Drinking competition

Xi Hua quickly checked her phone as she walked back to Chen after parking her car.

She let out a sigh of relief after seeing that Zenghai had sent her a confirmation message, that he would be there.

Yu Chen was impatiently waiting for Xi Hua at the entrance of the bar. The two walked in and Yu Chen dragged Hua straight to the bar after they took off their coats.

"Hello ladies, what can I serve you tonight?" the bartender asked with a polite smile.

Yu Chen put a finger under her chin, "Let's start with something that's not too strong. What do you say Hua?"

Xi Hua agreed and Yu Chen ordered some light alcohol for both of them.

Chen was about to order her third glass and Xi Hua was still sipping her first, when the bartender slid a glass of red wine towards Yu Chen. She was surprised and looked at him, "I did not order this."

The bartender pointed to a man a few seats away, "This is from that gentleman over there."

Yu Chen turned her head to look at a man smiling at her with surprise.

Xi Hua scoffed as she took another sip, how could Chen be surprised? They both were attracting the stares of more than half the bar now. And Yu Chen was so pretty tonight that anyone would find it hard to keep their eyes off her. And it was clear she was here to get drunk.

The man slipped into the seat beside Chen and initiated conversation, "Hello Miss. May I have the honour of having a drink with you?"

Yu Chen chuckled, "I'm willing to engage in a drinking competition."

The man's lips curved into a smile as he said, "Bartender, give us ten vodka shots each."

Yu Chen smirked. She had developed quite a tolerance in London. Sam and Hannah loved to party out and drink, and would always drag her with them.

The man downed the ten shots and looked suggestively at Chen. Yu Chen scoffed as she downed one shot after the other.

"I guess it's a tie now." Chen said as she put down her last shot.

The man smiled, "I'm not backing down."

The two of them then continued to down shot after shot until finally the man admitted defeat as he ran towards the washrooms with his hands over his mouth.

As Yu Chen was celebrating her victory, a young man of about the same age as her walked forward. "Up for another drinking competition?" he asked, leaning on the counter.

Yu Chen let out a devilish smile, "Okay. But if I win, you're going to buy everyone here a drink."

The man smirked, "And if I win, I get to dance with you."

Yu Chen thrust out her hand, "Deal."

The man shook her hand as there were loud cheers from the crowd who had assembled to see this angelic woman engage in drinking competitions.

Xi Hua became worried as the competition continued and Yu Chen downed glass after glass. She knew Chen's tolerance was good, but she was quite tipsy now.

Finally, just as Yu Chen was thinking she might lose, the man suddenly stood up and puked all over the floor.

Yu Chen turned to the bartender with a smile, "I guess everyone gets a drink on his account."
