Elizabeth...

.....Midnight (Still at the tavern)...

"What?!" A sound echoed throughout the tavern as Hawk just entered along with Howzer.  "What..was that?" Howzer asked glancing at Hawk before storming off to Elizabeth's (basically Meliodas's) room where everyone was gathered.

By the time Elizabeth was awake, a slight shock covered over her face while a relief covered over on the others'. 

"I... Can't believe I did something like that.." She facepalmed before glancing at Meliodas who was reassuringly smiling at her. After demanding again and again she was finally told what exactly happened the whole day, Elizabeth couldn't help but feel guilty and accused.

"I'm... ..terribly sorry..Meliodas.." She said before Meliodas curled her up into a tight hug stroking her white silky hair.

"I can't believe I acted so cruely... I acted like a monster didn't I?.. I'm sorry..I'm sorry.." She was murmuring her words again and again while the others couldn't do anything but gaze at her.

The only one who could handle her right now was indeed 'Meliodas' but his silence was only making the matter worst.

"Captain..?" Dianne whishpered loud enough for everyone to hear except Elizabeth and Meliodas.

"Hey! What you think you're doing?! You good-for-nothing captain?!" Hawk wishpered-yelled before pinching Meliodas hardly with his 'scissor-like' claws which finally drew Meliodas out of his daze looking at his surroundings as he flinched at his actions with a small "Oh?"..

"Now.. Now.. Who's being a crybaby here huh?" Meliodas returned to his flow as he gropped Elizabeth's boobs making her blush furiously as tears began rolling down her eyes which she couldn't hold any longer making everyone utterly furious.

"ARE YOU EVER GOING TO LEARN?!!" Everyone rampaged as they started beating Meliodas to a pulp.

"WHAT THE HELL?!"

"YOU AREN'T HELPING AT ALL!!"

"Heh.."Meliodas gave a snicker infuriating them 5 times they already were.

"CAPTAIN!!!!!"

"IT WAS FOOL OF ME TO EXPECT SOME MANNERS FROM YOU!!!"

"YOU BAKA CAPTAIN!!"

Everyone consulted (basically insulted) him in their different ways while Howzer, Jericho and Gilthunder were frozed pale blue from the situation.

"How...are they even able to do this..?" Howzer muttered earning a nod from Jericho and Gilthunder. "No Idea." They replied.

"Heh.." Meliodas smirked again infuriating them 10 times they already were.

"YOU SHAMELESS BEING!!GO AND APOLOGISE TO ELIZABETH THIS INST—"

"Hahahahahaha..." But before they could give another hit a soft giggle melted their anger-filled heart.

"S-Stop it.. Hahhaha.. Meliodas stop!" Elizabeth was giggling like crazy as the atmosphere melted into a warm one. Meliodas,who was trying to make funny faces to make his beloved smile finally succeeded in his attempts.

"You guys too.. Stop hitting him already..just look at his face.. It.*giggle* It looks like a pulpy MANGO!! Haha.." Although Elizabeth still felt bad for Meliodas getting all fixed but she couldn't help but laugh at his childish act.

"Elizabeth..!" A smile made its way to eveyone's faces as they realised how foolishly they act even in serious situations like this one.

"What the hell were we even doing?"  King snickered earning a sigh from Dianne.

"You know..that's what happens if you stay with the captain for long." Ban replied with a rather proud smirk on his face "His desease catches on easily you see.." He added.

"Well.. I guess that's certainly true." Gowther added running a hand through his pink hair sharing a glance with Merlin who just said a single word "Indeed..".

"Well anyways.." Meliodas dusted his clothes clean making his way to Elizabeth who was still giggling.

The moment he held her hands,a slight blush made is way to her cheeks. She stopped laughing,looking directly towards his face when their eyes met.

The emerald orbs connecting a soul-to-sould contact with the blue jewels.

Everyone understood its meaning as they went outside the room leaving the two alone and peaceful.

"Will... Will she be alright?" Dianne couldn't resist her urge to ask when King patted to her shoulder giving an asured smile.

"Don't worry..Captain's got it!" He replied with a cheerful tone.And thus, the sins finally rested for the night.
