You Would Look Like A Fairy

"You want me to come with you to your sister's bachelorette party?" Hazel asked doubtfully.

Eva's sister was getting married on Saturday. The bachelorette party was tonight, the rehearsal was tomorrow, and the wedding was the day after. If she didn't want to be stuck alone in Eva's apartment all weekend, she would have to go but she didn't even know these people. Inviting herself seemed rude even though her friend promised it would be okay.

"You can be my plus one! I do have one on my invitation. My sister probably hoped I would manage to find myself a date but oh well. A friend works just as well."

Her gaze grew pleading. "Please? My hometown is a few hours from here by car so I can't drive back and forth for all of the festivities. Your airport situation will probably be resolved by Monday and I want to keep spending time with you."
