Extra 19: Change the World (57)

"Kurama-kun, are you okay?" - Tsunami asked as she entered her husband's room, only to see how he was nowhere to be found - "Kurama?"

"I'm here" - said a cute voice.

Tsunami looked in the direction of the voice, and saw a small white fox lying on one of the chairs. The size of the small animal, it was that of a cub.

"Kurama?" - Tsunami said in surprise.

"Yes, let's say I'm so weak that I had to use this appearance to save energy" - Kurama answered with a darkened face.

Tsunami said nothing, she slowly walked to Kurama and hugged him against her breasts - "You're so cute ~!"

"Let go of me..." - Kurama said weakly, though he made no move to let go of his wife's grasp - "Ugh..."

"What's wrong?" - Shizuka asked as Miya walked behind her daughter - "Kurama?"

"Help..." - Kurama muttered weakly.

"You're so cute ~!" - Miya exclaimed as she took the small fox from the black-haired woman and pressed it against her chest.

"Mother..." - Shizuka said with annoyance - "Let go of Kurama."

"Ok, you don't have to get so mad" - Miya said calmly, though she quickly put the little fox back down on the bed.

Kurama looked at the women with annoyance, though he quickly closed his eyes as he was still tired.

"We'd better let him sleep in peace" - Shizuka said as she shook her head - "By the way, what about the others?"

"Checking around, I guess" - Miya replied while shaking her head.

"I'm going to continue making lunch" - said Tsunami as she gave Kurama one last look.

"Thank you for inviting me" - said Irasue curiously, because honestly, the woman named Kaguya was much more powerful than her, as for the others, the woman named Hinata was the one behind Kaguya on the power scale, after them would come Kushina and Mikoto, then there would be the others, ending in Hikari, who was the weakest of the group.

"Oh, you don't have to thank us" - Kushina replied with a smile - "It's a pleasure to have visitors after so long."

"Yes, though it's not like anything has changed, I mean, the only difference is that our clan is no longer the ruler of Uzushiogakure" - replied Mikoto while shaking her head.

"Indeed, we are still the leaders of Uzushio, the only difference is that the person in charge is Inari together with his fiancée" - replied Tsunade while folding her arms.

"You're right" - nodded Mikoto as she started to think.

"Etto, can I ask a question?" - Ayame asked as she raised a hand.

"What?" - Hikari asked curiously.

"Where did you come from?" - Ayame asked with slight fear because she could feel that all these human women could kill her if they wanted to.

"Hmm, that's a hard question to answer" - said Kushina as she started to think - "Shall we tell them?"

"They can't do anything even if they wanted to" - said Kaguya with disdain - "I say we tell them, after all, they'll find out eventually."

"You're right" - nodded Kushina as she started to tell her story.

30 minutes later, Irasue's eyes were wide as plates, after all, this information was unbelievable. She didn't think she would meet someone from a different dimension, though now she understood why she hadn't found information about someone as strong as Kurama, oh, and speaking of him - "Where is Kurama-san?"

"He's resting in his room" - Kushina answered while shaking her head.

"I understand" - nodded Irasue calmly as she listened as someone approached. When she looked in that direction, she was surprised to see how a small white fox walked in her direction - ". . ."

"Is dinner ready?" - The fox asked wearily.

"What are you doing in that form, Kuro-chan?" - Kushina asked in surprise because she didn't expect him to be so tired.

"It's the only way I can recover even though it's denigrating" - replied Kurama with a slight frown, completely ignoring the look everyone was giving him - "Putting that aside, is dinner ready?"

"Yes" - nodded Tsunami as she walked over to the fox and took him in her arms - "Do you want me to take your food to your room?"

"No, I think I have enough energy to return to my original appearance" - replied Kurama as he shook his head.

"I understand" - nodded Tsunami with a smile.

"Where were we?" - asked Kushina with a smile.

"Isn't anyone going to say anything about how Kurama is a fox cub?" - Ayame asked skeptically.

"What are you talking about?" - Kushina asked with a smile.

"About Kurama cub," Ayame replied with a frown.

"What are you talking about?" - Kushina asked again, only this time she was slightly opening her eyes, and in the process releasing a bit of her aura.

"Nothing..." - Ayame replied with a forced smile.

"That's good to hear, now let's keep talking, and soon we'll go to dinner, and don't worry, the food Tsunami prepares is to die for" - said Kushina with a sisterly smile.

"You can keep talking amongst yourselves, I have something to do" - said Mikoto as she stood up and walked towards the entrance.

"Is it important?" - Ayame asked with surprise.

"Don't worry, she's just going to see her daughter" - replied Kushina calmly.

"What's wrong, Izumi-san?" - Sango asked as she saw how her friend was with a strange expression on her face.

"I feel like something bad is about to happen" - replied Izumi as she frowned - "It's like something is about to give me the embarrassment of my life."

"Really?" - Sango said as she raised an eyebrow, after all, she didn't understand anything, though her expression changed when she felt a presence appear in the room - "Who's there!"

Izumi frowned, though her expression changed to one of emotion as she felt tears begin to gather on her cheeks - "Mom!"

"Mom?!" - Sango exclaimed in surprise as she watched the silhouette of a woman appear in front of them. She was beautiful, long black hair as black as night, eyes of the same color and clothes that didn't seem to do her appearance justice.

"Hello, Izumi..." - Mikoto said as she looked at her daughter with her arms crossed - "We need to talk..."

"Uh..." - Izumi started to sweat when she heard her mother's tone, though she still nodded - "Ok..."

"I heard from your father what happened" - Mikoto said as she frowned - "I agree that he overstepped certain boundaries, but that doesn't mean you had to treat him like that."

"Mom, I..." - Izumi said, though she kept silent when she noticed her mother's cold stare - ". . ."

"Listen, I'm not the best person to talk about relationships, after all, my romantic life was horrible until I met your father" - Mikoto said with a smile - "Besides, our romance was a difficult one because of the difference in our ages, amongst other things..."

Izumi was silent as she listened to her mother's experiences.

"Besides, I understand what it's like to fight for the one you love" - Mikoto smiled as she stroked her daughter's hair.

"Do you support me?" - Izumi asked with surprise.

"Not only me, your father supports you too, although in his own way" - replied Mikoto with a smile.

"When did you arrive, mom?" - Izumi asked as she tried to change the subject, after all, she didn't want to talk about her father yet.

"Today" - replied Mikoto as she shook her head - "I'm here thanks to the seal attached to the clothes you laid outside."

"My clothes have a seal on them?" - Izumi asked in surprise, though she quickly frowned - "Was it dad?"

"No, all the children's clothes have these seals on them" - replied Mikoto as she shook her head - "It's to protect them in case of an emergency"

"I'm going to talk to dad when we get back" - Izumi said neutrally.

"You're going back home?" - Sango asked in surprise.

"Only for one night, after that I'll be back, so we can continue our journey" - replied Izumi as she folded her arms - "Besides, remember I told you that I have business to settle with that bastard."

"Izumi, don't say that kind of words" - Mikoto said neutrally - "Ok, that's enough, let's continue talking about your life, by the way, tell me how come you became friends with this pretty young lady"

Sango blushed slightly as she told her what had happened.

Mikoto nodded at the girl's story, only to look at her daughter and give her a smile - "I'm proud of you, daughter."

Izumi nodded with a smile.

"Well, I guess it's time for us to talk about the serious stuff" - Mikoto said seriously - "I want you to tell me everything about your little friend, and I hope you won't hide anything."

Izumi remained silent before she nodded and started to recount everything that had happened from her perspective.

Sango closed her eyes as she shook her head.

Mikoto stayed silent until she finished listening to everything her daughter had to say - "I see, your version is very similar to Kurama's, which means he was being honest"

"Dad told the true version?" - Izumi asked in surprise - "I thought he would make Inuyasha look like a monster."

"Your father would never do something like that" - snorted Mikoto with disdain.
