Extra 12: I choose you! (31)

"I want to assume that you are Arceus, the creator of this world" - said Kurama while squinting his eyes as he saw the god of creation of this dimension in front of him.

"Exactly, it's a pleasure to speak with you, traveler from another dimension" - replied Arceus with a tone that showed he was slightly happy - "It's the first time I've spoken with a human since I was tricked by one of you, centuries ago."

"In my defense, I'm not exactly human" - replied Kurama while shaking his head - "But we can leave that for another time, right now we have some problems to solve, and I'm not with all my powers."

"Relax, this conversation is happening in less than a second" - replied Arceus as he sighed regretfully - "But you're right, we'd better leave that for another time because your artificial partner is going to have an uphill battle against my son"

"The pissed off son you enraged" - Kurama added with disdain as he narrowed his eyes - "As a father, I'm not too happy with punishing your son for something he didn't mean to do I'm on his side with all the crap he's been through."

"I know, I've regretted my mistake for years, but there was nothing I could do, not when all the life in the universe that was just being born, was dying with his very presence" - Arceus replied neutrally - "Anyway, I didn't come to talk about my family problems, but rather about your presence in this dimension."

"What do you mean?" - Kurama asked while frowning.

"That your presence is too strong for this world, that's why both time, and space, have been doing their best to contain your power, that's why you can't use your base abilities" - replied Arceus while shaking his head - "In fact, now that Dialga and Palkia are not paying attention to you, your presence is creating a dimensional vortex in the middle of the place, that's why I have come to talk to you and ask you to leave this dimension when that happens."

"Impossible" - Kurama replied as he frowned - "I have been in other dimensions, and that has never happened to me before".

"It's because, in those dimensions, the god of that place had enough power to withstand the weight of your strength" - replied Arceus while shaking his head - "But I'm not at my full power because part of my strength is locked in a place unknown to me."

". . ." - Kurama was silent when he heard this as he began to think things over a bit more calmly, only to come to the conclusion that Arceus' words made sense even though he had never met any of these 'creator gods'.

"Again I ask you to leave this dimension, or not only the lives of your loved ones will be in danger, but also the whole world, and that is something I cannot allow" - Arceus said seriously.

Kurama was silent when he heard this as he felt a huge inconformity in his heart - "Isn't there another option?"

"I'm sorry, it's impossible in this situation" - Arceus replied while shaking his head.

". . ." - Kurama was silent for a few seconds before sighing regretfully - "Can I at least say goodbye to my loved ones?"

"That's something I can afford" - Arceus replied as he sighed again.

"I guess I'll also take Giratina with me so I can calm him down" - Kurama said as he watched Arceus nodded in thanks.

Kurama looked around and noticed that he was no longer in front of Arceus, but on the battlefield.

"Are you okay?" - Cynthia asked as she looked at the albino, and notice how his presence seemed to have changed.

"Yes, I'm fine" - replied Kurama with a small smile, then looking in the direction where the three mythical beasts were.

Dialga and Palkia seemed to understand what was going on after feeling how Kurama's aura was growing and his power was slowly changing.

Kurama again sighed and disappeared from the spot, only to appear in front of Giratina.

"What?!" - Cynthia's eyes widened in surprise as she saw the albino appear in front of Giratina, and gave him a firm blow to the head that sent him straight to the ground - "Huh? Impossible!"

M-Mewtwo was silent as the others watched with wide eyes as the albino seemed to have easily defeated one of the creation trio's Pokémon, the guardian god of the Distortion World, as well as the controller of Antimatter.

Kurama quickly fell to the ground and appeared in front of Giratina with a Pokeball in his hand and tossed it to the Rebel Pokémon.

Everyone stood silently watching as the Pokeball was rotating until they let out a sigh of relief when they saw it stop moving, showing that Giratina had been captured.

[Master] - said Mewtwo as he returned to normal and appeared next to the albino.

"Mewtwo, I need you to do me a favor" - said Kurama as he looked at his partner and handed him the belt where he kept his companions - "I want you to pass these Pokeballs to Delia, and tell her a message."

[Master?] - asked Mewtwo with surprise when he felt Kurama's hand in front of his head and a huge amount of information was entering his brain.

Slowly tears started to run down his cheeks as he understood what was happening - [Master, this is unfair to us, and you].

"I know, but this is something that must happen if I want to keep them safe" - replied Kurama with a smile as a strange portal appeared behind him - "Please take care of them until we meet again, my friend."

[Master] - muttered Mewtwo as he continued to cry.

"Relax, this is not a goodbye, but a see you soon" - replied Kurama with a smile as he entered the portal, but not before looking in the direction of the arena that seemed to be oblivious to the danger that was a few meters away - "Take care of them, Mewtwo, I know that together with them you will be able to discover what you lack."

[I will, master] - replied Mewtwo as he bowed his head with tears running down his cheeks - [I promise I will protect them even if it costs me my life].

When he heard this, Kurama smiled even more then looked at the portal with a sad expression - "I have to go, if I stay any longer, I will endanger this dimension now that I demonstrated my power."

[See you later, master] - said Mewtwo as he looked up and looked at the man who had helped him, with an expression full of conviction - [I promise I will find the place that has Arceus' power sealed and return it to him, so you can go home].

Kurama continued to smile when he heard this as he entered the portal and disappear into it.

[With this, the balance in this dimension has been restored] - Palkia said as Dialga nodded.

Mewtwo stared at them in fury as he heard the very cold attitude the two deities were displaying, though he quickly calmed down.

"What was that all about?" - Cynthia asked as she looked around confused.

[Something no one needs to know] - replied Mewtwo as he narrowed his eyes - [Now if you'll excuse me, I have to give the bad news to a family.]

15 minutes later, Mewtwo was in the room where Delia and Ivy were and had informed them about Kurama's disappearance after capturing Giratina.

The two women burst into tears after hearing the fate of their beloved.

[Calm down, he can come back] - said Mewtwo seriously - [I just need to find the place where Arceus' power is locked up so that he has enough power for my trainer to come back].

"We need to inform Lusamine-san" - said Ivy as she started to think - "She may know something else."

"You're right" - murmured Delia as she wiped away tears sadly.

She had decided to stop watching the Pokémon League because she didn't have the desire to continue watching the event now that her husband had gone missing somewhere unknown.

Months had passed since Kurama had disappeared without a trace, and the albino's family was doing everything they could to get him back.

Ash together with his friends, had decided to continue with their journey, and in passing, try to gather the necessary information about the myths of Arceus.

Gladio had also gone on a trip, and unlike Ash, he had decided to start directly in Sinnoh, which brought better results because he had managed to find clues about his target, a strange stone called the [Jewel of Life].

Lusamine and the others also decided to go to Sinnoh to investigate this strange rumor hoping that they could finally meet Kurama once and for all.
