I fall back on the bed as soon as Gideon steps out the door. My body feels pleasurably sore everywhere. The whole night was unbelievable. I never knew sex could be so life-altering and beautiful. I'm not a fool. I know that it's not always this amazing and that it has to do with how I feel about Gideon. He was so demanding and gentle at the same time. And to hear him voice his feelings towards me was a complete turn on. I know that he's still on the fence about a possible relationship and that I'll probably end up getting hurt, but at this point, I don't care. I don't think I can let him go just yet.


I'm startled away from my thoughts when my phone vibrates beside me. "Hey, Adrian..." I pull the phone away from my ear when Adrian lets out a loud squeak. "Girl, you sound thoroughly ravished. Did someone get laid?" He asks ecstatically.
