Hazel in the Demon's Den

Hazel couldn't bear to look at Eva and barely registered that the other woman was trying to ask her if she was okay. The world was spinning away from her.


This couldn't be possible. None of this could be possible! Eva had joked about her marrying a serial killer but she actually married the son of one. The one who happened to kill her parents and turned her entire life upside down forever.


She was furious that he had lied to her again but what was she supposed to do about it now that she knew? She didn't have anywhere else to go. And she loved him.


How was she supposed to live with herself knowing she was completely in love with someone who shared the same blood as the monster who haunted her nightmares? At this point living without Will would be impossible.


He had crept into every single corner of her battered heart and filled it up so she almost believed it could be whole again. Leaving him would destroy her.
