No one to turn to

Yu Chen ran out of the washrooms with tears runnig down her cheeks and she desperately trying to hold them back and hiding her face. She ran out of the venue and messaged Xi Hua telling her that she was going home because she was not feeling well. Yu Chen went to the underground parking, took some time to compose herself and came out. Then she called a cab and went home.

The whole time, Si Xia's words, " I knew" and the events of that day were going on in her head.

She remembered how it was a day before the competition. The competition for which she had prepared so hard during the past month. She had stayed up.at nights to write her code because during the day she was busy with school and helping Xi Xi.

So she did not have the time to put down the names of her team members in the final registration. She had asked Yuan Zuan to do it, trusting her like an idiot. But what had Zuan did? She put herself as the team leader and some of her friends as the team, so that Yu Chen was not even participating.

It was the day that she had been stabbed in the back, for the first time, a week before the competition. It was then she realised that the world was not as beautiful as she thought and she could not make friends with all the people in the world.

Yu Chen wanted to immediately tell Si Xia everything. She was sure that he would ask Yuan Zuan to change the team. But when she got home and took out her phone, she got the feeling that something was missing. She checked, and was shocked to realise that the pen drive containing her program of the game was gone. She searched frantically for it, but did not find it. It was then it hit her. She immediately called Yuan Zuan but she did not pick up.

Then she went to her house, the luxurious mansion, of which Yu Chen had always been envious. But the guards did not let her in. She begged and shouted, and out came Yuan Zuan. It was then that Yu Chen realised that how much like a devil she looked. Yu Chen asked her about the code, and to her immense surprise, Yuan Zuan straight up confessed to having it. She told Chen that she had the program and had no intention of giving it back. Yu Chen cried and even threatened her, but she laughed it off and said, "Oh Yu Chen. You naive little girl, don't you remember whose name you put on the code." And then it hit her. She had put the name of her team, little Yu, on the code, the team which was now registered as Yuan Zuan as it's team leader. Yu Chen then used her final weapon, she told Zuan, "If you do not change the members of the team right now, I'm going to tell Si Xia everything."

Yu Chen thought that this would surely affect Zuan as she could do anything for Si Xia and would do anything he said.

But Yuan Zuan just laughed and asked the guards to throw her out.
