"Then..." Si Xia seemed uncertain about what to do next.


Yu Chen chuckled as she put the clips in his hand and spoke, "Help me wear them."


Si Xia stared at the butterfly shaped clips in his hand. Anyone could tell that they had been glued back together. "But they are..." Si Xia started.


Chen shook her head, "They've never been only clips for me. They represent our relationship. Our relationship might not be unbreakable. We will fight sometimes. But we'll always glue it back together. No matter how tattered it becomes." Chen spoke as tears welled up in Xia's eyes.


Yu Chen tiptoed and kissed away his tears before saying, "Now come on. Put these on me."


Si Xia put the clips in Chen's hair and kissed them. He then muttered, looking down, his voice cracking, "What am I supposed to do with all this guilt?"


Yu Chen tilted her head, "I don't know. You could get me a car. Or a ship! Or an airplane!!!"


Yu Chen frowned and lifted Xia's face by holding his chin. "No. I don't want materialistic things. It's too easy a way out for you."


"I'll give you my entire life." Si Xia said, looking into Chen's eyes.


Yu Chen blushed and mumbled, "I don't want your whole life. Just promise me something."


Chen stared into Si Xia's eyes. Her face turned serious as she said, "No miscommunication."


Si Xia immediately understood. They were both supposed to talk it out. Whatever was bothering them. They were not going to keep it in. His face was also serious as Xia spoke, "No miscommunication."


He then hugged Yu Chen who spoke, "And Xia?"


Si Xia's face broke into a smile. Chen meant that everything in their relationship was going to be two way. She would wait for him if he ever lost his way. And she knew that he would wait for her to find her way to him.


Si Xia muttered as tears spilled from his eyes, "I'll come back to you always."


"Guys!!!!!!!!! Are we gonna get the dessert tonight!!???!!!" Xi Hua's voice suddenly came and the two in the kitchen broke apart.


Yu Chen chuckled as Huo Zenghai's voice also came, "We would appreciate if you would wait till the end of the night for whatever you guys are doing!!!!!!"


Si Xia laughed, "Do you think they will storm the kitchen if they don't get the dessert?"


Si Xia stood up from where he was sitting on the sofa, watching television. "We should get going. I have to go to office tomorrow." he said.


Mi Chang nodded and stood up as Huo Zenghai pouted, "What!!!! Can't you stay for a little longer."


Xi Hua chuckled, "Why do you sound like his girlfriend?"


Huo Zenghai pouted as Yu Chen stood up, suppressing her smile. "So that was what you were hiding from me!!! You're cheating on me, with Zenghai!!!!!"


Xi Hua let out a dramatic gasp and rushed into Yu Chen's arms, fake sobbing, "Oh Chen!! It came out at last!! God knows what happens when these two are working late at the company!"
