chapter 6 New ability

If you were to look at this scene you would probably blink your eyes in confusion sitting on the ground next to a dog sized spider corpse that is covered in green blood, there was a young girl who had the same green blood on her mouth and chest. Looking like she will throw up at any minute and to add to the confusion she is talking to her self.

"S-so I'm guess the lifeform samples are what I got from th-th-that thing"

"W-well that makes sen-"

"Shut up Hunger I well n-never eat one of those t-thing again"

The girl continued to talk to her self not noticing that just then the spider corpse leg slightly moved.

Me:"Ok ok I understand that using to much biomass will cause me to go crazy but still we need new abilitys to survive and as much as I hate to think about it and I mean really think about it Hunger is right we need to eat to get more biomass"

Hunger:[YES YES IF WE CAN KILL IT WE CAN EAT IT]

Before I could finish I was on the ground rolling around in pain it felt like hundreds of fire ants were stinging my arms and the in side of my mouth. I started thrashing around on the floor unable to scream because of the pain becoming unbearable if I tried to open my mouth.

Finally after several minutes of cursing and several death threats sent at Hunger for laughing at me the pain finally stopped.

"Oh thank god" I could not help but cry a bit in joy

I quickly turned my head and my eyes widened as to spider thing had started to move but it couldn't get up because it was missing it's body.

"I don't know what is happening"

Me:"B-but how does that even ma-"

Me:"okay yeah your right just tell me two things what am I going to do with it, it can't even move and how the hell is it still alive it missing almost all of it's organs"

Echo:[Simple you can give it biomass to heal it and for the second question it simple there a 2 types of follower the infested and the lesser fallen] taking a deep breath she continued

[For the first they are completely mindless however this comes with a unique ability they can be healed from almost anything except for things like fire they can also infeste others. The next one is the more complicated by using DNA of different types of creatures as well as using the bodys of infested as biomass, you can mix and match their DNA to make your own type of creature however they may be stronger but there a lot easier to kill.]

Me:"Okay fine that's a lot of information however first things first.

"Do I have to heal it, can't I just burn it before it starts laying eggs" I could feel Echo glaring at me which is weird because she does not have eyes

"Okay fine how much will it cost to heal this disgusting thing and can you make a part in the status for all the DNA"

I blinked when I heard that "wait really it cost such a small amount to heal a creature that has over half it's body missing and is the size of a dog"

Me:"Well let me think of a name for this disgusting thing patch spider skull spider no... I don't know anything about it if only I could see how it liv-"

Just then flashes of memorys shot through me they were mostly the same thing hunting, eating and sleeping but I did get two things from this first they live in large colonies second they collect heads of their prey to show off.

Me:"That felt weird what was that"

"Anyway I now know two very important things first I'm calling it a skull crawler seconds, I've found the first things I'm going to exterminate" My red eyes glowed brighter when I said the last part

"Anyway Echo you can heal it now"

Suddenly a green light came out of my chest it made it's way to the creature before slowly going into it. The creatures wounds slowly began to heal the green light started to stop after several seconds.

Then the creacher began to move it rolled over then just stood there looking at me it's eyes that once look like a normal insect now glow a faint red.

Me:"what now"

Echo:[Just think about what you want it to do]

I thought trying to send my message to it 'jump'.

The creature then crouched down before jumping into the air it went about 6 feet before it came right back down. Seeing this it made me a bit happier but I still hate it.

Anyway I sent one more message to it to just stand there and not move before turning back I need to learn how to use this new ability it could come in handy.

Me:"Ok let me try out this new ability"

I turned around and looked at the tree I then began to concentrate on my mouth. It started to feel like I was going to vomit I held it for as long as I could before a massive amount of red webbing shot out of my mouth it was like a fire hose, in a few seconds the whole tree was covered in webs. I could not help but smile at that it was disgusting however it was also fucking cool.

"Okay that was a lot more then I expected how many more times can I do that"

Echo:[Only a little more your web glands are almost completely empty]

Me:"Alright let me try one more thing"

I walked over to another tree and put my hand on it I began to concentrate on my hand. I then pulled it away, i was happy to see the same red webbing coming out of my hands I then cut the webs off and turn back around.

I looked over at the skull crawler an evil grin showing on my face. I did not notice this at the time but a strange feeling started to go through me.

"Echo how long will it take for me to get perfect control over my abilitys"

Echo:[With my help you can get a hang of them in a day or two]

Me:"Good I'm going to need it"

The red lines as well as my eyes started to glow brighter as I opened my mouth to speak.

Me:"Its time to hunt"
