'What's an innate ability? Is this the reason for all the nightmares in my previous life? Wrath Aura seems familiar.'
(I think so. This one can cause nightmares if you don't give in to the urge.)
'Anything to help from that berserk thingy?'
(Don't worry, your passive skill 'Mental fortitude' has somewhat suppressed it. Even if it couldn't, I can pull you back by giving a shock to your soul.)
Her words sent a chill down his spine, he swore to never lose his mind.
'How did I even have this innate in the first place?'
(Some people are born with innate, or some abilities evolve to the level of innate. But those cases are very rare. As Innate is directly connected to the soul, it can influence user personality.)
'So that's why I have so much urge to take revenge.'
(True.)
'I will try to live for myself this time. I don't know how it will work out with my instincts.'
(...)
'I also don't need to worry about communicating with anyone here, right?'
(Yes, Spirit Language will help with that.)
'Nice!'
He started checking other functions of the system. A 5x5 grid popped out in front of him. It was his [Inventory].
He opened [Shop] to see a huge list of items.

'How much SP do I have?'
(Zero.)
He silently closed the shop menu. The number of zeroes blinded his innocent eyes.
(You can gain SP by selling mana crystals. Physical items require more SP to materialize. As for magic skills, they require less SP. The Creed can directly interfere with your soul to imprint skill.)
A dejected sigh leaked past his lips before he psyched himself up for this unknown world. His stomach rumbled loudly, reminding him of some delicious food. He shook his head and decided to search for someplace for food.
He swept his gaze over the silent lush forest.
North, it is.
He smacked his lips and strode toward the north. Several minutes later, loud noises of metal clashing and violent roars came from the left.
I should check it.
He hurried in the direction and took cover behind a tree. As he peeked from the tree. Three warriors fought against a large monster.
The first one was a Swordsman donned in armor. Second, most probably an Assassin, the way he handled the dagger. The last one was a female in the back equipped with a stick of some sort in her hand. A bunch of ice spears shot from it, only to be blocked by Monster's thick bulky arms.
The monster was over seven feet tall, fighting against 3 easily, no, rather than fighting, it was toying with them.
The fantastique scene left stupified until a prompt blocked his vision.

(Will you do it?)
'Of course, I'll do it.'
(Be careful.)
Leo dashed in the direction of the ogre. He raised his brows at his amazing speed. Since the monster looked busy, he leaped and raised his right legs. The three warriors noticed him as their eyes opened wide. With a grin, he shifted most of his left side and swept his leg sideways.
Clunk!
A metallic sound resounded as if the thing he kicked was metal! Still, the kick had enough force to spun the monster on its heels. Leo twisted his body to spin around and thrust his leg — his leg traced an arc in the air and delivered another crushing kick to its jaw.
Leo relied on the recoil to flip backward and safely landed.
"Give me your sword!" Leo yelled at the adventures.
The adventures snapped out of the daze. The swordsman looked at Leo and his sword. He nodded and tossed his sword over to him.
Leo caught the sword and slashed at the ogre's neck. Blood spurted, but the resistance he faced was enormous as if cutting steel rather than someone's skin.
"Kuhaaa!"
The Ogre roared and slammed its shoulder against his head. Leo couldn't dodge in time and bear the full brunt of ogre's attack. The simple tackle flung him against a tree.
He sprang to his feet and clutched his dizzy head.
I might have died if it was old me.
The impact was stronger than a car. He wiped the trickle of blood from his lips. The familiar smell heightened his instincts.
The ogre gave him no leeway as it closed the distance and slam down its fist at him. He rolled to the side, barely dodging the punch.
*Bam!*
The thick muscular arms of ogre pierced the tree. It pulled back its and gave Leo a nasty look over. Leo couldn't help but grin as the ogre charged again.
Ogre was like an angry beast, hitting everything in sight. He tried the hit and run tactic, but his attacks only grazed past its skin with no major damage.
He was left with one choice.
Who could have thought I would use it this early.
"Berserk."
As he whispered, memories of his nightmares flooded his mind. His instincts sharpened, craving blood — he just wanted to go wild.
His wraith aura sensed his anger and wrapped him in its embrace. He raised his head and roared like a beast before staring down at ogre.
The monster's leg trembled as it felt the dangerous aura of Leo. In its fearful state, it even forgot to dodge the fist aiming for its chest.
*Gaaagh!*
The ogre's chest caved in from the impact and the excessive tossed it backward like the hundreds kilo body wasn't anything.
Berserk Leo pounced on the ogre, mounting on its chest. Paying no heed to the twisted expression of the ogre, he raised his fist and struck down. Then again, and again, he pounded its face. He was like the incarnation of violence.
Bam! Bam! Bam!
The Ogre whimpered on the ground, begging for mercy. But all it got was more vicious punches.
When he was finished, the ogre's head was crushed thoroughly — it was a gruesome sight, making it hard to choose who was the monster here.
Leo raised his head, and released a roar similar to a wild beast.
'Leo! Snap out of it! Do I really have to do it?'
"...?"
Leo came back to his senses and looked at the sight in front. An overwhelming sense of satisfaction assaulted him. What followed it was a tingly pain running through his body. He felt stronger than before.
'Thanks, Jen. I won't use it again unless I have no other choice.''
(Good, or I will teach you the hard way.)

'So it will happen every time I go crazy. What is this level up?'
(Levels and stats determine your potential here. You can increase it by training or pushing your body to the limits.)
'What better way to increase the level than fighting in a battle to the death.'
"Brother, who might you be?"
Leo swiveled his in the adventures direction and grinned.
"Finally some humans."
