Alone and Lonesome ー Part 8

"Hiro never showed, huh?", Asked Mitsuru.

"forget about that crybaby", Zorome said as he placed his arms on the back of his head looking on the roof of the train which was heading towards their startup ritual. "Right to the very end, we could never tell what was going through his head", Miku added her compliment as she sighed and crossed her one leg on the other and rested her back on the sofa. Everyone was looking at her.

Kokoro hung her head low and clasped her both hands in front if her saying sadly," I hope they both get back safe and sound". Ikuno tilted her head a little to look at Kokoro who was standing besides her and said," Their ship probably isn't headed back to the Garden. I've never even heard of any parasites coming back home", she said to which Ichigo twitched her lips tightly and Goro slid back on the wall before the door of their box opened and Hachi stepped in looking at all of them. "Are you ready?", He asked.

"Yes, Sir", They all said in sync.

Back to the transport area, Naomi and Hiro both were going towards their transport ride when Naomi turned towards him facing him. "Well, take care, Hiro", She added," I don't think we'll ever see each other again.... Hiro was surprised as he stepped a little forward.

"I'm done now, but you still have a chance. You don't have to factor me into your decisions", She said as she hung her head low. She was sad, her expressions showed it, much to Hiro's surprise. As he got that she was planning to leave him there he stepped forward in order to stop her. "Wait a second, Naomi!", He said as he lifted his hand up but before he could do anything further Naomi tossed her back on him causing Hiro's steps to halt and falling down.

"What are you doing?", He asked. "I don't need those things anymore. Share them with everyone", She said.

"W-Wait...Hiro again stood up but Naomi again said," You know, I Really like this name you gave me.... She said as tears dropped down her face.

"....Hiro, I hope you find a good parnter", And with that the door of the ride closed and Hiro stood there trying to process what happened just now.

"Noami.... Hiro said as he tried to run towards the ride but the bodyguard from behind caught him from his arms and said," Don't! You can take the next plant and still make it". He was gritting his teeths as he looked at the ride taking off. "Naomi....

Elsewhere, Zero Two stood up from a certain place in Cerasus as she looked at the sky and said," I smell a Kalaxour". Her hairs floating with the mild breeze.

At Plantation 13's Startup ritual, "We will hereby begin the startup ritual. With this, you kids will finally become official parasites" One of the memeber from the Seven Sages announced as all the parasites took their positions in their respective FranXXs.

All the station doors opened giving way to the huge mecha's. Suddenly the doors stopped as Goro looked around. saying," What's that?".

The computer system wasn't working correctly as the fog rolled in the plantation. Dr. FranXX looked around and said," This is bad. The fog is rolling in".

At the transport area, Hiro was standing in front of his ride holding Naomi's suitcase in his hand, looking down at the floor. The bodyguard looked at him from behind and said," What's the matter? Get in already". Just as he was going to step inside his ride, he halted and looked up, having a serious expression.

"Uh, I think I'llー", His next line stopped in between as the whole place shuddered. It was like an earthquake, but it was worse than it. "What was that?", Hiro asked as he looked up in his front at a distance. As he looked up his sight landed on the same ride, Naomi took a while ago.

"Those things weren't there before", He said. The earth exploded and Naomi's ride fell deep down on the ground as the earth was shattered into peices and a machine Exteriorized from underground.

Hiro ran up to the railing of the place shouting Naomi's name. "Naomi!", He shouted. The machine futher Exteriorized from the inside. It was a black machine with blue lining, and with its small legs it came out and inching towards the plantation where the startup ritual was going to take place.

"It's a Kalaxour! Ready intercepting fire!", The bodyguard from behind shouted which was also heard by Hiro. "So that's a Kalaxour?", Hiro asked himself.

Sensing the danger coming near, the plantation started firing the Kalaxour as it was immediating more further. The firing had caught up it's legs causing it to halt as it fell on the transport area, where Hiro was standing there unable to comprehend what he had to do at the momet. The Kalaxour fell down causing all the area to break as it's tail did with all the firing opponents.

Hiro was still on the same spot as the railing fell on the opposite side taking Hiro with him. He was scared and yelling. The railing landed on a different place causing Hiro to fell on the ground. He was injured with small scratches all over his face and hands as he looked up and saw the Kalaxour heading towards the Plantation.

"Wait...That's where.... As he remembered that it was heading towards where the startup ritual was, he stood up quickly," Damn it!", He cursed as he stood up with the help of his scratched arms and started running towards the direction where the Kalaxour was now headed to. He started following the Kalaxour beside him. As he was very small in compared with the Kalaxour, it wasn't able to see him.

The Kalaxour was running causing the mud to defile the place was foiled with duststorm but Hiro didn't stopped running. Suddenly there was a quick and fast wind Gust causing Hiro to lost track of his steps but he continued. He was scared of losing his friends. What if they got hurt?

As he was running between the Gust he saw another Mecha type Stempode which looked like a lion in the form with four legs and a tail as well. It's eyes were in a star formed and were shining with a bright orange light. "Another Kalaxour?!", Hiro was confused as it didn't resembled a Kalaxour.

All the guards which were guarding the ritual were in a haste as they all started running. "A Kalaxour! Run away! Take shelter", One of the shouted as he saw the Kalaxour approaching them fastly.

"A moho-class, huh? It's big, strong, and has fine look", Dr. FranXX complimented rubbing his chin, staring at the Giant Kalaxour while Nana was in a daze and was looking around hastily.

"This is no time for casual commentary! Prepare to evacuate!", Nana shouted clenching her fist while in the other hand she held a tablet. She than looked at her right side towards all the FranXX's and lifted her hand up commanding loudly," Hurry up and retrieve the parasites!".
