"Jin-A Has It."

Ji-Tae couldn't sleep all through the night. He kept drinking from different bottles of wine as he thought of how best to go about getting the phone from Jin-A and getting rid of her.

By dawn, he had dark circles under his eyes which were bloodshot and were already sprouting five O'clock shadow.

The sound of his doorbell had him staggering downstairs barefooted, with a bottle of scotch in his hand, to see who was at his door.

"What are you doing here?" He asked with a frown when he saw his mother.

"Checking on you. Why do you look so awful?" She asked with disgust before walking past him into the house.

"Checking on me, or you're just here to see if I've succeeded in fixing things?" Ji- Tae asked with a drunken scoff.

"No. Don't answer that," He said, raising his index finger.
