The shocking news

For five days after Yuan Zuan threw her out, Yu Chen tried to contact Si Xia. She believed that he would definitely ask Zuan to chenge the team and surprisingly, Zuan did everything he said. But he was neither returning her calls or replying to her texts.

He was not even coming to school and Yi Chen even went to the hostel where he lived, but was told he had not returned for many days.

Then, two days before the competition, Yu Chen received a text from him. He said that he wanted to meet the next day, and send her the place and the time.

Yu Chen was really happy. She planned to tell him everything. About Yuan Zuan, and about how she loved him so much. It was really doing to be a memorable day.

(Well, Yu Chen couldn't have been more right about being a memorable day.)

The next day, Yu Chen dressed herself in a pretty blue dress she had bought some time back. It was knee length with a ribbon tied around the waist. She turned around and the dress swirled beautifully. Chen looked at herself in the mirror and felt like a princess. She smiled and tied up her hair in a ponytail. Then she picked up her bag and went to the place.

When she reached there, Yu Chen saw that the place was a quite big cafe which looked like rich people loved hanging out there. She wondered since when Xi Xi had started liking these type of places. Thinking this she opened the door and saw a boy, with light brown messy hair sitting with his head in his hands. "This feels like deja vu. He was sitting like this the first time we met."

Chen thought and called out, "Hey Xi Xi, what's wrong?"

Upon hearing this, he looked up. Yu Chen thought that she saw his eyes shining like something was glittering in them, but the next second it was gone. But what worried Yu Chen was his lack of reaction and the look on his face. He was looking at her as though he was a statue and his face was looking like he was going through some internal war at the moment.

Yu Chen went upto him, tapped on his shoulder, and asked, "Xi Xi, what's wrong?"

Si Xia snapped out of his daze and shook his head. "Nothing." he said. "You are looking really pretty today."

"Thanks," Yu Chen mumbled.

"By the way, why weren't you picking up my calls or returning my messages?" she asked him.

Just as he was about to reply, he started looking towards the door. Yu Chen turned, and saw Yuan Zuan, dressed in a dark red dress, her long hair down, coming towards them. She passed Chen went up to Si Xia, put her hands in his and said, "Hey Chen, good news, Xia and I are getting married. Well of course not right away, we will marry after I complete college and Xia's business takes off. But, we are getting married. Isn't it great!!!!"

But Yu Chen had not heard anything except her first line.
