"Eh, how come brother's here?" Yue was surprised to see Yyan after waking out of her thoughts.

"Hmm, who do you think you've been hugging if not me?" Yyan's eyes darkened.

Yue coughed embarrassingly.

"That's not what I meant brother" Yue said in a small voice.

Seeing her acting all cute like a kitten, Yyan didn't make it hard for Yue.

"Alright, you should be tired. Let's go home" Yyan didn't want to further stress Yue so he decided not to push her for details.

Yue was grateful for Yyan's consideration. She was truthfully exhausted about what happened and wanted to rest and arrange her thoughts first before talking about it.

Silence accompanied them as they walked back.

All of a sudden, they noticed the place lighting up.

It was only now that Yue remembered about the uniqueness of the island.

She stopped and held her head up to marvel at the exquisiteness of the colorful flowing lights suspended in the sky.

Yyan also stopped, but not to observe the wonderful phenomenon in the sky, but to feast his eyes at the beauty admiring it.

He took out his phone and captured the scene.

Although it was a bit dark, but Yyan still managed to immortalize Yue's elegance amidst the myriads of lights. Satisfied, he saved the photo and set it as his wallpaper.

"Brother let's dance" Yue suggested. Her mood lighten up a lot being able to witness such splendor and thought it would be nice if she experience dancing under such sky.

Yyan, of course, would grant Yue's wish.

He took her left hand and placed it on his shoulder while his right hand went to her back. His left hand held her right, then he pulled her closer to him.

It actually looked stupid seeing two people dancing without music, but only gracefulness exuded when they started to move.

Yue didn't actually know how to dance, but being guided by Yyan, she could almost feel the rhythm, and the sound of nature acquiesce their capriciousness.

They step and twirl, immersed in their own world.

Such a picturesque scene, but only the earth and the sky are their witness.

They reached home uneventful.

Yyan escorted Yue back to her room but didn't leave immediately after and stood by the door.

"Is there anything else brother?" Yue faced Yyan curiously. Could it be that he can't wait til tomorrow to know what happened earlier?

Yue actually felt guilty that she didn't offer a single drop of explanation about what happened. She knew Yyan is very worried about her at the moment.

She decided to spill the beans.

"Come in brother" Yue motioned and sat on the mini receiving area of her room.

Yyan didn't move from his spot but began to open his mouth.

"Yue" Yyan started.

This was the first time Yue heard Yyan call out her name singularly and with such seriousness. It actually brought tremor to her heart.

"Trust brother"

"Let brother share your pain"

"I don't want you to lose yourself again in desolation"

I can't afford to lose you, were the words that Yyan actually wanted to say.

It took quite some time before Yue spake, instead she walked towards Yyan and looked him in the eye.

"Yue trusts brother"

"Yue is willing to share her burden with brother. Brother can also do the same"

"Don't worry, Yue won't leave brother alone anymore. Yue is different now and is stronger, so she won't let the darkness get the best of her the second time"

Yyan saw Yue's firm stance in each sentence she uttered. Expectation specially bubbled up in his heart when he heard the first half of her last statement, although he knew that Yue meant different than he intended.

The moment Yyan succumbed to his true feelings towards Yue, he discovered that he became helpless and helpless.

Every single word from her can influence his emotions.

Even the ugly traits like being jealous and possessive that he didn't know he has appeared one by one.
