Special Note: If you are looking for a sweet contemporary-romance genre, this novel doesn't have that kind of plot. Most plots of my novel talk about mystery, suspense, and a slice of life. Often FL starts a slow pace of development, from weak to strong.

Memories of the Night

After her being swept away by the river, her phone, bag, and luggage are all washed away. Now she has nothing but has to ask the kind woman who saved her.


Hearing Katrina's words, Amy immediately answers, "Wait for a moment. I'll get it for you."


Amy goes to another room to get her phone.


Eric and Joseph are still worried about Katrina.


Eric immediately sits up and asks, "Who's calling? Do they find Katrina?"


Seeing Eric's nervous look, Joseph finally presses hands-free.


As soon as the phone is connected, a panting report is heard at the other end, "Mr. Simon, we found some clues about Miss. Miller's whereabouts!"


Eric and Joseph become serious right away.


Joseph immediately asks, "Where is she?"
