Mystery Man Becoming Active Once More

After a couple minutes, Yang came back downstairs wearing a navy blue suit with a gold watch made by Patek Phillippe and italian leather brown shoes making him look like the handsome devilish CEO he was.

Xiu Ying looked up in a daze for a second before composing herself again and said to Yang, "I need to go back to my villa to change"

Yang nodded and replied back, "Sure, I will wait for you since our buildings are not too far apart" Which is true since all the major companies resided in the business sector of China's capital, Beijing.

Xiu Ying nodded and they both nodded with Yang going to his garage where outside a white Aston Martin was parked and went into his car to wait outside of Xiu Ying's villa

While Xiu Ying walked to her villa since it's only a 2 minute walk as the distance is only enough to give each neighbor privacy but can still walk easily to other villas.

Xiu Ying arrived at her villa and went to her room to change from Yang's big silk shirt to a navy blue (women's) jumpsuit with a gold belt and small gold mini hoop earrings and gold 2 inch heels with her chest length hair let down.

WIthout herself knowing, she changed into an outfit matching Yang's suit color as well

(aiya too much, this is such a 'coincidence' Xiu Ying, at this rate will a kiss be 'coincidental' too? Anyways I'm breaking the fourth wall right now i'll go carry on~)

Xiu Ying finished off with putting on some tinted lip balm and went outside to Yang's car

While she was walking, she did not realize Yang's gaze on her which was filled with love

When Yang saw her coming out, he thought she was a beautiful angel and promised to himself, 'I will protect you from now on, I was weak in the past but now that I grew my power I promise you love, I will love and protect you till death do us apart'

After promising to himself, he got out of the car and opened the door for her like a gentleman while putting his hand above her head, almost touching her head, to ensure that she won't hit her head on the car frame.

After settling Xiu Ying in, Yang walked back to the driver's seat and set off.

Once they got into the car, Yang turned to Xiu Ying and asked, "Xiao Ying, would you like to play any music? We will take about 25-30 minutes to arrive"

Xiu Ying thought for a second before humming and gesturing for Yang to give his phone so she could select a song to play in they car via QQ Music* (joint music app between tencent and spotify) and ended up selecting the song 'ni hai yao wo zen yang' by Joker Xue**

- after 26 minutes -

Yang arrived in the underground parking lot for which only the higher management can access after Xiu Ying showed her face to the guard

Yang wanted to spend more time with Xiu Ying but he knew his limit as he knew Xiu Ying was still hurt by his actions back then, but still he does not know whether to laugh or cry thinking how all these years, she really believed in him when he said there is a good and important reason why he left and broke up (A/N: although technically there was, but Xiu Ying did not know so the fact she believed whole heartily is amazing) 'silly girl, you kept your faith in me and my reasons for all these years, otherwise you would not let us even be friends anymore'

Yang parked at Xiu Ying's designated spot, right in front of the CEO's and Chairman's exclusive elevator and only can be accessed by the Chairman and CEO (mainly used by CEO) but guests/close friends and family of the two may enter with the permission of one of the two. Of course, Li Tang, founder of Li Empire, can have access anytime as the founder but he does not come often anymore

(A/N: the Chairman is Xiu Ying's father Li Wei as mentioned before and Xiu Ying's grandpa, Li Tang, is also a shareholder and the founder of Li Empire thus address as Founder Li or Shareholder Li depending on the person's rank [oldest members address grandpa Li as Founder Li while others call him Shareholder Li] i as who you will meet later on)

"I will go now, thank you for dropping me off" Xiu Ying said, getting out of the car while going through her phone to check messages

Yang hummed and waved at XIu Ying who waved back and drove off

Xiu Ying walked to the elevator and pressed to the highest floor (floor 60) which is where her office is located along with the assistants, secretaries, V.P's (Lin Feng) office, and chairman office.

Xiu Ying walked to her office to work as later today her grandfather will be coming back from Japan and Korea (as he visited both places) as he went there on 'vacation' with his wife aka her grandmother, Xue Chunhua. She got a message this morning from Li Tang's personal assistant Mo Yuchen who asked if she could pick up her grandparents as her grandpa asked for her.

- at Yang's side -

Yang started driving away and after 8 minutes he arrived at Wang Enterprise underground lot and parked at his designated spot of his own private elevator and went to his office on the 65th floor (the highest floor) which ¼ is used for his office while the rest had his assistants and secretary with a separate lounge area for his employees that work on the floor and his own 'lounge' aka more like a personal studio apartment with a bedroom, closest, bathroom, mini kitchen and a sitting/dining area

He just got into his office and sat in front of his big, modern Mahogany top desk in his swivel chair when his phone rang

*ring ring ring*

Yang looked at his phone and saw the familiar string of numbers which could only belong to his special forces group, picked up his phone and asked, "what is so important that you called with prior message?"

A male voice was heard saying, "Sir, the person you asked us to keep watch on has been looking for details about the Li and Wang family. What should we do?"

Yang's eyes turned cold with a glint of wickness flash through before replying in a cold tone, "give him false information to mislead him but make sure to cover your tracks and make it seem like he really found something worthy but completely false"

The man on the other side notice Yang's cold voice but harden his heart being use to the cold tone used by Yang and replied, "Yes sir" and Yang hung up after

Yang played with a light, gold fountain pen while thinking, 'hm seems like that old man is being active again. He better not touch Ying Ying, before I was too weak to go against him but now with Wang Enterprise I will protect her with all I got' while gritting his teeth

After calming down, he started working on his documents that needed his immediate attention and immersed himself in work

- back to Xiu Ying -

After finishing up a document, she stretched her muscles before calling Yan on the intercom, "Yan, could you please buy lunch for the both of us now? Any place or food would do"

Yan replied back, "sure Ms. Li, I will be back in 30-50 minutes then"

Xiu Ying hummed and ended the call and went to her mini room that has a bed, closet, backroom and mini kitchen like Yang's room just smaller, to get some water. (Li and Wang are old family friends and office are similar)
