Extra 13: We are Pirates ~! (16)

Two days had passed since Kurama and the others had met the straw hat crew, and they were currently having a leisurely dinner at one of the most expensive restaurants in [Water 7].

Hancock was glued to Kurama with a loving smile while Alvida was enjoying the evening with her body covered in gems and expensive jewelry, something she had wanted to do since she was a little girl.

"Now this is the life" - Alvida said with a huge smile - "My life as a pirate was fun, but this I wouldn't trade for anything."

"Do you need anything else, miss?" - Asked a waiter dressed as a butler.

"Fuck off" - Alvida replied.

"Ok" - nodded the butler before retreating.

"Wait, I do need something" - said Alvida as she watched the butler come back.

"What do you need, miss?" - The butler asked again.

"Fuck off, but slowly" - replied Alvida with disdain.

The smile did not disappear from the face of the waiter dressed as a butler as he retreated.

"That wasn't very nice" - said Hancock as she gave her companion a blank look.

"I know, but I always wanted to treat those pompous butlers like shit" - Alvida said as she shrugged - "Come to think of it, I'm fulfilling a lot of my dreams now that I'm with you, thank you very much."

"You don't have to thank me" - Kurama replied with a smile, only to frown as he watched a familiar face enter the restaurant.

"Oh? This is a coincidence, Kurama-san" - said Kalifa as she walked to where the trio was standing.

"Yes, what a beautiful coincidence" - Kurama said with a smile, though inside he was frowning because it was obvious that he wasn't meaning this.

He knew it wasn't a coincidence he had felt how she was following them for the past few days.

After handing over all the materials to Iceburg, Kurama had felt Kalifa's presence in his vicinity, though he still didn't know why she was doing this.

Kurama and the others had also met up with Luffy's crew again, although it could be noted that they were not very happy. It seemed that their desire to save their ship had died with Iceburg's words.

Hancock had asked him why he didn't help them by restoring their ship, but Kurama only replied that he didn't have to.

"You wouldn't mind if I joined you?" - Kalifa asked as she looked around and noticed how there was no free space.

"No problem" - replied Kurama calmly, after all, he wanted to know what she was up to.

"Thank you very much" - said Kalifa as she adjusted her glasses and sat down next to Alvida - "Sorry to bother".

"By the way, after this, I'm planning on us going back to [Amazon Lily] to see how things are going" - Hancock said as she looked at the albino.

"Hmm, sure, it's not like we have anything else to do" - nodded Kurama with a smile - "Not to mention that you must be missing your sisters"

"Yes, though reading the papers, it's more than enough to know that not only are they in perfect condition but that [Amazon Lily] is becoming more and more prosperous" - smiled Hancock as she kissed Kurama on the cheek - "All thanks to your seals."

"It's the least I can do for my girl" - replied Kurama with a smile as the two entered their private world.

"Tch, I got dumped out again" - Alvida muttered as she looked at Hancock and Kurama, only to call the waiter and ask him to fuck off for the third time.

Kalifa watched the couple with a frown on her face as she felt jealousy eat her up inside, after all, what woman didn't wish she had a man to pamper her and treat her like a queen?

"Welcome to the world of the jealous, girl" - Alvida said as she took a mug of beer and drank it in a single sip - "Easy, you get used to it in time."

". . ." - Kalifa gave her a blank look before asking the waiter for her order because something told her that today would be quite a long day.

Two hours later, a group of men came running into the restaurant.

"Kalifa-sama!" - exclaimed one of the men upon seeing the woman - "We've got trouble!"

"What's wrong?" - Kalifa asked as she frowned.

"Iceburg-sama is in hurt!" - exclaimed the man with a terrified expression - "He was attacked by Nico Robin of the straw hat crew!"

Hancock and Alvida were surprised when they heard this while Kurama was a bit confused because it didn't sound like something that group would do.

"Ok, I'm sorry I have to leave you, but I have a business to attend to" - Kalifa said as she called the waiter to pay her bill.

"Be at ease, I'll pay your bill" - said Kurama calmly.

Kalifa gave him a look before nodding - "Thank you very much, I promise to treat you to lunch when this is over."

"I'm going to take your word for it" - smiled Kurama as he watched the woman retreat, only to frown - "What do you guys think?"

"I don't think they would do something like this, and knowing that straw idiot, I don't think their companions would either" - replied Alvida, who knew that group the best.

"I think the same, their leader seems too much of an idiot to think of something like this" - said Hancock as she folded her arms, only to widen her eyes in surprise because she never thought she would have such a good opinion of a man other than her beloved - "Ok, this is a bit strange."

"It's obvious that boy has enormous charisma" - Kurama said with a smile, only to get to thinking - "But that means that someone is using them as a scapegoat"

"Then the question is who or whom" - Alvida added as she started to think - "Well, I have more or less 10 possible culprits, and even be much more knowing how that group of idiots have gotten into so much trouble and made so many enemies."

"Well, she has a point" - Hancock said as she nodded, only to look at her beloved - "So, are you going to help them?"

"Possibly, but only if it's necessary" - Kurama replied as he narrowed his eyes.

"Why did you change your mind?" - Hancock asked curiously.

"Let's just say I'm not too happy with the idea that someone would try to kill the man responsible for arming our boat" - replied Kurama with hostility - "Come on, we have a certain idiot to hunt down."

"Sounds like a plan" - smiled Alvida as she cracked her hands - "Come on, I've been wanting to beat up idiots for weeks"

"Well, now you have the chance to do it" - replied Kurama with a huge grin - "Come on girls"

"Ok" - nodded Hancock as Alvida called the waiter one last time for Kurama to pay for dinner.

"This isn't good" - said Nami as she looked around worriedly - "I can't believe Robin would do something like this."

"I don't think she did it" - Zoro replied as he shook his head - "She may have only been with us for a short time, but it's been long enough for us to get to know her and find out what she's like."

"I know, I don't think she did it either, but the evidence says otherwise" - Nami replied as she sighed regretfully - "Iceburg has been quite clear, he saw how Robin was on the spot when he was attacked."

"Just because she was at the place, doesn't mean she did it" - Sanji replied as he frowned - "It may have been a coincidence, or someone has to have called her to that place"

"I don't wish to say this, but what the idiot said is likely true" - Zoro said as he gave a blank look to his partner - "As long as we don't find her and discover the truth, she's innocent."

"Come on, we have to find her as soon as possible" - Sanji said as he shook his head - "We can't lose another partner."

"You're right, this group couldn't bear the loss of more Nakamas" - said Nami with concern.

Usopp had decided to abandon them to repair the [Going Merry] after he heard how the ship was a lost cause.

"Remember this, Usopp didn't abandon us, it was Luffy who kicked him out of the crew for not following his instructions" - said Zoro neutrally as he looked at his two companions.

"But" - said Nami, only to keep silent when she saw how Zoro was looking at her with neutrality - "OK."

"The captain's honor, it has to be upheld, guys" - Zoro said as he shook his head - "If we let Usopp not suffer any punishment for his actions and words, then this crew will slowly destroy itself"

Sanji was silent before frowning.

He understood what the moss head was trying to say - "I have a similar opinion, but at the same time I feel like we're being too cold to Usopp."

"No, if we were another crew, we would have already killed Usopp for insubordination" - Zoro said as he walked in the direction of the town, after all, they not only had to find Robin but also Luffy and Chopper who had left before them.
