In a mid-sized room inside a mansion, it was a simple room like the rest of the mansion only having what is needed and nothing more.
A larger sized single bed stands in a corner of the room, on it laying a silver-haired beauty, well... a long silver-haired boy that looks like a girl. His skin was pale but he still had a healthy reddish color on his cheeks.
Next to the bed, a woman with Blond hair is sitting looking slightly tired and bored while reading a book. She had a circle-shaped face and low curved eyebrows with sea-colored eyes.
The boy's eyes open revealing a pair of glistening galaxy-like purple eyes. The woman notices the fact that he woke up and opens her mouth as she begins to speak. "You really are a monster you know that."
She looks at him as she speaks. "You've been to this world for only a few days yet you are strong enough to upturn a losing battle into a win, and not only that but regenerate after a day from what people would usually need weeks."
The boy turns his eyes and looks at the woman "A day? That is still not fast enough." He says as he removes the sheets and gets up. Noticing the fact that he is in new clothes he asked, "Who changed me?" While suspiciously looking at the woman.
The woman closes the book and gets up "Don't look at me, it was the maids" she rolls her eyes as she speaks.
The boy asks "How many have been lost?"
The woman simply says "Not many thanks to you, also the problem doesn't seem to be that bad it was the appearance of a strong monster further bellow. It affected the general area around us but nothing we couldn't take care of."
She goes to walk out of the room "Thanks you saved those men's lives" she says as she leaves gently closing the door behind her.
*sigh* The boy sighs as he talks to himself "Alright time to check out all those notifications, Status"

"Well, I am getting used to that. Now the best part. Let's Evolve!" Sora suddenly falls unconscious as the world around him becomes black. In front of him, he can see his own body to the left of it is a list of his stats and to the right aloooot of lists of things.
"Is this because of the core? Well, I guess time to do my research." Without wasting time Sora begins listing and sorting through everything"
After what seemed to be three hours~
"Alright, this is how it works. I have a certain amount of 'Energy' I can spend to either raise my stats, add a new body part, or make a body part mutatable any new body parts are instantly mutatable, I could also lower my stats or get rid of a body part but that isn't energy efficient as it doesn't give back the same amount."
"And from all the research I've done I've concluded what I want to do. Firstly make everything I can mutatable, my hair, my nervous system, my skin, my nails, my skeleton, and my muscles, also it seems that the body mutation is just the whole body and everything else can have its own why is it like that? No fucking clue."
And just from that 60% of Sora's energy became depleted "Now for the stats... How do I want to pump them? There is 40% left since I don't know for now let's just pump 8% in all five stats.

Sora again opens his tab "Haa! Haa! Mutation time again! If this really is a novel the readers must be annoyed, HeeHee!" Sora murmurs crazy things to himself.
"Let's see I have 272 Biomass to upgrade from 1 to 10 I need 54. That means I can upgrade 5 things to 10 with 2 biomass left over. I can upgrade everything to 10 except nails I can only get them to 2" Sora again begins upgrading.
He spent an hour looking through everything to find suitable upgrades he successfully found good ones and choose them.

Sora goes over his choices in his head 'For Mana Sucking Hair I choose Mana absorbing abilities on both choices this will help with fast mana regeneration, for Magic Steel Skin I first choose Steel skin which grants high resistance to physical attacks to my skin and the second choice added mana resistance this will make me more resilient, after all, if an enemy can easily take me apart what's the point of surviving?."
"Then Mana Empowered Muscles the first was an ability to store mana in the muscles to make them stronger and the second raised the amount it can hold. For the Body Healing Skeleton, the first made the skeleton regenerate faster through some kind of regenerative fluid the second made the skeleton share it with the body in case the skeleton isn't damaged it also raised the effectiveness slightly."
"And my favorite one the Reflexive Spiritual Nervous System, The first upgrade was the Spiritual part it made it so my brain wasn't connected with my body through normal nerves but spiritual ones basically giving me the ability to control chopped off body parts of course what I mean by this is if my head is cut off I can still move my body. And the reflexive part makes it so that I can dodge out of reflex basically I can dodge an attack just by hearing it because my brain would calculate what it is and dodge accordingly."
"Alright do it! Yes!" As Sora gives the answer an excruciating itch begins through his whole body as if a thousand needles were stabbing him 'I Wasn't ready!! I wasn't ready!!!' He grits his teeth as he screams out in his brain.
