The fool killed the daughter of a very wealthy oil baron last week and was careless in disposing of the body. According to the Confradia's file, he has killed at least eighteen women over the past year. However, the police cannot arrest him because he has diplomatic immunity. He raped and beat her, then tossed her body into a nearby garbage bin. He didn't even bother hiding it.
