Si Xia scratched his nose guiltily, "I should not have driven this fast."
Yu Chen straightened up upon hearing that Xia was blaming himself. She shook her head and smiled, "No. I was the one who asked you to. And look, I'm fine now."
Si Xia smiled and gestured towards the people that were coming from the boarding area, "Seems like the flight has landed."
Yu Chen also looked, "Looks like it. Aaaaaaaannnnnnddddd.....Sure enough, there he is."
Yu Chen's face broke into a grin as she waved. Si Xia looked in the direction she was waving and saw a young man about the same age as them return the wave with a huge grin. The man had blond hair about the same length as Xia, but Xia's hair were the usual messy that Chen loved, and the man, who must be Sam Darcy, his hair were parted at the sides and then slicked back at each side. The man was also clearly lankier than Si Xia, fact that brought a little grin of triumph on Xia's face. Yu Chen looked back at Si Xia and said, "There he is. Look. The one with the blond hair. Look."
Yu Chen was almost jumping up and down. Si Xia ruffled her hair and said, "Calm down. He'll not vanish."
Yu Chen grabbed his hand and led him to meet Sam. Samuel Darcy immediately gripped Chen into a large hug, which seemed to make her a little uncomfortable, as Chen's smile faltered a little and she wriggled away too quickly.
Si Xia smiled to himself, "He's known her seven years. And still doesn't know that she usually shies away from physical contact."
Yu Chen pulled Si Xia forward and introduced the two, "Sam, this is Si Xia. And Xia, this is Samuel Darcy. I really hope that you both get along!!!!"
Yu Chen smiled, her eyes turning into crescents.
Si Xia sighed, "Don't treat us like we're elementary school kids."
Samuel Darcy chuckled, "Her mother instincts seem to have overtaken."
Yu Chen rubbed her nose in embarrassment.
Xia held out his hand, "Anyway, I'm Si Xia. Very nice to meet you. I've heard a lot about you."
Sam shook his hand, "Not as much I've heard about you, I'll bet. I'm Samuel Darcy."
Yu Chen leaned on Si Xia's arm and said, "Hey Sam. Didn't I tell you? Isn't it?"
Sam Darcy looked at Si Xia's face and gave a bitter smile, "Yes. He certainly is."
Si Xia looked at Chen with a questioning gaze and Yu Chen whispered, "I'll tell you afterwards."
Si Xia nodded and said, "Now Chen, we mustn't let Mr. Darcy stand here too long. It's impolite. Come on, let's go to dinner."
Yu Chen nodded and Sam reached for his luggage, but Si Xia was faster. He grabbed Sam's suitcase and led the way, holding Chen's hand in one hand and Sam's suitcase in the other.
"Seems like he almost wants to claim everything I like." Sam muttered to herself as he followed behind.
At Xia's car, Si Xia put the luggage in the trunk.
While he was doing that, Sam leaned closer to Chen and whispered, "Doesn't he own some big company. The car is nice. But no driver or vallet?"
Yu Chen inconspicuously leaned away from Sam. She didn't like how over-friendly he sometimes became.
