Yes, in this time of life women are stronger, and that especially for feminists that women can fend for themselves and yes that is true, it's true that its good for them not to be dependent on men, they should be financially strong as well, as well as just being independent and Yang gets that but even the most independent woman, the strongest woman physically and mentally still is a human. Every human still would crave for love and support because at the end of the day, all humans have emotions and at one point in time, if they do not have support, they will snap and Yang wants to be that support for Ying, he wants to help her emotionally and even though she doesn't need his money he wishes to help his only love.
The waiter came in and asked "yes ma'am? Do you want anything else?"
Xiu Ying replied, "I would like to pay for our food please"
Waiter: "Oh sir already paid for everything"
Xiu Ying replied back, "oh okay, well we are done and finished, goodbye"
The waiter bowed and left
Xiu Ying asked Yang, "how did you pay?! You were here the whole time!"
Yang smiled and said, "I knew you would try to pay so I paid beforehand"
Xiu Ying, "oh...whatever I will just treat you to my homemade dinner then! Because every time in the past I "treated" you, you somehow pay in the end!"
Yang just smiled and said, "then I can't wait to try your food again Xiao Ying"
Both just smiled each other, got up, and left
- at the parking lot -
"Let me take you back Xiao Ying" Yang offered
"But my car…" Xiu Ying replied
"Don't worry, I will get someone to take it back ok?" Yang told her
In return, she smiled and got into his car
And they drove off
- 45 minutes later (Jade Villa is the opposite side of the restaurant) -
Yang notice that they almost got home but Xiu Ying fell asleep with her head on the window so he slowed down so her head would not hit her head against the window
After another 10 minutes, they arrived at his villa/ her villa because they were really close to each other
Yang stopped the car and watched Xiu Ying sleeping and she seemed so peaceful while sleeping
Before he realizes it, he reached out his hand and brushed her hair aside from her eyes and tucked her baby hair behind her ears
He did not want to disturb Xiu Ying so he picked her up, brought her to his villa and put her in the guest room bed and tucked her in
He left her in the guest room and walked over to his study room to do some leftover work and try to find the mystery man again
After some time he left his study room and went to bed happy that he will see Xiu Ying tomorrow first thing in the morning
- next day 6 am -
Yang just woke up and decide to work out in his personal gym before making some breakfast for both him and Xiu Ying
After some time, Yang finish working out and looked at the time '6:45 am' which meant that Xiu Ying would wake up soon
(A/N: he does not stalk her lmao in the past Xiu Ying would always wake up at 7 am so he assumed she still kept her habit as people say (bad) habits die hard)
Yang went to his room, took a quick shower, put on some sweatpants and went downstairs to cook breakfast though he took off his t-shirt so it was easier to cook
At 7 exactly Xiu Ying woke up at first really confused but then realize it was Yang's house from the color palette of darker monotone colors and style
She realizes she was still in her dress from the night before so she just freshened up and went downstairs in one of his white silk shirts that reached her mid-thigh
Yang heard footsteps so he turned around and saw a very alluring sight of Xiu Ying fresh from taking a shower and was wearing a long shirt from his guest room closet
Xiu Ying saw him in an apron shirtless cooking and though he looked really 'hot'

"Your up, sit down, and wait for me to finish making breakfast. Hope you like eggs and bacon!" Yang said while going back to the eggs he was making as the batch of bacon were just finished being cooked
Xiu Ying hummed and sat at the dining table while looking at Yang
Yang smiled and mischievously said
"Do I look so good?"
Xiu Ying, "I-I no! I have seen better men than you hmph"
Yang got upset and said
"Who?" while gritting his teeth
Xiu Ying replied, "of course my father and brother!" knowing that he thought she meant other men that were not family
Yang was shocked and just hummed while going back to cooking
After another 5 minutes or so he finished cooking, placed the food on plates and brought them over to the dining table
Both started eating peacefully while looking at each other occasionally or more like glancing at each other
Both finishes in about 15 minutes and Xiu Ying tried to take the dished to wash them but Yang got them first and started putting them in the sink
"The dishes will be washed later, let's first go and you can change at your villa" Yang said
"Oh right, I need to change for work and so do you unless you want to go to work in gym clothes" Xiu Ying said with arched brows
"Mmm, I will go change first so wait for me ok? I will walk with you to your villa" Yang said
Xiu Ying just nodded and sat down on the couch in the living room while Yang went upstairs to change
