denial, all eyes were focused on them, causing both Shelly and Alessandro to notice the strange atmosphere. As a final straw, Shelly turned towards Lilia as she grabbed her shoulders and asked.

"Tell me he's joking"

"Ehhhhhhhh"

Upon seeing that Lilia was somewhat trying to avoid their gaze, both Shelly and Alessandro realized that Kaido wasnt joking when he said that he is actually not from this world. Now that this was brought up, both of them then turned to look at Aileene and the others as they came to realize that such a phenomenon isn't that surprising at all.

In that moment Kaido tapped unto the table as he explained everything from the very beginning until the final day. With that both Shelly and Alessandro cane to know the teal Kaido as both of them couldn't even believe what they heard.

Other worlds, or better yet parallel worlds, such a discovery is literally phenomenon. After all, A parallel universe, also known as an alternate universe, parallel world, parallel dimension, or alternate reality, is a hypothetical self-contained plane of existence, co-existing with one's own. The sum of all potential parallel universes that constitute reality is often called a "multiverse". While the six terms are generally synonymous and can be used interchangeably in most cases, there is sometimes an additional connotation implied with the term "alternate universe/reality" that implies that the reality is a variant of our own, with some overlap with the similarly named alternate history.

If alternate world or other worlds is true, then that only explains everything on why they couldn't find anything on Kaido when they tried yo investigate him. There as literally no records to find since Kaido wasnt part of this world

"Other worlds eh, i cant believe what im hearing" murmured by Alessandro

"So if your not from this planet, then did you find a way to go back to your world?" Asked by Shelly

In response to this, Kaido replied.

"Well thats what i've been trying all this time, after all i always wanted to go back home, but the biggest obstacle is the exact location of this world... After all i needed to know where i am before returning back to my original world... And now that they are here, going back to our old world is not a dream anymore.

With that both of them turned silent as they simply look towards Kaido. Afterwards he then begun to tell his whole life story and somewhat told them all his experiences. Even though such life experience scarred him for life, Kaido kept continuing on he seemed to enjoy telling everything he experienced. And just like that the whole day was gone.

When night came, Kaido finally called it a day as he bid everyone a good night, before turning in for the day

As for the accomodations of everyone, since Lilia's houses isn't actually that big, Aileene and the others were then given a pocket money as they were instructed to spend the night in a hotel. So per command, everyone then did his bidding until they left and manage to accommodate a room.

As for Kaido he then returned with Lilia and occupy the space that was meant for him  just like that they spend the night in leisure until the dark of night.

As the night grew deeper, Lilia could be seen sitting on her rooftop, as it seems like she cant sleep. Since she cant sleep, she then went to her rooftop as she looked at the clouds passing by.

Of course Kaido took notice of her absence, as he followed her on the rooftop and saw the cloudy night sky. With that, Kaido then carried his weight as he talk to Lilia on what she is thinking.

"Hey there! Cant sleep?"

"Umu"

"Well its a good thing that your spending it instead by viewing the night sky?

"Night sky? I never seen one in an actual place outside the dungeon"

Hearing that, Kaido was then shocked for a second as he asked to confirm something.

"You dont know what a night sky outside the dungeon is like?"

"Nope! Its always cloudy in this city"

"I see"

Upon hearing that, Kaido turned to look towards the sky as he used his ability and cleared the sky right in just a snap. In that one moment the beauty of the night sky shone before the city itself.

The night sky is the nighttime appearance of celestial objects like stars, planets, and the Moon, which are visible in a clear sky between sunset and sunrise, when the Sun is below the horizon. Natural light sources in a night sky include moonlight, starlight, and airglow, depending on location and timing. The night sky and studies of it have a historical place in both ancient and modern cultures. In the past, for instance, farmers have used the status of the night sky as a calendar to determine when to plant crops. Many cultures have drawn constellations between stars in the sky, using them in association with legends and mythology about their deities.

Stars filled the sky like pale corn into freshly turned ground. It was the promise of life in the darkness, a sense of warmth springing from the cold. It was a vastness to bring humbleness and an eternal space to bring gratitude for the coziness of home.

Seeing the stars above, Lilia couldn't help but be amazed as she honestly gave her own reaction.

"Its beautiful"

"I know... The night sky has always been beautiful" replied by Kaido as he watched the sky together with her.

On the next day everyone in Lilia's group and Kaido's group then gathered at the gathering place of Alessandro as the latter group discussed on how they get to this place.

"Like seriously! You suddenly went missing and we lost our connection to you... If it weren't for Calamity informing us that you got sucked into a different space, we wouldn't have been able to find you" said by Aileene as she crossed her legs

"What really happened Kaido? How did you get to this place?" Asked by Argus

"Well honestly... I dont really know, even though i can slightly bend space by abusing my matter manipulation, i still have no idea how i got here... I've been trying to find that out for the past almost a month time here in this world... It is no joke at all, especially since you guys know how much of a geek i am in terms of space manipulation... That's basically the one thing i should be expert about since it was my mission to return back to my world when i was stuck in your world" answered by Kaido

"I see, so till know your completely clueless how you got here and how to go back?" Asked by Belial which was then soon agreed upon by Fengris

"Yup! Thats basically it" admitted by Kaido

"Wow! Thats a first that i heard from your mouth that you are completely lost" reacted by Fengris

"Yeah! Anyway how did you guys get here?"

As Kaido asked that question, Argus and Aileene retold him about their circumstances on how they visited multiple worlds in order to jump into his world which bore his signal the strongest. Unlike his incident which caused him to bypass through multiple worlds by a crack in space, Argus and the rest needed to make a bridge between worlds in order to even reach him.

Throughout their journey, all four of them saw many unexplainable things happening around them. On one world it was a fantasy setting, on the other is a mecha setting, as they goes on further, some world became even more weirded out as they recalled everything. One prime example is a world full if spiders, a world where there are many monsters in the sea, and a world full of darkness. It was literally crazy.

"Thats crazy!" Reacted by Kaido

"You think thats crazy? We even went to a world full of mirrors, because of that we were easily duplicated and was forced to fight ourselves... As you may know, wee are literally strong, with it we were fighting against a being that is equal than us in terms of  stats... It took us quite a awhile but we soon manage to stabilize it" added by Aileene

"I see"

As Kaido and his group talked about their situation at hand, Lilia and her friends on the other hand were discussing on what to do in this kind of situation. After all as far as they know the four guys that Kaido brought out from the dungeon are dungeon monsters itself.

Due to that, they are on high alert as the three of them watches the conversation unfold from afar.

"So Kaido isn't really from this world?" Asked by Alessandro

"Nope! Completely a foreign entity" answered by Lilia

"Wow!" Reacted by Alessandro

"No wonder we cant find anything about him, your system is actually trying to cover for him" said by Shelly

"Yup! Even the information you found on the net is useless, literally no one knows how he got here or who he was" replied by Lilia

"I see"

In that moment as they were discussing such things among their own circle as Aileene stood up and asked Kaido.

"So in comparison to me, are there any noteworthy monsters here?"

"Yup but i just recently vaporized it, other than that no one can even come close to my capability" answered by Kaido

"Hmmm"

Apparently while discussing such thing about their travel through different planes, Kaido somewhat blurted out that unknown dungeon which played with space manipulation as if it was child's play. After all that was the only dungeon that Kaido saw to actually inhibit different environment. Such a phenomenon is completely new to him. Alongside it he also splurged out info in regards to the final boss he fought in the unranked dungeon, because of that Aileen was curious on just how strong the monsters are really.

All of that we then led to this situation where Aileene was itching for a fight. In that moment Argus pats Aileene's shoulder as he said.

"Sit down! You dont have to get excited like that! Our main priority is to get home... So Kaido! Are you done analyzing this world?" Asked by Argus

"Yup! Im done analyzing it, thats why i could mostly exert some of my power in this world unhindered at all... But there is one fact i noticed when i analyzed this world" said by Kaido

"What is it?" Asked by Argus

"This world is two times the size of earth... This is really big, as big as jupiter perhaps... Just kidding, but this world is really big"

"I see... But no need to further analyze anymore Kaido! Calamity here had finished analyzing the worlds we have passed in order to create a bridge between this world and our home... In order to do that, she will have no choice but exert a huge amount of energy to guide the path... You should be thankful to her"

"Well im thankful... With her around i wont have to go out of my way to find a best route back home... Im not that stingy to use every card i have to be able to get back home" said by Kaido

After that he then looked at his group as he confidently declares.

"We're going home!"

At the same time unbeknownst to them, a rift suddenly opened in one of the places in this world as a familiar energy seeped through the crack and welcomed this brand new world.
