"Hey, onii-chan! Get up! You promised me yesterday! Did you forget!"

"Hmmm….. 5 minutes more….."

"Get up! It's already late!"

Something hard hit Lou's stomach making his eyes bulge out, his sleepiness instantly disappeared and slight pain hit his brain.

Meru who jumped on his stomach is now sitting while grinning at him, it seems she is pretty excited today because of Lou's promise.

"Why are you sleepy? Did we just sleep at the same time, we also sleep early last night."

"I came out last night for my Magic Study, I came back before dawn, that's why I'm pretty sleepy." Lou helplessly said.

"You came out last night? But why did not notice you coming out at all?"

Lou reached out and pinched her cheek and said," Because you're sleeping pretty hard, you're even drooling while sleeping when I see you."

"Really?"

Lou helplessly nodded.

"So that's why my pillow is always wet, I thought my room had a water leak."

"Never mind, just stand up, I need to stand up."

He was woken up by Meru early, at exactly 6:30 AM, since he had to make preparations for his date as promised.

After the daily routine of brushing his teeth, he went out of his room, took a hot bath, getting himself refreshed, then re-entered his room to pick up something he could wear from his inventory for this occasion.

After combing his hair, Lou is finally ready, he gets out and walks to Meru's room and knocks a couple of times.

"Hey Meru, are you ready now?"

"I'm almost done"

20 minutes later~

"Not ready yet?"

"Okay."

40 minutes passed, Lou already cooked breakfast and ate, he also made a coffee from Merus; kitchen and came back after washing the plates.

"Hey Meru, are you sure you're fine?"

".... I think…. No, Onii-san, come help me!"

Lou enters the room and sees a huge mountain of clothing scattered everywhere, her room looks like a clothing factory from the amount of cloth here.

"W-What happened here?"

Meru who is still wearing a bath towel on her body looks helpless while digging for clothes.

She looks more avenger than a girl who is going to have a date right now.

"So what happened?"

"I'm trying to find the right pair of clothes but I can't fight for the right one."

"You can't find the right one? With this amount of clothes?"

"That's right, i already tried almost all of thai but i can't really find the right one, hey Onii-san try to help me."

"Well- okay."

Meru apparently had zero common sense when it comes to proper dressing. She was fine with anything and everything as long as he was wearing it.

To her as long as it was clean it looked good, period.

And it had to be said, it was a great success, amongst the multitudes of outfits she tried, she finally chose only 3 of them, each having their own variety and styles.

Currently inside his room, she had finally chosen, what she thought to be, the perfect outfit for this occasion with Lou's help of course

Lou tried to factor in the location and overall atmosphere of her date to choose the outfit, and it turned out to be the simplest one among the 3 options to choose from. It perfectly fit what he wanted to represent herself.

Finally, she chooses a pretty girly one.

She chose to wear a simple pure white summer dress with slight floral patterns at its sides, it was also backless, but because of the weather, Lou chose a pretty good jacket for her to prevent her from getting cold outside.

She had also put up some light makeup on her face giving her a little rosy look. He had never in his entire life imagined that a simple backless summer dress and light makeup could make someone so ethereally beautiful yet also pull off the theme of mediocrity at the same time. It was mind-numbing just how beautiful she looked to him even though she was still a loli with her 18 years old age.

"Pretty good?"

"Barely pass for the image of a lady but still pretty cute on my own artistic view."

Suddenly her cheeks flushed and dyed itself on the hues of pinkish red, her eyes sparkled with the themes of love and her pinkish-red lips curled to form an enchanting smile, her heart throbbed, echoing the happiness she felt engulfed her entire being.

'It seems trying a date once is a pretty good experience.'
